The Suffering of Si Kembang Village

The Suffering of Si Kembang Village
Melody bidders fret

The sun is starting to rise. The wind blew, sweeping the dry leaves that fell from the stalk, until scattered filled the streets in front of Gavin's office.

Some cleaning workers were a little overwhelmed, because the leaves kept flying, making the streets cleaned again and again messy.

Gavin had just stepped out of the elevator on the ground floor of his office, walking out to park his vehicle.

"Mr Gavin!" call someone to stop the move.

Gavin turned towards the voice. A girl looks quite open, with a white shift dress that is very pass on her sexy body, as well as her long curly hair that is left unraveled.

Gavin looked at the girl who was now walking towards him.

"Gentleman where are you going?" ask the girl.

"Sorry, who are you, huh?" Gavin answered with a question.

"You forgot, huh?" Smilingly. "There must be so many beautiful women you know. Naturally, if you forget one of them," said the girl confidently.

Gavin squinted his eyes. "I'm sorry, I completely forgot."

"Oh, it's okay, sir. I'll re-introduce myself." He stretched his hand towards Gavin. "Me, I'm Shinta. The model that is in the form of Brand Ambassador of the latest beverage products produced by your company."

Gavin thought for a moment. "Oh, yes, Miss Shinta. Sorry, I was too busy. So don't focus too much on this kind of thing." Gavin put on a forced smile.

Shinta was slightly disappointed to hear Gavin's words. But not seen in front of the handsome young man his target.

"It's okay, sir. I understand. Where are you going now?"

"I have a little need outside."

"Can't be delayed, can you? I have a little talk about the concept of advertising that we will soon work on in a few days, Sir," said Shinta expectantly.

"It's a pity Miss Shinta. I was in great hurry - Hunt. For the matter of that advertisement, you can talk to Kenzie, he's my representative. He's inside. Please ask the receptionist, where is the room. Sorry, I'm sorry." Gavin walks towards his car, then gets in, then drives off Shinta with his cocky feelings.

"Damn it, you're Gavin! For your sake, I am willing to refuse cooperation with a company that is bigger than your company. But you, you're not even interested in me" Shinta murmured. He then pulled out his phone from his bag and contacted someone.

"Hallo, Dad," said Shinta.

"Yes, Honey. What's the matter calling Dad?" ask someone across the line from Shinta.

"Dad, please find me a smarter shaman."

"Shaman? What else, son?"

"I want to add a little extra rub in my body."

"What was not good yesterday? Didn't you manage to attract the attention of many companies in that city?"

"But that guy, he's not interested in me at all, Dad. I have already successfully contracted with his company. But he.... Ah, Dad. help me. I really like that guy."

"Alright, I'll find you the greatest shaman. And I'll make sure that stupid man gets to his knees in front of you."

"Are you, Dad? I don't want to know, you have to make it!"

Shinta hung up the phone one-sidedly.

Exactly right! Shinta contacts her own father, who is none other than Juragan Dahlan, an old man who until now still has not stopped looking for Nilam's whereabouts.

****

Nilam just finished cleaning up. He looked fresher with the aromatherapy he used in his bathing ritual. His wet hair was left free.

She now wears a short-sleeved, brown midi dress, which is slightly past the knee. To display white feet and levels. The clothes he wore, was the clothes given by Grandma Samiah, belonged to her daughter who never returned. But still look beautiful in Nilam's body even though the model and style is fairly ancient.

For a moment Nilam enjoyed his precious time, which he never got while in the village. He stood on the balcony outside Gavin's room on the second floor of the mansion.

The view of the garden located next to the house, looks beautiful, with various types of colorful flowers arranged nicely around it. Refreshing the eyes of Nilam who usually only see the expanse of tea leaves in his daily life in his village.

Whahuh? Tea leaf?

Instantly Nilam's memory ran deep into his village. He misses....

"Grandfather.... I miss Grandpa. I miss Hana and Didy too. How are they doing now...?" A clear sheet of freefall down her delicate cheek.

Unknowingly, Gavin's figure was already standing behind him.

Gavin was glued to his place. He squinted his eyes at the figure of the girl standing behind him. With long, black, and smooth hair that is beautifully decomposed, as well as the smell that smells as fragrant as piercing the sense of smell Gavin.

Gavin made his move, approaching Nilam, who was still unaware of his presence.

"Lady...."

Hearing that delicate voice, Nilam turned his body instantly.

"Tu-Mister Gavin." He was surprised not to get stuck.

"A-Have you come back?"

Yeah, God.... Is this really Nuri? Gavin. He looked at Nilam's face and could not be separated. A million admiration filled his heart. "Nuri," he called slowly.

Nilam was confused. His palms squeezed each other. He remembered, his head was plain without his black veil. But what to say, Gavin already saw it.

"I-yes, sir," he said.

Gavin put on his sweet smile. It seemed like he was starting to come out of his world of admiration. "You are beautiful, Nuri," the remark sounded sincere without the slightest tinge of teasing.

But the words of praise that was thrown by Gavin even made Nilam tremble in fear. The shadow of his bad experience will compliment the men in his village, which always ends with the incident of being harassed, traumatizing him.

"Ma-I'm sorry, sir. I-I'll get my hood inside first."

Nilam was about to step past Gavin. But his actions lost quickly with the movement made by the handsome man.

Gavin grabbed his hand first.

"Don't use that head covering in front of me again. I like you like this. And one more thing, didn't I say this morning, don't call me Sir."

"Ma-I'm sorry, Tu. oh, I mean Gavin. Please let go of my hand."

"Oh, yes, sorry." Gavin took off his hand quickly.

"Ruri, what's wrong with you?" asked Gavin, he began to catch a frightened betel on Nilam's face, plus his body that looks vibrating. "Nuri, are you okay?" Gavin was starting to worry. He intended to touch Nilam's shoulder, but was stopped, because Nilam shuffled away.

Patchouli began to shed his tears a little more, than just a droplet. "I. I'm afraid. I don't want to hear that. Don't praise me anymore. I'm mohooon...."

Gavin frowned in wonder. "Fearful? Praising?" Momentary pause. "You mean, you're scared because I call you pretty, is that it?"

Nilam.

"Yes, Tuhaan.... You are so weird. All women in this world, want to be adored and praised for their beauty. But you, you don't even want to and even fear like this." Gavin didn't think.

"Because every time I hear men who praise me, it must lead to their intention of abuse against me" said Nilam grimly.

Gavin gasped at the girl's words. "Be-really? That bad?"

"Yes, Gavin."

"Then, did you get harassed by them?"

Nilam. "I'm lucky, God always protects me. Until none of them succeeded with his malicious intentions towards me.

Unexpectedly, Gavin pulled Nilam's body into his arms. Tighten him.

"From now on, I'll protect you. From anything and from anyone who intends evil on you. Even if it's my mom. I'll make sure of that" Gavin said with confidence.

Nilam felt a warmth in his heart.

The warmth that he never felt when he was with Danu, his former lover in the village. Unknowingly, he wrapped his arms around her, returning the man's warm embrace. His fear disappeared in an instant, changing into a feeling of comfort and calm. "Thank you... Gavin."

"Don't be afraid anymore. There I will always take care of you."

Nilam crying full haru. Gavin's figure was like an antidote melody, for his fear and fret. For some reason in his heart, he felt like he had been so close for so long to the man he had met yesterday morning.
