This was already some after the return of emperor Shun and empress Yan of the Ming country, but there was no sign yet of concubine Ning going to commit her evil plans to empress Yan.

Today empress Yan was told by Xiao Wei that in a few days the royal palace would hold a lantern festival. And all members of the kingdom and their families will be invited to the feast.
