A few days after Xia Lian An approved of crown prince Zhang marrying her, crown prince Zhang brought Xia Lian An, Min'er and Xiao Wei to the Ming state.

Crown Prince Zhang had already promised Xia Lian An to introduce herself to the people of the Ming state, as the future empress he would marry.
