Not the Perfect Wife

Not the Perfect Wife
94. S2 - Wants her to be a wife

"Is it possible that Afrin is heartbroken?" guess Aydin.

"You are here" said Yasna, turning her head towards Aydin.

"Maybe right, honey. Afrin said earlier that she asked permission to date" Emran said.

Yasna silently thought about the words of her husband and son, but Afrin was not such a person, she always obeyed whatever her words were. The woman thought, is it possible that she was being too hard on her daughter? He just didn't want Afrin to be affected by promiscuity.

"Yes, don't think too much. Later we try to ask him again," concluded Emran.

Yasna nodded. Actually Emran also doubted that Afrin was heartbroken. He knew very well that his daughter had always obeyed whatever his wife said, but he did not want Yasna to think and make the woman unsettled.

"I want to go to the room first, yes, Mother," said Aydin immediately he moved to his room. The man wanted to do some unfinished work.

"Yes, don't stay up late."

After the departure of Aydin the atmosphere of the living room felt lonely. Emran and Yasna are busy with their own thoughts.

"Mas, is Afrin really okay? I'm still worried about him. Seems like something happened?" ask Yasna who is feeling restless.

"I also feel that way, honey, but we also have to entrust everything to Afrin maybe this is also the way to make it, to be more mature, in the face of problems." Emran tries to calm his wife.

"Stay still, Mas. I didn't calm down before I knew the problem." Yasna lowered her head, she felt sad because she did not know about what happened to her daughter.

"It is better that we pray a lot, for the children that they are given ease, in the face of the problems that test them."

"Yes, Mum."

Even though her husband calmed her down. Still, deep in her heart she was still worried about her daughter, but she did not want to make her husband worry.

While in the room Afrin was crying. She wanted to tell her parents if at school she was slandered, but this was the choice she took so, she had to accept all the consequences.

Emran had warned Afrin of all the good and bad possibilities of her choice, but her daughter still firmly wanted to cover up her identity and now she is being slandered like this. Afrin doesn't know what to do.

The classmates all accused him of being Baby's sugar, but he was still grateful Nuri and Siska still believed him. Afrin is disappointed in Vira because she trusts photos more than she does. Out of his three best friends, Vira is the closest to him.

Afrin prayed, may he be given strength, in the face of scorn from his friends and may all the slander they accuse him of be proved if it is not true.

Today Afrin went to school with her sister. On the way the girl looks lethargic, not usually so. Every time he went to school he was always the most excited. Afrin is a very good student, she loves to read and count. Aydin was aware of his sister's grief, but he didn't want to push Afrin too much if she didn't want to tell him.

Until they arrived in front of the Afrin school, the girl tried to smile, hopefully everything is fine today.

"Part yourself, yeah, Deck. Brother left first," said Aydin after taking down Afrin.

"Yes, Brother ... Brother be careful too." Afrin waved his hand, as Aydin drove off the motor.

Afrin let out a rough sigh, surely today all her friends will pout her, but she will try hard and not be affected by their words. The girl did not want to think too much about it, that will only affect his learning.

Afrin took a few breaths and began to move her legs.

"Afrin," said Siska making the girl look back.

"Hi, Sis," said Afrin with a smile. "Hi, Ra." Afrin greets Vira who comes with Sisca.

However, Vira just kept silent not answering. They walked together to his classroom. Vira, who had been sitting with Afrin, chose to sit with Siska at the back and asked Nuri to sit with Afrin in front of her.

Afrin just smiled, she didn't want to put that into her heart and kept thinking about it. It is up to them to think what about him. The girl hoped that the gossip would soon subside.

"It's okay, I don't want to bother either" said Afrin, smiling, but in his heart he was crying. He was so angry at his friend that just because a picture could destroy their trust and friendship.

Aydin has arrived at the company. At first glance he was like seeing Airin get off a luxury car, but the man was not sure what he was seeing because of their distance that was too far away.

"What was Airin, huh? But, what, he got off the fancy car? Did I see it wrong or maybe he was just like me pretending to be poor. There's no way that he was pretending because I drove him home at the time, so I'll ask him later" Aydin murmured.

The man soon entered the company. When entering the elevator along with Airin who wants to ride.

"Hi, Rin," said Aydin, as they entered the elevator.

"Hi, Mas. Just arrived?" ask Airin.

"Yes, you from earlier?"

"Yes, it's enough to get ready and pick up the equipment" Airin replied.

'That's what I just saw, not Airin because there's no way he can be that fast, taking his work equipment.' Aydin's inner self.

Aydin did not ask Airin what he had seen. Maybe he just mislooked. If he kept asking, he was afraid that Airin would be offended.

"Why see me like that, Mom?" asked Airin who felt strange with Aydin's gaze.

"There's nothing." Aydin misbehaved, it turns out that Airin saw himself staring at the girl. "Rin, can be later after work, we'll have dinner, just a minute," Aydin asked.

"Could it be a coincidence that today I have no show" Arini said with a smile.

"I'll wait in front of the office, yeah, after work."

"Yes, Mas. But aren't you ashamed? I'm, right, wearing a cleaning service shirt." Airin lowered her head, she did not want Aydin to be the talk of others.

"Why embarrassed? I'm not ashamed at all, nor are we misty."

Airin nodded his head. "Alright, Mas. I'll wait, "Airin replied with a shy smile.

Because it was too cool to talk, so they did not realize if they had reached the floor, where Airin had to do his work.

"I go first, yeah, Mas. See you later," said Airin when the elevator doors opened. He soon passed leaving Aidin alone in the elevator.

Aydin nodded. He was happy that Airin accepted his offer. The man felt attracted to Airin because she was a simple and friendly woman, to anyone. Inwardly he wants to make the girl his wife and hopefully, his parents approve of Airin becoming their son-in-law even though the girl from the family is unable to.

Aydin was sure his mother would approve because Yasna, not the woman who looked at people just because of her property, but about Emran, she was a little hesitant. The man hopes that Yasna will help him persuade Emran.

After work Aydin waited for Airin in front of the office. Previously he had sent a message to his mother, that the man would come home late because there was an event with his friend. Aydin is not entirely lying because indeed, he will have dinner with Airin who is currently only a friend.
