" That one, what sound, Rani?" asked Nilam after successfully neutralizing his shock.
" Oh, it's just a cat. He dropped the lid on the pot in the kitchen."
"Ooh, I think someone in this house is up."
" Nothing. Come on, you gotta get out of here. And get away from this neighborhood before morning."
Nilam nodded." You're correct. Come on."
Rani again leads the way to continue her mission to get Nilam out of her house.
With a step to settle they passed through room after room which was very confusing for Nilam.
Until a few moments later....
" We have arrived. Thisisdoor. You can get out of this house." Rani pointed to a secret door that connected the backyard of the house with a walkway behind it.
The door was covered in vines that ran down to the bottom. It doesn't look like a door.
"Thank you, Rani. If I could find out, why would you help me?" ask Nilam before opening the door.
"Because I don't want to have another stepmother. You see, you are young and beautiful. You may become queen of this house, and defeat me and Shinta's sister."
"Sister Shinta?"
"Yes, he's my brother."
"In that case, I'm not leaving. So that I may be queen in your house," sage Nilam.
Rani widened her eyes, then gently struck Nilam's arm.
"I've had a lot of trouble getting you out of here. You don't fuck around."
Nilam smiled amusedly. "Yes, yeah. I don't want to marry your father either."
"Basic, you are. I thought you were a crazy woman of treasure, to marry my father who was already that gray hair. You know, I had to poke the guards with sleeping pills. Just to get you out of here."
"What?! So you...."
Rani nodded, she smiled as she raised her thick eyebrows.
Nilam smiled then hugged Rani's body tightly. "Thank you, Rani."
"Either. Now hurry up and leave, before your men realize. I also need to get back inside. Afraid I'll find out that I set you free."
Nilam took off his embrace.
"Alright Rani. Again, thank you" Nilam said. He opened the unlocked door slowly.
Rani smiles. "Go as far away from here as possible. I suggest you don't go back to your house, 'cause I'll definitely look for you there."
"You're right. All right, good-bye Rani. Thank you for being my savior."
"Don't thank me too much. I'm like a hero. Now pick up your future.... Brother Nilam."
Nilam smiled hearing Rani's call for him. "Because you are my hero." Nilam touched Rani's shoulder at a glance. "See you, Rani." He started to walk through that door.
Rani saw it full of pity.
"I've heard many stories about you, Brother Nilam. May you find your happiness out there" Rani murmured softly. After the door closed, and Nilam began to move away, he went back inside his house.
---
Walk down the path at a fast pace. Aided by moonlight that shows bend by bend the road is faint.
"I have to walk as far as possible. So that Juragan Dahlan can't find me."
He kept moving in an uncertain direction. All he had in mind, was that he should get away from the Dahlan residence as soon as possible.
It didn't feel like Nilam walked for hours. Until now he began to enter the forest with many tall trees around him.
It's almost morning.
"Huhhfft, tired. I'm so thirsty."
Nilam stepped up in limp. The deeper he entered the forest. Small wounds from the scratches of the weeds filled his bare foot. Tiredness spread all over his body.
Until his vision began to blur, his body was limp and was no longer able to hold his balance.
And....
Bruuk!!

"All of you are incompetent! Keeping one weak woman alone is not capable! I don't want to know, find her bye!" dahlan's screams rippled through the entire room of the mansion.
"Well, Oaths," the Dahlan's men responded obediently, accompanied by fear. They ran out to find Nilam.
Dahlan turned to look at his three wives and children, consisting of a 14-year-old teenage boy, the son of Nurma's third wife Dahlan.
And Rani the son of Erna his second wife.
They all gathered in the room. "Have you all conspired to free Nilam?" accuse Dahlan of them.
"I would rather kill him than just set him free" said Erna, Dahlan's second wife.
" right, Ma'am. Me either. Because if it's just being released, yeah, like this. You're gonna keep trying to get it, Mommy." Nurma, Dahlan's third wife.
"Siniam.... You!!" snapped Dahlan growled.
"Easy, Dad. Means God does not predestine you to mate with the young woman," said Rani, who was sitting relaxed on the sofa of the large room, while playing her phone quietly.
Dahlan squinted her eyes at Rani. "Rani, don't-don't you...."
"It's not me Dad," cut Rani fast. "What's in it for me to free him? Whether you marry again or not, my life remains the same as this" he continued, calmly, without looking at the face of the father.
"Ra-t
"For everyone," said a beautiful girl of high stature and sexy appearance, displaying every curve of her beautiful body, suddenly coming from the outside, cutting Dahlan's sentence.
Dahlan smiled. "Darling, you just got home?" tanyanya then immediately hugged and kissed the head of the girl.
"Yes, Dad, I'm so tired." He let go of Dahlan's embrace, then approached and hugged Midar, the mother. "Mom, I'm hungry."
" Yes, honey. Momentarily, I'll ask auntie to prepare your meal" said Midar, Dahlan's first wife. Then he moved and walked towards the kitchen.
"Dad, what's wrong? Why are you all gathered here so early?" ask the girl.
"Dad lost his fourth wife, Brother Shinta." Rani takes the answer.
"The fourth wife?"
"Yes, Brother. I want to marry again." Yudi, the bontot opened his voice.
"Sister Shinta knew no, the father's future wife, was very young. Looks like she's still the same age as Shinta. She's very pretty, brother. And most importantly, she was the village flower whose famous beauty was." Rani clarifies.
"Shut up, Rani!" snapped Dahlan.
"Ayaaahh...why do you want to marry again? Especially with a girl that young." Shinta was twitching spoiled on Dahlan's arm.
"Sister, if Dad so marry the girl, the position of Kak Shinta as queen in this house, will automatically be shifted. Dad, right, was crazy about that woman." Rani's pumping.
"What?! How beautiful is that woman, Rani?" ask Shinta curiously.
"He's very ayu, brother. His demeanor was soft, his skin was pure white, his hair was long black and shiny. Anyway she is perfect, sister," replied Rani provokingly.
"Stop, Rani!" snarl Dahlan again. But in a relaxed reply by Rani.
"really?" ask Shinta. He turned to look at Dahlan. " Dad, I don't want you to marry that woman." Shinta was shaking her lips.
You spoiled woman. Bathin Rani's.
"No, hon. He's gone from this house anyway" said Dahlan.
"Really, yes, Dad?"
Dahlan. "How's your model's career going, baby? Are you happy, working in that big city?" dahlan asked to switch the conversation.
Shinta smiles. "Very happy, Dad. Even very, very happy. Especially there, I met a young man, handsome and rich."
"really? Who is he, son? Introduce me to Dad. I'll be happy to welcome him."
"Patience, Dad. I'm still trying to get close to him."
"Well, I'll always support you. What was the man's name, and what was his job?"
"He is Gavin Pradana. A successful young entrepreneur. He is a chief director at his company, Dad," Shinta said happily.
"Well, really? You're Dad's most dependable son." Dahlan smiled proudly.
The two wives of Dahlan who were in the room, stared lazily at Shinta and Dahlan. As for Rani, she was just cute and put on a face no matter what.
