Ch 55 — Past Eriana & Tohrei(4)

Eriana was just speechless, Tohrei's words were true. He just stared at his right and left legs which were swung in turns.

“Better you back Eri, they must be worried.”

“Then what about you?” Eriana asked Tohrei.

“How is it?”

“Are you not going to be lonely if I go?” Eriana clarified her question.

“ya, surely I will be lonely, but I will be fine abandoned you. My body is weak, but my heart is strong! I will always remember you and surely we will see each other again!” Tohrei said it while smiling.

“Then what about me?”

“You have a strong heart and body, so for sure you will be fine. I'm sure! By your nature, you will definitely get a lot of friends.”

“Why are you so sure that I can make friends? I'm not sure anyone likes my nature.”

“What do you mean? I like your nature!”

Eriana's face flushed red, she then smiled faintly without being noticed by Tohrei. “So ... Huh?”

“Nee.., do you know? About my identity.” Eriana suddenly said that.

“I don't know, I happen to be curious. What is your identity?”

“A princess from Aelion empire, how?”

“I've suspected it. But hearing that it is the truth is really surprising huh?” Tohrei simply responded casually. He showed no surprise at all.

“Eh? That's your response?” Eriana did not expect Tohrei's response at this time.

“From your clothes at that time I had guessed it turns out you are really a princess.”

“So how do you feel about me now?” Usually people who know his identity will immediately be polite and formal. That makes him unhappy.

“By the way what if give me time to decide? A month. Is that enough?” Eriana was still doubtful as to what decision she would take, so she decided to think for a month.

A month finally passed and finally Eriana had made her decision. He went before Tohrei, he declared the decision he made to him.

Then they decided to take Eriana home. Tohrei takes Eriana with Ersila. Eriana did not know the way to the imperial capital, fortunately in the residence Tohrei stored a map of this continent with a small size.

They left only on foot, it was because in the residence of Tohrei there was no means of transportation like a horse carriage. They intend to hitchhike later if by chance encounter with a passing horse carriage.

They say goodbye to Tohrei's mother and leave her alone in the residence.

However, they did not need to worry because the residence was protected by a super strong protector that could not even be destroyed by S rank monsters. As Ersila said, Tohrei did not know whether it was the truth or merely exaggerated. But at least he was able to calm down because that person of Ersila's level was unable to destroy that protector.

The protector would only allow entry to someone allowed by the owner, Elicia.

So they went through the forest and followed the map. A few days passed, finally they found a passing horse carriage, they hitchhiked and paid with money as travel expenses.

That way they can save energy and leave faster.

Almost a week passed and finally they reached the first city, Mevilion. They had to pay to enter to pass through the city gates.

“Whoa..., this place looks old-fashioned...,” Tohrei muttered until his voice was only heard by himself.

Tohrei was amazed by the cityscape, this was the first time he had seen a medieval European-style city. During this time in his second life he was always in his residence and surroundings.

They played around for a while in the city, but unexpectedly a tragedy occurred. While in the crowd, Tohrei and Ersila lose Eriana.

“Eri! Where's you!” Tohrei and Ersila continued to search.

When Tohrei was looking around, he saw a narrow alley. Inside the alley passed by at a glance the person who appeared to be Eriana. His hands and mouth were tied.

“It? Isn't that Eri? Ersila, let's get into that alley!” Tohrei turned towards Ersila.

They entered the narrow alley with a run. They got closer and finally saw at the end of the alley there was a way out. They came out of a small alley and saw a wagon carrying a group of bound people. Around the wagon were people armed with swords. They look fierce.

Tohrei suspected that they were bandits selling slaves. They were talking.

“Hehe, these kids will definitely sell.” Said the bandit with a slash wound on his face.

“Yes, do you know how the nobles are? Nasty.” Said the bald-headed bandit.

“It! They must be slave sellers! Ersila, there's Eriana! Do you know what to do?” Tohrei gave Ersila an order.

“Force young master.” Ersila shot towards there.

“Which is more important let's run this wagon immediately, we will be scolded by the boss if we do not do it sege—” Without warning, the bandit's head detached from his body.

Two daggers were shaken in each of Ersila's hands. He was the perpetrator of the bandit's head's break.
