CHAPTER 73 BLACK STONE PART 2
The Knight Arael headquarters.
After bringing Knight One back to headquarters and taking action against the successive explosions that occurred, Knight Three approached Knight Five like Knight One's command.
“Knight Five!!!” shouted Knight Three after going around looking for Knight Five who had fallen because of the actions of the Ingmar Alliance troops. “You okay?”
Knight Five nodded her head. “I'm fine, Knight Three. What about the base and the explosion? Did you manage to stop the fire??”
“Looks bad, Knight Five. Not only did we lose the woman, we also lost her shoes and sustained quite fatal damage to our headquarters. I didn't think they would easily find our headquarters when all this time we always hid this headquarters well,” Knight Three explained as he healed the wounds of Knight Five.
“Master must be so angry with this incident??” knight Five said as she looked at the black plume of smoke coming from the headquarters.
“Of course and worse, our alliance leaders are pressuring Knight One to immediately attack all countries with our nukes ready,” said Knight Three with excitement mixed with his sense of regret.
“Then what will Knight One do? Will you accept the proposal and release our nukes according to the request of the alliance officials?”
“It looks like so. Given the faces of those higher-ups who were already very impatient to rule over all countries and make them submit to our alliance, it seems like Master will obey. Knight Three looked at Knight Five with a curious wwajha and it made Knight Five feel a little bit irritated.
“Why are you looking at me like that, Knight Three??”
“Can I ask, Knight Five?”
“Sure. What do you want to ask me, Knight Three?”
“That woman. . . why are you hugging her?? I thought your plan was to hit him turns out you just hugged him and made me along with Knight One feel really surprised.”

“Ya.” Knight Three nodded her head with a slight hesitation. “If I don't remember wrongly, Knight One is really angry at your actions. If it wasn't for the explosion that occurred at the headquarters, maybe you would have received punishment from Knight One. It seems. . Whether this is just my feeling or not, I think Knight One likes that woman. Therefore Knight One is trying hard to make that woman on our side.”
Knight Five smiled at Knight Three. “That must be just your feeling, Knight Three. Knight One did not like the woman. Knight One wants that woman on our side because that woman is a shitty opponent for us and that woman's whereabouts on our side, will make Knight One's plans go smoothly. That's what I saw.”
“Ah. .might be like that. Other than Knight Two, it looks like you do know one well, Knight One. No wonder Knight One deliberately brought you here.”
“Sure.”
In the blink of an eye, Knight Five returned to headquarters together with Knight Three. In the blink of an eye, Knight Five's mind was busy thinking about Knight Three's words about Knight One. I think. . Knight Three's remarks may have a point. The reason Knight One tried so hard to bring Sarayu here was to want to get her on our side and because she liked her too. Either since when Knight One began to obsess over Sarayu and if it continues to be left Knight One will continue to pursue Sarayu to get his wish.
When that happens. . . Which should I choose? My first love or my helper?

“Why me? Of your many descendants, why was I chosen? I never asked for anything that brought me to this position?” Sarayu asked a question to the figure of the man who was currently appearing before her.
“Options you took Sarayu. I chose because of all the choices you've always made in your life.”
“I don't understand. What do you mean by that?”
“Humans are born in the world with choices in both their hands. Although their destiny had been determined, but. . . no one knew how it was written. We only know that we will die. How do we die and how do we spend this age of life, no one knows. Because all of this is God's secret. So. . Throughout the course of life, we will always face the option of heading to the end of that life.” The man raised both of his hands and started making a filling. “Think of a choice in our lives there are only two like this hand. The right hand is a choice with a good path but brings misery to life whereas the left hand is a choice with a bad path but brings comfort in life.”
“Then what's with that choice?”
“You know well that balance is always in this world isn't it, Sarayu?”
“Ya, I know.”
“To make a choice in his life, man is given a mind and a heart. The human mind is used to learn how to understand what is right and what is wrong. The heart is used to learn how to understand others. Both of these we use as a basis for making choices in our lives. Then those two things make us have a desire that makes the birth of what we call lust. It is those passions and desires that sometimes destroy the balance of the human mind and heart. Their minds and hearts say wrong but they cannot go against their will. From here the easy choice that should be distinguished easily, becomes a very difficult choice.”
Huft. Sarayu sighed understandingly with the explanation of the figure of the man to her. “I understand what you mean. But. . . I still don't understand the connection to why you chose me??”
“You know some people born in the world have a privilege that humans have never considered special??”
Sarayu shook her head. “What do you mean?”
“Clean conscience. All human beings are born with this, but in the course of their consciences are corrupted by not being able to control the desires in their lives. Price always obeys desire is to lose their conscience. Then throughout your life. . . You always lose the desire in your heart and keep your conscience awake.”
“So you mean?”
“That's right, Sarayu. Because your conscience remains clean even after all your unfulfilled desires always lead you to make choices in my right hand throughout your life. I do not deny sometimes you make mistakes but. . Strangely after making mistakes, you always realize it and return again to this good road choice in my right hand. People who lose their conscience, will always justify their choice even if they know, they are aware that their choice is clearly wrong.”
