Not the Perfect Wife

Not the Perfect Wife
95. S2 - Nayla

Yasna was shopping at a mall today. She goes with Rani, they shop for basic necessities. Lately the woman has often gone with her domestic assistant. As is known, Aydin and Afrin could not accompany Yasna because they were covering up her identity.

"I'm going to go to the toilet for a while, yes, Mom," Pamit Rani said as they were picking out groceries.

"Yes, it's okay. I can be alone, this is a little too" said Yasna.

Rani now leaves her employer and searches for the nearest toilet. Due to being too focused on her shopping, Yasna accidentally bumped into a girl who was crouching with her trolley. The girl wanted to take something.

"Oh," groaned a girl who was hit by Yasna.

"Okay, sorry, Ma'am. I didn't mean it" Yasna said and immediately helped the girl.

"Oh, it's okay, Auntie. I'm also less careful." The girl tried to stand up with Yasna's help.

"Geez, this is bloody!" Yasna was shocked when she saw the woman's legs that were bleeding.

"It's okay, Auntie. It's just a little, really."

"Although a little, still this can be an infection. Come on, let's go to the clinic!" ask Yasna, she's worried if anything happens to the girl. After all, it was because of her less careful self.

"It's okay, Auntie. Plaster will be given."

"Say, my name is Yasna" Yasna said, extending her hand.

"Yes, Aunt. My name is Nayla." Nayla welcomed Yasna's hand with a smile.

"A pretty name, like the guy."

"Aunty could be, Auntie's pretty too."

Yasna chuckled at hearing that. "Tante is old, where there's beautiful. You could praise."

"No, I'm telling you the truth" she said, Yasna does look pretty at her age.

"What's up, Mom?" ask Rani who just came.

"I wasn't on purpose, Ran, Nabrak Nayla. Come on, let's get him to the clinic!"

"No need, Auntie. I'm not okay. Plaster will be given." Nayla felt bad if she had to trouble others. It was also because of his mistake of not looking around.

"Really, is that okay?" yasna asked reassuringly.

"Yes, Aunt."

"Well to make up for my guilt, how about we have lunch together" Yasna said. "I don't accept rejection" Yasna cut off before Naila rejected it.

Yasna could see if Nayla wanted to resist because that was why she cut him off before the girl spoke.

"Well, Auntie," replied Nayla because she did not feel good about having to refuse Yasna's request.

"Have you finished shopping?"

"Already, Aunt."

"Come, we're going! Rani took it to the cashier all her shopping, yeah."

"Yes, Mom."

They walked to the cashier to pay, then looked for restaurants around the Mall. Along the way Yasna always held Nayla's hand. She was happy to have friends to shop with.

Rani herself, always sad when with Yasna. He always keeps a distance from his employer when shopping. Yasna is happy with Nayla, who wants to be treated like her own daughter.

They entered a restaurant with Indonesian food. Nayla sits next to Yasna while Rani is in front of them.

"What do you want to order?" ask Yasna to Nayla.

"Anything, Tan."

"Don't do it, dong. Any time. Auntie, don't you know what you're eating? Just order your favorite food."

Nayla also said her order to the waiter, as well as to yasna and Rani. Waiting for the food to come. Yasna asked Nayla to talk.

"Are you still in school or working, Nay?"

"I just graduated from college, Tan."

"Already working?"

"Not yet, I want to open my own business."

"What a great effort, what effort?" Yasna was happy to see young people who were willing to make their own business like this Nayla.

"I want to open a boutique."

"You're a designer?"

"No, Tan. I'm just learning and I really like design."

"Have you started your business?"

"How about, Auntie lent you capital for your boutique."

"No need, Auntie. I've applied for a loan to the bank, it's still being processed."

"Rather than you borrow it to the bank later there is a better interest, just Aunt who gives capital to you, then the results we share. I am not giving out loans for free either. The term is stock planter, how?"

Nayla smiled hearing that. He didn't expect there would be anyone as good as Yasna. "If it's like that, I want it, Auntie."

"Where's your number, let Auntie keep it. We can communicate about the next thing."

"Yes, aunt." Nayla pulls out her phone and gives it to Yasna.

Yasna typed her number and swiped the green button to make her phone vibrate.

The food has come, they immediately enjoy lunch while discussing about the cooperation of Yasna and Nayla. Rani is just a listener. Yasna can see that Nayla has an amazing talent for business. His thinking is very mature, at the age of just two heads.

"You brought a vehicle here?" yasna asked after they finished their meal.

"I've got a bike, Auntie."

"All right, Auntie, excuse me. Aunt's son is coming home from school soon. He's gonna be looking for Auntie."

"Aunty boy, what class?"

"Class One High School."

"Aunty's son, one?"

"There are two, the other one is working. He's a boy, handsome, loh. Do you want Aunt to know him?" Yasna tries to tease Nayla.

"No need" answered Nayla timidly.

"Are you refusing to be a daughter-in-law, Auntie?" Yasna is getting more and more into teasing Nayla.

The girl scratched her non-itchy temple. She did not know what to answer because Nayla was not thinking about her future husband or about her future home, all she thought about now was working and making her own business.

"Tante was just joking" Yasna chuckled. "But, you have to think about your future as well. Don't get too late at work. Think from now on so you don't regret it later on" Yasna advised.

"Thank you for the advice, Auntie," replied Nayla. He was so happy that someone was watching him. They just got to know each other, but Yasna was very nice to her. Makes Nayla think that she is very lucky to meet that woman.

"Yes, Auntie, go back."

"Yes, Aunt. I want to go back, too."

"Come, you two!"

They walked out, leaving the Mall to the parking lot.

"Tante, first, assalamualaikum."

"Waalaikumsalam, be careful, Aunt."

"Thank you, you're careful too."Yasna left first, followed by Rani behind.

"I go first, Ms. Nayla. Assalamualaikum."

"Yes, Sister Rani. The waalaikumsalam."

Nayla looks at the departure of Yasna and Rani. "If Umi were still around, she would definitely be as good as Aunt Yasna," muttered Nayla with a drop of tears falling on her cheek and she immediately removed.

Nayla headed to the place where she parked her bike. The girl should come back soon, otherwise her mother will nag along the railroad tracks.

"Ran, what do you think of that girl?" ask Yasna to Rani.

"Sir Nayla, Ma'am?" rani asks reassuringly which Yasna answers with a nod of the head. "She's a nice, polite girl."

"If it's the same Aydin, it's about right, isn't it?"

"Mother, would you like to mate Pak Aydin with Ms Nayla?" rani asked a little surprised by the wishes of her employer.

"I just asked, Rani."

"Pak Aydin is handsome, Mbak Naylanya is also beautiful. They fit in perfectly."

"Hopefully Aydin will." muttered Yasna imagining that Nayla could be with Aydin.
