THE SAVIOR'S
CHAPTER 45 DISASTER IN THE PAST PART 3

           “Uwaaahhh.” Winner immediately clasped Sarayu's hand again when she felt the shaking for the second time.

           Sarayu got up from her seat while pulling Winner's hand and forcing her to stand up as well. “Prepare, Winner! The disaster should have come in minutes.”

           Sure enough. .just now Sarayu shut her mouth giving a warning, the sea water that was not far from Winner and Sarayu's seat was immediately attracted towards the middle of the ocean. The seawater continued to be attracted to the epicenter until it gathered and made a large and high wave. From where it is, Sarayu measured if the wave may have a height of approximately 30 meters with a speed of 500 meters per second. Damn, this is really as written in the news that I have read in the past. A really scary tsunami.

           “Sarayu. . don't those waves move very fast??” Winner asked with trembling hands looking at the 30-meter-high wave that was moving at a speed of 500 meters per second.

           “Yes, that's right. The 30-meter tsunami was moving at a speed of 500 meters per second. While the epicenter is only 10 km away from the beach.”

           Just like the frightened Winner, everyone who had noticed the high wave moving rapidly towards the land then started to cry out hysterically in fear. All the beach visitors scattered, running towards higher ground.

           “Run fast!!!! It's tsunami!!!”

           “Run now!!! Run to high ground!!!!”

           That same cry was repeatedly heard from the mouths of many people who were running to save themselves while warning others, that they too might save themselves. But the rescue effort was a futile effort. The distance of the epicenter with the land is too close, coupled with the speed of the waves are very fast. In just a matter of seconds, the wave will reach land and sweep everything in front of it be it humans, plants or tall buildings though. Worse, the nearby town of J has no plateau capable of saving its citizens from the ferocious waves that move ever closer and prepare to sweep anything in front of it.

           “Sarayu, what should we do now?? Are you just going to keep quiet seeing this death??”

“Wait a minute!!! Someone who is able to save this city will definitely come! When that happened, I should have asked her why she only saved this city and not with the other cities.”

           One sec.      

           Two seconds.

           Three seconds.

           Sarayu continued to count the tsunami waves moving closer and closer. But the more time wasted, someone who awaited Sarayu never come and show himself.

           “Sarayu!!! There is no more time!!!” insist Winner. “Are you going to stand by and watch the tsunami come closer and kill yourself in this moment??”

           Hearing Winner's words, Sarayu looked towards Winner with a surprised look. Me in this moment? If I were to lose my life in this time because of this tsunami wave, then in the future there would be no Saviors from the World Peace Forces. If I in this moment lose my life, will the future prophecy change? Will the war started by the Arael Alliance be lost?

           Four seconds.

           Five seconds.

           Six seconds.

           Sarayu saw people running around in fear trying to save her. Sarayu then imagined herself at this time who was still a dozen years old and knew nothing about the ferocious waves that were coming towards her. Sarayu imagined herself who was still a dozen years suddenly lost her life without having time to do anything according to her wishes.

           Seven seconds.

           Eight seconds.

           Nine seconds.

           Ten seconds.

           Sarayu looked towards Winner, not believing Winner's current remark to her. Right, I am the Savior of the World Peace Forces. I am the Saviour who is trying to realize the prophecy of Ethan for the peace of the world that is beginning to disappear from this world.

           Eleven seconds.

           Twelve seconds.

           Thirteen seconds.

           Sarayu let go of Winner's hand which was clutching her arm in fear. “Stay behind me no matter what happens, understand??”

           Winner nodded her head in accordance. “Sure.”

           “Ruyi!” Sarayu called out to her red staff and then took a step forward and drew closer to the shoreline. Sarayu's red staff now stood beside Sarayu and waited for Sarayu's orders without fear.

           Fourteen seconds.

           Fifteen seconds.

           Sarayu raised her hand forward and began to make a fifty-meter-high wind protector one meter thick. Sarayu who had long forgotten the calculations he had once mastered was now only able to make a protective wall carelessly in order to protect everyone behind him.

           “Did you make the same protectors as the protectors you made to protect me??” ask Winner.

           “No. I just made a high wall like a dam wall,” reply Sarayu. After answering Winner, Sarayu then gave the order to Ruyi-his red wand. “Ruyi. . if I fail to hold that wave, break it like you're splitting the ocean. Do you understand??”

           Ruyi moved up and down as a form of nodding her head, understanding with the orders given by Sarayu.

           Eighteen seconds, though,

           Nineteen seconds.

           Twenty seconds.

           Right at the twenty second, the thirty-meter-high tsunami wave crashed into Sarayu's windshield.

           “Wuahhhh,” cried Winner who was surprised when she saw the approaching big wave that stopped right in front of her eyes. “You succeeded Sarayu. The wave succeeded you hold.”

           But just now Winner praised the success of Sarayu, the tsunami waves that continued to push it managed to make Sarayu's wind protector shake violently and just wait a matter of seconds before finally being destroyed and attacking the city of J where the little Sarayu was located.

           “No!!”

           Realizing the wind protection he had made was not enough to withstand the terrifying tsunami waves, Sarayu took a step back and again made a protector. This time the shield he made was no longer in the form of a high wall like a dam but a dome like the one he used to protect Winner.

           Sarayu made a huge dome. The hope is to create a large dome to protect all the cities in the southern part of J island like the wall he had made. But his abilities were not enough and his strength was already barely drained due to his battle with Knight One before this. Sarayu's dome is only able to protect J city while the other city cannot be protected by Sarayu.   

           Crick. Crick. Crick. The wind wall made by Sarayu was completely destroyed in just three seconds. The tsunami waves that had been held back then fell just like that and flushed against the wind protection made by Sarayu. City J survived. But the tsunami waves that are still moving, crashing in the other direction and destroying other cities that cannot be protected by Sarayu.

           Sarayu cried to see the tsunami waves that began to hit in other directions besides the city of J. Finally the answer to my question was answered. The reason J city is the only city that survived the tsunami in 2020 is because of me. I was the one protecting this city and at the same time, I was the one who failed to protect the other cities.
