My Husband Is A Vampire

My Husband Is A Vampire
10 Empty Hearts

The dark night seemed silent as Candy's figure returned to her bedroom with Aunt Jane following.

"Don't I warn you not to be impulsive and stupid?" Aunt Jane yelled angrily when they were in the room, not stopping there she kept rambling "I told you not to take good care of your life! Not all Vampires are good like Young Master! You need to be careful and not make that decision again next time. Please at least don't make Young Master a hassle!"

Candy lowered her head in silence listening to all the advice and anger that Aunt Jane had uttered.

"Candy, you're not just Young Master's food! You're more than that! Someone who will accompany Young Master when I am no longer able to be by his side! So please be mature and don't act stupid without thinking!"

"Sorry Auntie!" Candy's voice sounded small, she further lowered her head deeply

Aunt Jane let out a long sigh staring at the girl before her who no longer knew what to do with "What will happen to you when I'm not here? Dear God, please at least don't make Young Master sad again..."

Beautiful Candy's face lifted as she listened to Aunt Jane's words. Doubting for a moment because of Aunt Jane's overflowing anger, she gritted her teeth to ask "Who's the girl?"

Listening to Candy's frank question without caring about her anger, Aunt Jane let out a long sigh before answering "That's not something you should know right now! Rest, I'll be back!"

Candy's hands were raised, she pulled a corner of Aunt Jane's clothes and said "If I don't have the right to know now, can't I at least know a little something?"

Aunt Jane looked at Candy with a hint of guilt and pity. He did not answer the girl but fell silent and waited for her to open her voice.

Candy gulped down her saliva rough looking at Aunt Jane's silence, she hardened her aching heart and asked in a choked voice "Is that woman the Young Master's lover?"

Aunt Jane's hand was raised to rub Candy's head hair when she saw the look on her face that seemed to hold the wound. He nodded softly "That's right! But it's all the past! Candy, take a break and don't think about the unnecessary!"

'Last Time?!'

Candy's mind echoed with that sentence.

He recalled the look on Edward's face as he looked at the girl he called Tina.

Edward's handsome face looks hurt with a glimpse of affection and longing in his eyes.

Edward didn't even bother to look at her in the slightest and just stared straight at the woman as if she was in her eyes!

Candy's hands clenched tightly. He buried his entire body and face under the blanket where he fell asleep.

Candy's heart ached, it felt so painful and bloody to see the figure she loved staring at another woman with such a look.

He cried and shook his head again.

Candy had already decided to be by Edward's side, no matter even if the man didn't return her feelings. But now he should not even care about the other girl figure that Edward had in his heart?

Wh why?

Why is it as if God is toying with his feelings and stirring them to mud?

After crying in solitude for a while, Candy gets much better. He felt his mind become calm and return to normal.

Isn't that in the past?

All Candy needs to do is be by her side and make her forget that feeling!

After all, Edward had replenished the empty hearts inside him due to the deaths of his parents.

Now it's Candy's turn to fill Edward's void and continue to be by his side no matter what Edward feels!

Candy fell asleep in such a position after thinking about things and crying. In the deep sleep of the girl, without her realizing the figure of Handsome Edward was at her side from the beginning she cried in the blanket and listened to everything she thought!

Edward was a little worried when he left Candy to talk to Austina. Without the need for him to stare directly, Edrward certainly knows that Candy is feeling sad and hurt because of his actions.

He does this and becomes cruel to Candy, solely out of wanting her to hate him and stop loving him.

But, who would have thought that this foolish girl not only continued to like him but intended to make him happy forgetting his past and filling the void of his heart?

"Dumb troublesome girl!" Edward muttered softly staring at the sleeping figure of Candy with a gentle look on his face that he was unaware of.

........

Austina sat on the soft sofa in her room. The girl's mind seemed empty and foggy as she stared ahead in a daze.

Arriving at his place of residence, he recalled the figure of the girl named Candy. Austina guesses that the girl has fallen in love with Edward, but she herself cannot be sure to what extent the girl will act to get Edward.

Austina is also unsure of the feelings Edward has, knowing that Edward still loves her and feels guilty for what happened to her. It's just that Edward's feelings of Love for her have long expired and are not as strong as the past, they are shattered by disappointment.

With a long sigh Austina squeezed her chest because she felt pain there. Her heart was empty, but it still hurt whenever she thought about Edward and the decisions he made.

"If I hadn't chosen to be a Vampire, would things have gone differently?"

"You will grow old and die, and Edward will find a new God and live a happy life! I think that's what's gonna happen..." James' voice sounded flat and bored, he yawned wide staring at Austina who was glaring sharply at him "So how is the girl? And how was your meeting with Ed after all this time?"

"Scram!"

"Come on, don't be mean to me! Tell everything! Aren't we allies?"

"If you hadn't turned me into a Vampire, I might have been happy with my little life and died with Love Edward!" Austina bellowed furiously, she became even more furious when she saw James's face that looked disgusting from sneering.

"You came to me and asked me to turn you into a Vampire! So don't blame me for being good!"

"Scram! Your face makes me want to kill you! So Scram from before me! James!" Austina angrily threw the flower vase on the table at James making the man run with his tail

"Magic grandmother is angry, I better go..."

"James..." James' steps came to a halt as he turned to look at Austina who called out her name "Didn't you feel guilty for betraying Edward?"

Austina's unexpected question caught James a little off guard. Her face turned violent as she walked away and replied, "I don't feel guilty, what I did was show her the truth. It's just that I feel a little lonely and empty..."
