As promised, Gavin and Nilam are now in a Japanese restaurant that is quite famous in the city.
"How, is the food good?" ask Gavin.
Nilam nodded with his mouth full of food.
"Thank God. Let's spend it."
"But this is too much, Gav."
"I don't want to know. You have to spend it all. Look, your body is very thin" said Gavin.
"What's the problem with you, if I'm thin?"
Gavin clucking. "Because now you're with me. So I am in full charge of you. Besides, honey, right, all these foods are expensive."
Nilam glanced at the man before him. "All right, I'll replace all this. If you have given me a salary," said Nilam back with his chew.
Gavin chuckles. "Hey, who's going to pay you a salary?"
"you mean? I do, I work for you. No salary?"
"Lady... Nuri. Because the owner is kindly willing to accommodate and feed you. Then why doesn't that happen to me? Besides, what have you been working on? Making one cup of coffee just failed." Gavin smiled winning.
And checkmate!! Gavin's words succeeded in silencing Nilam's small mouth. His face bowed, staring at the plate of food that still contained several circles of sushi. Also true. My life, why is it so complicated? That was how Nilam was in his heart.
"I'm not wrong, am I? You still owe me. If you want to replace everything, then the amount will be very surprising to you," Gavin said on the cheek.
Nilam was a little flabbergasted. "I'll work hard. So that all my debt to you can be paid off completely. Didn't you say to yourself that I would earn money by working for you?"
"Yes, of course. Because I'm not a braggart. So as I say, I'll give you a wage. So work well."
"All right, I understand. Thank you," Nilam smiled briefly. Then for a moment he fell silent. "May I ask you one thing?"
Gavin frowned slightly. "What?"
"Can I no longer stay in your room?" ask Nilam timidly.
"Why? It was the most luxurious facility in my house other than my mother's room. You should be grateful. After all, I've never been rude to you, have I?"
"Gav. I know you're not like that. But...." Nilam lowered his head deeply.
"My mom again?" gavin sela.
Nilam raised his face again, looking at the owner of the handsome face in front of him. "That's one of them" he answered later.
"Then the others?"
"Because it's not appropriate that way, Gav. Unmarried men and women do not deserve to be in the same room" Nilam said solemnly.
"Then we get married."
The deggg!!
Nilam's heart raced fast. Both of her beautiful eyes were perfectly rounded. What the fuck is this guy? What does he mean? ask Nilam's heart. "Don't joke, Gav. That's not funny."
Gavin stared intently at the innocent girl before him. "Does my face look like Rowan Atkinson?"
Jolted, in disbelief, that's the picture of Nilam's face now. "Gav.that's not what I asked for. I just asked for a different room. That's all."
"Does that mean you reject me, Nuri? I seriously want to marry you. So you won't be awkward in my room anymore." A faint smile appeared in the last sentence Gavin said.
Nilam was still dissolved in his thought cycle. He was confused by the man in front of him.
"It's not that easy, Gav."
"Why? I can marry you now."
"Ga-"
"Gavin!" The presence of someone managed to menggulakan the word that will be said Nilam. "How are you?" ask him what he calls.
Gavin was aghast, staring at the figure standing beside him. "Anita.." he muttered.
"I'm sitting here, huh?" ask the woman named Anita while landing her buttocks on the chair beside Gavin, even before being invited. "How are you, Gav?" He repeated the question.
"Good." Gavin threw his face in the opposite direction to the girl.
Anita turned towards Nilam who was sitting beside her left. "This...who, Gav?" tanyanya while raising her gaze, sweeping Nilam's appearance from top to bottom.
Nilam turned his eyes in any direction.
And Gavin looked at Nilam who looked uncomfortable.
"He's Nuri. My future wife," he said firmly.
The two women were shocked at him. Their eyes fell on Gavin's face.
"Gavin's.... Is he really serious about what he says?" Patchouli in his disbelief.
With Anita. Gavin's words were like a joke to him. "You serious, Gav? Will marry her?" His gaze was straight at Gavin, but his index finger was pointed at Nilam.
Gavin smiled obliquely. "Yes, very seriously."
Anita closed her gaping mouth. Then he said, "Why is this woman you want to marry?"
"Is there something wrong with him? My choice has fallen on him" said Gavin firmly.
"But a woman like this doesn't deserve to be with you, Gav?"
Gavin let out his eagle gaze. "Who do you think deserves me? Are you?"
"Gav.. That's not what I mean...."
"Then do I need your opinion to determine who is worthy and worthy of being with me?"
Anita. A regretful look was clearly on her beautiful face.
"Hey Miss!" gavin's call was directed at a waiter who was busy cleaning the visitor's desk not far from his position.
The servant approached the caller. "Yes, Sir."
"All this money I think is enough to pay for all this food" Gavin said, putting several pieces of money on the table in front of him.
"Come, Nuri. We're getting out of here." He stretched his hand towards Nilam.
Patchouli? Of course he was confused. "Ta-but...."
"Come on." Gavin pulls his arm, then leaves Anita with all her misfortune.
"I still love you, Gavin!" shouted Anita loudly, who got a look of wonder, from all the visitors of the restaurant. "All of you! Don't look at me like that!" Then rise up to leave the place with annoyed stomping steps.
Gavin kept pulling Nilam's hand. His face turned sour. "Let's go in." The car door leaf has been flicked for Nilam.
The innocent girl complied without interrupting. It seemed like the man was in a bad mood, over
he met Anita at the restaurant.
And Nilam clearly heard the girl's scream in the last second of her meeting. The question is; why does Gavin seem to hate him so much?
The lines of questions continued to fill Nilam's mind. What, why, and how.
Until suddenly....
"Come, get off."
"Eh...?"
"We've arrived."
Did ya? This fast? The confusion that haqiqi felt Nilam. Why did it not feel like the car was moving? No way, right, if he rides a turbo chicken? Hhh....
"Come, do you want to stay in this car?" Gavin stood up and opened the door for Nilam.
Nilam. "Eh, yes." It came down stiffly. His gaze continued to stare at the man with a puzzled look.
"Don't look at me like that. Or I'll eat you!"
