Chapter 75 Revenge

Leticia ran to find Charlotte. He's gotta hurry before Charlotte gets out of here. The dark secret path was only illuminated by torches located on its sides. 

There were footsteps approaching from the opposite direction to Leticia. Charlotte Guards. Leticia was cautious because her opponent was two. Although Leticia's sword skills had improved but she was not as good as Isabella. To fight two people he would have trouble.

One of the guards swung a sword towards Leticia. Leticia. When he was about to strike back, another bodyguard attacked. Leticia retreated backwards. He was looking for an opportunity to attack.

The sword swung on Leticia's left side. Leticia. Another sword swung at him. Leticia hit the head of the attacking bodyguard on her left side while avoiding another swing of the sword. The guard fell. 

Leticia unsheathed the sword to the bodyguard who was still standing then turned to the bodyguard who was trying to get up. He attacked the guard quickly until he was overwhelmed. The guard was off guard. Leticia took the opportunity to kill him.

Both bodies of Charlotte's bodyguards were lying on the floor. Leticia's chasing Charlotte.

Two people seem to be running. One of them was holding a baby. The distance between the two people with Leticia was narrowing even further. Leticia managed to catch their hair. Their steps stopped.

Leticia walked in front of them to block the exit. He saw the faces of the two men. Charlotte's babysitter who's holding Louis and Charlotte.

Leticia's anger peaked as soon as she saw Charlotte. He drew a sword beside his neck.

"I warned you that if you kill me your daughter will not survive Leticia" Charlotte said.

Leticia was not at all afraid of her threat. "He would have survived, if Braun had also been killed."

"Then she will forever hate you for killing her father. Forever you won't be happy with your hero." Charlotte's voice was rising.

Leticia knew that too. He was ready to accept all the risks. 

"As long as Judith survives all that is nothing," said Leticia.

"You're crazy!" scream Charlotte. His voice trembled. Despite trying to look strong, Charlotte was terrified. Leticia's gaze really wanted to kill him.

"You're the one who made me like this, Charlotte!" shouted Leticia.

The sound of the baby's crying echoed there. Louis was terrified. A baby who does not know anything will lose the affection of both parents.

Leticia's sword was getting closer to Charlotte's neck. Charlotte pulls the nanny Louis points her at Leticia. The nanny's neck was hit by Leticia's sword and it was bleeding a lot. Leticia was surprised by this. The nanny's hands drooped to the point of knocking Louis down. Louis' head stumbled on the floor and died instantly.

Charlotte took advantage of this opportunity to run. Charlotte was completely unaware of her baby falling. All he had in mind was to save himself. Leticia mourned for a while this innocent life was lost because of the actions of her parents.

Leticia's after Charlotte. As soon as the distance between them got closer he slashed Charlotte's leg. Charlotte fell, screaming in pain. Leticia approached, thrusting a sword at Charlotte's neck.

"Is that Charlotte's sick?" leticia Syndicate.

"Basic women j*l*ng!" charlotte Umpat.

"That's still nothing with the pain I feel from Judith who hates me! All because of you! Stop messing with our lives!" shouted Leticia.

"I just want to get rid of you from my life and Braun! We just want to live quietly!" scream Charlotte.

Leticia scrunched her forehead. If they wanted to live quietly, there was no need to bring Leticia into their lives. They do not have to hide that they are lovers. If Braun hadn't given Leticia false love, maybe Leticia would have given up.

"If I had known you guys were already in touch when I became Crown Princess, I wouldn't have bothered you guys."

"If we get rid of you by then, Duke Hilbright's help in making Braun Emperor will be gone."

Charlotte grins. "We need a scapegoat when the truth is revealed. Duke Hilbright was the right man. Me, my father and Braun will be spared the charges. We will make Duke Hilbright the mastermind of the Emperor's assassination."

Leticia widened her eyeballs. From the beginning they played with their family. Even Duke Hilbright did not know he was being used.

Leticia's hand was on her forehead. He was trying to digest this truth. 

"The reason you didn't reveal it is because Duke Hilbright is still being used, right?"

"That's right. We didn't kill you and Judith because they were useful to us. You can be removed at any time because your only use is to do the Queen's work. Duke Hilbright is no longer expecting you because there is Judith. Judith can be useful to be the wife of another royal prince to strengthen cooperation."

Leticia gritted her teeth. For both of them, what determines human life is only useful and useless. Humans are just tools for them. Braun, Charlotte and Duke Hilbright have similar traits.

"Then you gave birth to Louis because one day he'll be useful right?" asked Leticia in a mocking tone.

"Right," replied Charlotte briefly.

"So you know what you did at the time of sacrificing Louis' nanny might have caused Louis to get hurt?" ask Leticia lirih. He was not completely confused with Charlotte's thought.

"That's right."

"Aren't you sad that your son died?"

Charlotte looked a little surprised.

"Of course I'm sad, but the child can be replaced with another."

Leticia's getting furious. Charlotte's thinking with herself was very different. He can't take it. He scratched Charlotte's other leg. Charlotte whimpering. Sweat splashed across his face from pain and fear.

"Where is Judith?" ask Leticia. He intends to end this immediately.

"Come on, I don't know," Charlotte replied with a chuckle.

Leticia stabbed Charlotte in the left hand. Tears came out of Charlotte's eyes.

"I'll ask you one more time. Where is Judith?"

Charlotte did not answer as she continued to scream. Leticia hurt Charlotte's right hand. Charlotte begs Leticia for forgiveness.

"Judith with Braun in the singsana room. I've said it, don't torture me." Charlotte was begging.

'Very sad' Leticia's inner self.

"Thank you, Charlotte."

Leticia smiled. Charlotte smiled back because Leticia forgave her, not knowing it was a smile that led her to death.

Leticia beheaded Charlotte. There was no intention in Leticia to forgive the person who made her daughter suffer.

Now it's Braun. Gerald must have arrived at the singsana room and avenged his family. Judith would hate him.

Leticia immediately headed to the room, just in case something unwanted happened.
