The young man just laughed sinisterly and raised his sword. "I'm not going to let you go" he said in a hateful tone.
Chao Mi and the girl were ready to face the fight, while the wind grew stronger and the yellow leaves flew over covering the dim view.
Chao Mi and the girl were troubled as they looked at the figure of the young man waiting for them at the end of the road. He looked dangerous with his blood red eyes full of hatred.
Chao Mi was not daunted by his words even if it was just the slightest bit. He drew his fan weapon forward while saying defiantly. "You think I'm scared? What you should be afraid of right now is your head being severed before your mouth can babble again."
The young man did not flinch. But he stared furiously at Chao Mi, like holding a deep grudge against her.
A lightning bolt flashed across the sky. The atmosphere became gripping as they fell silent with the increasingly dense killer air.
Chao Mi looked at the girl behind her for a moment then ruled without wanting to be refuted. "Go, take the heirloom and don't look back" he said, pointing to the heirloom that was already in the girl's hands. He was less sure the girl could keep either heirloom because she was so careless. However Chao Mi had no other choice. That young man might be stronger than his student.
The girl still looked towards the young man, as if reluctant to leave from there. Angrily Chao Mi forced the girl to leave immediately before their plans were muddled.
"Don't argue much and go, I'll take care of it" Chao Mi said next.
"But I want to fight him!"
"It's not a time to mess around, listen to what I say and bring it as soon as possible or I'll give you a severe punishment!" it was Chao Mi's wrath that finally made the girl give in. The girl looked at the young man sharply.
Until he nodded in annoyance, then turned his body and walked away with quick steps, carrying the heirloom they had obtained from the Golden Dragon Academy.
He left the place immediately. Before the young man blocked the path of his disciple Chao Mi first threw a wind knife and restricted the opponent's motion by throwing dozens of attacks at once. The young man unleashed a meaningless slash attack, Chao Mi drew a wry smile.
"Look, about the leaves only you can't. It's so sad."
Without the need to do much, his student left easily. The warrior was getting upset. Chao Mi knew the mysterious swordsman's goal might be the heirloom they had obtained.
Chao Mi looked at her opponent with a meticulous look. He began to realize that the fight was going to be dangerous, after measuring the amount of power flowing within the young man's body.
Chao Mi was silent for a moment, noticing how the figure of the young man standing in front of her looked at her with a hateful gaze and a hand that tightly grasped the sword in her right. He could feel the immense and dense power that black flow warriors normally possessed emanating from the figure, making him certain that he was not an indiscriminate swordsman.
Even so Chao Mi was undaunted. He had faced off against many formidable enemies before and had always been able to defeat them easily. He knew that his strength was enough to overcome any threat that appeared before him, including defeating the mysterious swordsman.
Even so, Chao Mi did not take the young man lightly. He realized that the two of them possessed equally formidable strength, and their fight would probably be a fierce one.
In a matter of seconds, suddenly the two camps met each other. Chao Mi's fan was restrained as the sword blade held the speed of his weapon straight. There was a power struggle, they measured each other's abilities.
With the moonlight dwindling in the middle of the desolate wilderness, there was a fierce fight between the two.
The two stared at each other with sharp eyes, unable to move in the slightest. A second later Chao Mi leapt agilely, soared through the air, and attacked with her deadly weapon. The young man quickly dodged and launched a counter-sword attack that hunted for a vital point, but Chao Mi was able to dodge easily.
Some time fighting, the young man shakes his sword with considerable strength, while Chao Mi creates an invisible weapon whose sharpness is the same as that of his own sword.
They continued to fight, no one was willing to retreat or give up. Any attacks that are launched are quickly repelled or avoided. No sound could be heard other than the sound of swords and fans clashing against each other.
Suddenly, Chao Mi let out an extremely powerful thump with her weapon. The young man quickly dodged, but the range of Chao Mi's attack was so wide that it injured his left hand. Chao Mi made use of this advantage to attack again, yet this time the young man managed to fend off with one hand.
They continued to fight, this time the young man only used one of his sword-grasping hands but he was able to control the fight and unleash a deadly technique to attack his opponent. Not only that, he also possessed speed and dexterity that could not be underestimated at all.
Seeing that, Chao Mi gave a rough peck. He gathered strength while hovering above the air then unleashed his final attack by unleashing a sharp wind that shattered one giant pillar behind the opponent. The young man managed to dodge once again and it made Chao Mi even more lose her temper.
The fight was getting more intense and tough, both of them attacking and dodging each other quickly. Meanwhile, the wind released by Chao Mi kept turning into a typhoon and destroying whatever it went through.
Unexpectedly, with an extremely quick trick move, the young man managed to attack Chao Mi from behind and cripple her. Chao Mi fell to the ground, while the young man stood behind her carrying a weapon, looking at her with a cold and hateful look.
Although Chao Mi's fall could still unleash a counterattack on the figure, she slid forward at her fastest speed, swinging the fan wildly, trying to slash at the young man with a single blow.
However, the young man dodged and hit his wrist, replying to the attacking streak. So too with that woman. Various fights and attacks were issued but still no one wanted to budge.
Their fight triggered a great shock that brought down the buildings around them quite wide. The surrounding people who were shocked by this fight ran to the rods looking for a safe place and asked the city soldiers for help.
Chao Mi continued to attack with all her strength, but the young swordsman was able to dodge Chao Mi's attacks with a smooth movement.
Each of his powerful attacks gave off a trembling sound. But the young man always avoided it.
They retreated for a moment, read each other's opponents and prepared their next move.
In a gripping silence, the two stared at each other with gasps of breath.
The night is getting bigger. The deciduous leaves flew around them, carried by the icy night wind. Neither Chao Mi nor his enemy began to run out of steam after several hours of fierce fighting, it seemed that this time it would be the decisive victory.
Before long the young man started to move and launched a huge attack with the Destruction God's Palm. Chao Mi had already read his movements but unfortunately she could not read where the attack came from. The enemy suddenly disappeared from sight and emerged from an unexpected direction.
The Destroying God's Tread touched Chao Mi's chest, making a loud sound as part of her ribs were crushed by the attack.
The attack precisely hit Chao Mi's chest, making her bounce back a few steps.
Chao Mi spewed out fresh blood. He used the opportunity to re-launch his attack with a fan. The attack slashed in the young man's chest, crisscrossing from shoulder to stomach. The young man took a few steps back, drawing blood from his mouth. Both of them gasped, after a long and fierce fight, both of them retreated backwards.
"Damn it, I didn't think it would be this long just fighting with you. I admit that you are indeed quite a formidable foe," Chao Mi muttered away the blood from the corner of her lips. He was as battered as the opponent before him.
