THE SAVIOR'S
CHAPTER 9 OFFER

“Offer?? What offer do you mean?” 

“Before I explain the offer can I confirm something and ask you something else first, Miss ?” 

The girl nodded her head with a slight hesitation. But now that the girl knows she is in a foreign country and maybe something could harm her, she has no choice but to comply. 

“What do you want to ask?”

Ethan then lets Dylan come forward and starts asking the girl. “Include my name Dylan. I'm the researcher from the Ingmar Alliance and the person who helped Ethan build this World Peace Force. If possible, what is the name of Miss ?” 

“My name is Sarayu.” 

“Usia?” 

“29 year.” 

Ethan, who is behind Dylan, picks up his cell phone and sends a message to Forth, who is in his study. 

Ethan: Forth. Please check the information about the girl named Sarayu with Indonesian citizenship. 29 Years old. Living in City J. 

“Since when did Miss have the ability to use the wind freely?” Dylan continued his question and this time asked one of the few core questions. 

“A-I can't remember since when. Know-know I can use the wind freely using both my hands.”

Ethan looked at the look on the girl's face and asked Eighth who was standing next to him. “What do you think, Eighth? Is it possible that the girl lied to us?” 

Eighth pointed towards the two hands of the girl. “Master Ethan look, the girl's hands are sweating though not much. He must have felt a little scared, from his expression it was clear he was not lying at all, Mr.” 

“Then. . . anyone who knows Miss has this ability?” Dylan continued his question. 

The girl moved her head with some hesitation before replying. “I don't think there is. All this time I have always been careful if I want to use this ability. If not in a desperate situation, as much as possible I do not use it. Have strange abilities like this, I think it will be a disaster if people find out.” 

“Alright then.” Dylan then pressed the remote button again and played another recording to show the girl. “Please see this, Miss!”  

Clik. The second recording then spins a man capable of defeating a large number of troops with just one punch that he aimed at the ground. The footage twisted the ferocity of the troops from the Arael Alliance and made the girl open her mouth wide and gaping in shock. 

“I-it. . how could the man split the ground with just one punch from his hand?” the girl was still staring at the screen. 

Dylan glanced over at Ethan and asked Ethan to take his place giving the girl an explanation. Ethan then takes one step forward and begins to explain to the girl. 

“The man you saw was a member of the Arael Alliance who some time ago killed an army from the Ingmar Alliance on guard. As you know more than a part of this earth is in a state of war due to the invasion of the Arael.” Alliance 

“I know it.” The girl nodded her head hearing Ethan's explanation. 

“I was one of the few generals who led the fight against the Arael Alliance under the Ingmar Alliance. While fighting against the Arael Alliance, my army that kept on being shouldered retreated was then on edge and I was about to die until something fell from the sky. A meteor crashed and because it was burned by the earth's atmosphere, the meteor was then split into many parts before finally spreading. One of those meteor shards fell on me and made me able to see something no one else could see.” 

“And what Sir can see?” 

Ethan could clearly see the curious look on the girl's face when he heard the explanation from her. 

“I can see the future even if not as a whole. I can also see a person's past if it touches his hands and reads the thoughts of those around me.” 

“Before I think about the offer, can I see the meteor shards that Sir said?” 

Ethan then asks Dylan to bring his meteor shards to Sarayu and as soon as Sarayu sees the meteor shards, Sarayu's face changes. There was a hint of surprise in his eyes when he looked at the meteor shards belonging to Ethan. 

“It seems I remember something, Sir,” Sarayu said with eyes that still could not escape looking at the meteor shards belonging to Ethan. 

“I can control the wind since touching a stone similar to yours.” 

Ethan's guess is absolutely right. Sarayu has the ability to control the wind by touching the same meteor shards as Ethan.  

“. . .The master said that you brought me here to give me an offer, didn't you?” 

Ethan smiles. “That's right, Miss.” 

“And is the offer to ask me to work in the World Peace Forces that you lead?” 

“It's true.” Ethan no longer hid his intentions and goals. 

“Then can you make me see my future if I accept the offer?” said the girl. “I will consider the offer if I can figure out my future.” 

Ethan turns his head to look at Dylan to find out what Dylan thinks of the offer. As with Ethan, Dylan who heard the girl's offer also immediately turned his head to look at Ethan. Dylan first asked Ethan a question and asked by shrinking his voice.

“Can you read someone's future and make that person see it too? You've never done that. All this time. .the future you say is only in your vision. I've never seen the future you say even the image of the girl who will be the savior of the world.” 

Ethan agrees with the question Dylan asked him. During this time, Ethan only looks at one's past and not one's future. The future he always sees is the future of the world not the future of a person. And also.... . making others see the same thing as him, Ethan has never done that before. The girl's request to Ethan feels pretty heavy for Ethan. 

Kling. 

   Ethan's message notification reads. Ethan immediately picks up his cell phone and shows the message that went into his phone. Ethan pulls Dylan by the hand and asks Eighth to accompany the girl Sarayu as she opens a message with Dylan. 

“What message do you receive from Forth?” dylan asked while outside the room where Sarayu and Eighth were. 

“As long as you spoke to the girl, I asked Forth to find the girl's information and here's the message from my request. 

Name: Sarayu.

Born: 28 February 2003 

Education: Bachelor of Chemical engineering from I university.  

Address: Xx no xx street. City J. 

Occupation: none. 

Sarayu was the first of three children. She has one sister and one younger brother. During these two years, Sarayau was unemployed and still trying to find work.

I have many personal accounts under the name of Ssarayu and some accounts using the name Lunatic Bahram which is suspected as a pseudonym or pen name. 

Sarayu repeatedly failed to find a job because her face was far from attractive. 

Ethan looked at the glass and saw Sarayu standing with Eighth and talking. After noticing Sarayu, Ethan then looks back at her phone and pulls the screen of her phone to see the next piece of information from Forth. 

“I do not expect if the country where he lives still attach importance to someone's face to accept work,” said Dylan when he saw the photo of the two Sarayu sisters who are beautiful and far different from Sarayu. 

Ethan then turned his head back to look at Sarayu from behind the glass. Upon seeing Sarayu, Ethan then recalls the request Sarayu had asked him. 

“Then can you make me see my future if I accept the offer?” said the girl. “I will consider the offer if I can figure out my future.” 

Could it be that the girl is desperate?. Ethan asked in his mind while looking at Sarayu.
