Emperor Shun was alone in his room. He could not linger outside, as it was not free with his left hand that felt so painful in motion.

"Your majesty, someone gave you a letter." Said the head eunuch who was outside the room.

"Give me that."

"Okay, your honor."

The head eunuch then entered into the room of emperor Shun.

"Your highness, this is the letter I received from the chief bodyguard for you. The chief bodyguard said if this letter was from the young master of the family of the Qing prime minister." The chief eunuch gave the letter to the emperor Shun.

Emperor Shun opened and read the contents of the letter given by the eunuch chief.

Min'er then sat on one of the chairs in Emperor Shun's room.

"Tell me, has the prime minister of Qing really killed Qing Lian's biological mother?" Emperor Shun spoke to Min'er after Qing Hao Min sat down.
