The Suffering of Si Kembang Village

The Suffering of Si Kembang Village
The Shelter House

At 09:30 p.m.

Gavin's BMW i3 stalled in the courtyard of an elongated two-story building. With some doors stuck in its section.

Nilam went down first before Gavin opened the door for him.

"Darling, why go down first?!"

Without heeding Gavin's exclamation, the girl continued to step up. His body was spinning around. The evergreen trees that stood shady grew lined up with a harmonious distance around them.

The leaves danced around in stroked wind that passed as soft as cotton.

It was as if welcoming the arrival of the little elf who was ready to visit and perch on his stalk.

The decoration of round, whitening lights that stand towering, making the atmosphere more contrast with the concentrated belonging to the night.

At every corner, colorful flowers with various variations, adding to the perfection of the scene that was born from a majesty.

"It's so beautiful, Gav ...."

With unrelenting glances circulating, and an unceasing smile glowing, Nilam was in a groove of true admiration.

"You likey?"

Glanced at Gavin who was already standing beside him. "Very."

"Thank God." A smile fell on the young man's lips. "But it's cold here, let's go inside."

"Eh? But Gav ... What is this place? Why does the shape of the house extend like this? Is this a rented house?" Nilam wants to know.

Gavin chuckles. "No, Honey. Who would want to contract a house in a secluded place like this?"

"Then?" Nilam is still curious.

"It's a halfway house, for abandoned children on the streets. Kenzie's."

"really?" The eyes look for the truth.

"Yes, Honey. Let's go in." Nilam nodded with a smile.

Just two of them arranged a few steps, seen a man coming out from behind one of the lines of the door.

Black T-shirts and knee-length shorts wrapped casually in a body that is not short and not too high. On his left palm an eared cup, he was wearying. And on the other palm a mobile phone with a screen on, became as straight as his vision.

Unaware of the presence of the two meat bends that stepped towards him, the young man continued to stare at the screen of his mobile phone. His body had sat perfectly on one of the chairs located on the terrace of the building. The cup, which had no idea what it was, was placed on the table beside it.

"Malaka!"

Sure was! The voice caught his attention. "Mr Gavin." He stood up. "You here?"

Getting closer, Gavin's steps accompanied by Nilam beside him, stopped a few steps in front of the young man named Chaka.

"Yes, my future wife wants to go for a walk."

Gavin's light answer made Chaka turn to the girl his boss was referring to. "Night, Miss. Welcome," she said kindly.

"Night."

The pull of lips formed that smile, as if lifting Chaka's soul up. Awe-filled gaze pierced horizontally into the face of the Bigboss' future wife. And ....

One of Gavin's index toys on his forehead, successfully made the young man blink. "What do you see?"

"E- uh .. ti-no, boss," he replied clumsily.

"What?! Boss?" Gavin.

"Hehe .. yes. It's okay, right, if I change my call to you, boss?" Chaka ketar-ketiers.

"Hm ...." With arms, with faces as if thinking. And a moment later .... "May also." Gavin's answer was finally.

"Yes!" Sumringah ckaha. "Please come in, Boss, Miss."

As if it was hard to look away, and again, Chaka focused her gaze on Nilam.

"Don't look at him again. My lover's face contains magic." Gavin warned. And obviously it's just a silly bitch.

And Chaka was clearly aware of that. "Yes, Boss. Sorry."

A little about Chaka.

At first he was just a homeless man. His life was flung around with no place to go back. I don't know what the cause is.

With the capital of a shabby guitar, he connected his life with busking.

Used cardboard boxes become his bed every time drowsiness strikes him.

The shop empire, under the trees, the place of worship, and everywhere, the places always took turns patiently, waiting for him who was ready to stretch the cardboard, to welcome his dream realm.

Until one time, Kenzie who was at that time was holding social activities with his parents in the place where Chaka was, brought every street child who was strung like him.

After going through various guidance, Chaka looks more and more prominent. There are many hidden abilities that belong to him. And that caught Kenzie's attention. Until he pulled the young man for various tasks, including taking care of one of his efforts.

"Where is your Master, Chaka?" tanya Gavin who has now been casually crumbling on a sofa with Nilam's thighs to cushion his head.

"Boss Kenzie means that?" The answer was a question, while putting two cups of warm tea on the table in front of him.

"Who else."

"There's a back garden pool."

"What's he doing these nights?"

"Maybe soaking." The flat answer was not the slightest joke, he was still engrossed in the game on his phone.

You brash fellow!

Gavin looked at the young man. "You think he's the Daslim, who wants to soak with these gurame fish all night?" The sarcasm!

Scratching his head that was not itchy, Chaka with the grin of his horse. "Hehe ... It's possible, Boss?"

"Ahh, you're this." Gavin rose from his position. And began to step in a direction in the room. But he realized immediately, then turned around and walked back to where he came from. "Let's come along." Pulling the confused Nilam arm. "This is not a safe place for you."

"Si Boss, am I a gorilla?!" Chaka won't take it.

"Zack!!" gavin shouted faintly as his body and Nilam began to disappear in the swallow of a door leading to the backyard.

In that place.

The sound of the violin swiping, sounding shahdu and sedayu.

Kenzies!

With eyes closed full of passion, sitting on a garden chair.

Next to him a fish pond became friends.

Prok prok ....

The sound of that clap of hands, made his eye valve open instantly. "Niland ...."

"You're great, Ken," praised the girl.

"Don't praise him too much, he'll float like Chaka just now." The voice of Gavin, who began to walk towards his best friend. "Looks like this friend of mine is sad. Is the job I'm giving you too taxing?"

Kenzie put on a wry smile. "No, I'm used to the word of a bloated, bucolic boy like you."

"Damn you!"

"What's up here? Is there anything important?" Kenzie put his favorite musical instrument next to him.

"There really is."

"Want to?"

"Let's talk about that in your study."

"What's wrong with talking about it now?"

Glancing at Nilam who was now squatting staring at the pool with his fingers occasionally draped smoothly to the surface of the water, Gavin smiled. "I'm afraid he's tired of our discussion later."

Kenzie chuckles. "It seems serious."

"Very."

"really?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Then why don't you put her to bed first. Give her milk ... or read a fairy tale for example," joked Kenzie.

"Damn it! Do you think he's a new baby who can walk?!"

"Well...."

Kenzie's loud laughter grabs Nilam's attention. The girl stood up and stepped closer to the two men sitting side by side. "What's wrong?" tanyanya wants to know.

"There's nothing, honey. Here, you must be cold." Gavin patted the seat bar that was still beside him.

"No need, Nilam. Let's just go in. The night the air gets colder," said Kenzie grabbed his violin and then got up from his place.

"You think I'm a mosquito repellent? Or the devil who is always the third person."

"Mahaha ...." Hearing Kenzie's chirp, Gavin's laughter exploded loudly. "That's why you're looking for a girl to go with you. So that we can often do double dates, "gavin teased in between his laughter.

Nilam just smiled and shook his head.

"I'll get it right away!"
