Chapter 42: The Promise

Keinya.

In his dream, what happened felt so real. He was standing on the balcony with Yuan. Yuan asked Keinya to marry him. But at the same time, Keinya heard Kaiya's voice calling Keinya's name.

Keinya. What should he do with his love? Is it wrong if he loves his ex-husband? Or, Keinya must forget his love just like that in order to keep Kai's feelings?

Now, Keinya flinched and woke up from his dream. When Keinya observed his existence, it turned out that he was not on the balcony, but a nursing room. He woke up to Yuan with one hand holding the man's hand. The man who also adorned his dreams besides Kaiya. 

Counted, Keinya had been awake all day for Yuan who never realized. Keinya himself did not get any more explanation from the hospital officials. They only asked Keinya to keep waiting while continuing to pray for Yuan's recovery, because there should be nothing to worry about anymore.

When Keinya remembered Kai, he suddenly worried about the woman. Because if Kaiya to do everything to get Yuan, in other words his twin loved Yuan very much. Keinya thought that he should contact and talk to Kai about their relationship without exception regarding Yuan. Even if they could, the three of them would have to sit down together to talk about their relationship and there must be a mediator.

Keinya removed his hand from Yuan's fingers to grab his phone in the bag next to his nightstand. However, not yet his fingers moved leaving Yuan's fingers, the man's fingers actually held him back. Keinya gasped in disbelief as Yuan's fingers clasped him. Simultaneously, Yuan's eyelids twitched as well.

“Yu?!” To him until he shed tears. He got up from the sofa where he was sitting to contact the officer, but Yuan's fingers, who were still weak, kept him.

He turned back to look at Yuan. The two eyes of the man started to open even though they were still very weak. The eyes that always look at him full of love and worry look very cute and helpless. Seeing that, Keinya became very guilty. Keinya gradually crouched down and looked at Yuan closer.

“Shortly. I called the officer first,” said Keinya tried to give understanding while staring deeply, Yuan's eyes.

Yuan shook his head weakly. Staring at Keinya by pleading in the middle of his face that was still very pias.

“Oh, yes. There's a nurse call button, right?” When Keinya almost pressed the button in question and would connect him with the officer on duty, Yuan also re-gripped Keinya's fingers even to the point of pulling it slightly.

Keinya became undo his intention because when he looked at Yuan, the man shook his head even longer than before. In fact, Yuan's neck was still being digips. And if the man moves excessively, surely the healing process will be disrupted.

“What's up? Why can't I call the officer?” Keinya still has attention.

“If I don't think so, you can't be here, with me, right?” yuan said with great difficulty while shedding tears.

Perih twisted Keinya's heart. What Yuan said in the circumstances of the man who was still helpless, really hurt him. Keinya felt very guilty. But as usual, when he wanted to speak seriously like now, his tongue suddenly became a mute while his tears just carelessly broke without being held back. The tears that seemed to represent the screams of his heart were so wounded over Yuan's wounds. But wait, Yuan recognized him as who?

“Ppromise me, don't leave me no matter what,” Yuan continued still painstakingly to just say.

Keinya swallowed his saliva then sighed because his chest became quite tight. “You recognize me?” it is still full of tears. Regretful tears were dotted with hope as he very much hoped Yuan would truly recognize him. He also wanted to know how Yuan could do it; distinguish it from Kaiya because Keinya and Kaiya were very similar.

Because Yuan did not answer immediately, but shook his head, Keinya became anxious.

“Yu ..?”

“Do you think I amnesia?”

“Hah?”

“In this world, there is only one Keinya, the woman I love. Nothing else, even if you also have a twin.”

Yuan's confession made Keinya moved even though his tears were even more free. “What makes you able to tell us apart?”

“Do you really want to know the answer?” reply Yuan still with such a soft voice.

Keinya nodded while wiping away his tears quickly. Then Yuan nodded as he made a facial move for Keinya to bring his face closer. 

Although hesitating even nervous, Keinya gradually brought his face closer where shortly after, Yuan's lips landed on Keinya's forehead.

“I'll say it, later, after we get married.”

Yuan had already ended his kiss. But what the man did left Keinya with a loss of some sanity. Keinya sure, this time he looks so stupid and worrying. In fact, Yuan laughed at him even though the man only smiled amusedly. The smile that made his handsome face no longer as bright as before.

“But seriously, you know, Yu. I'm curious. Why can you tell us apart?” Keinya gradually grabbed a bottle of mineral water and put a straw for Yuan to drink. He helped as well as taking care of Yuan carefully.

“Because I love you, I can find your differences, very easily.”

Keinya felt less satisfied with Yuan's reply. “Such explanation is not concrete, Yu!” the protest was then to press the nurse's call button.

Yuan only commented a smile while looking at Keinya who often dismissed his gaze in the middle of the woman's face that became red. Yuan was sure, Keinya was being very nervous. “Promise, Kei. Never make your own decisions without my knowledge. As difficult as any path we have to go through.” 

Keinya sighed deeply until his chest became quite raised. “I don't think anything will be difficult, as long as I'm with you. It's just ...”

“Kanya?” guess Yuan because Keinya suddenly looked down silently.

“Yu ..”

“She just still needs time to accept reality, I just love you.”

With his state seriously injured, while just seeing Keinya by his side instantly made Yuan feel fine, of course what Yuan felt now was none other than the power of their love, but the power of their love, keinya also began to admit it. The doctor followed the nurse who came to check on Yuan, to the astonishment of Yuan's state.

“Pak Yuan, for a while, your right hand may not be able to work properly,” explained the Doctor.

Yuan nodded. “My left hand used to be too. Its alright. It's much better than losing the woman I love so much.”

Yuan deliberately glanced at Keinya between his smiles. Yuan managed to steal the focus of the three people accompanying them. The three compactly turned their heads as well as teasing Keinya who was standing behind the back of the doctor, who was handling Yuan.

Keinya nodded so nervously at once his embarrassment, but Yuan only replied to him with a smile so loose.

“Thank you, Kei. I will definitely recover soon so that we can go for a walk and vacation for a long time.” Yuan said that when Keinya returned shortly after dropping off the doctor and the two nurses up to the doorstep.

Keinya. “Iya. You have to focus on your health first,” he said while confirming the position of the Yuan blanket to cover the man's chest.

“But by the way, Rainbow to where?” ask Yuan later.

“Ah ... Rainbow is with Rara and Kimo.”

“Kimo? Shouldn't he be going to Australia?”

Keinya nodded with a deep sigh, then sat down on the sofa in front of Yuan where he had originally been awake for the man. 

Keinya tells the reason Kimo and Rara can be in Bandung. Kimo accidentally picks up Rara at the apartment, after having contacted Rara to ask her whereabouts about the accident that hit Yuan, and to make the police contact Kimo. Where coincidentally, Rara who is still awake is also in the mind of Keinya who reported Yuan's accident. Be both deliberately went to Bandung together using Kimo motorbike.

Not far from the ICU room as the nursery space Kaiya, Rara and Kimo are awake with Rainbow in Rara's arms. Two policemen stood guard in front of Kainya's ward. According to one police officer, the brakes of the car he drove blong, until the car he was driving hit the car that Yuan drove. 

Even so, Kimo and Rara could not believe him just like that. Not just about the brake blong. Because the existence of Kaiya in Bandung, while initially being in Jakarta, has made Rara and Kimo suspicious. And in order to prove the suspicion, they deliberately kept it a secret from Keinya, even though Kaiya was also seriously injured.

“He was rotten, while Keinya was too fragile and couldn't possibly let Kaiya get hurt,” shrewd Kimo who stared seriously at the two vibrating black-eye beads of Rara. “It's our secret, and we have to solve it immediately!” he continued then guiding Rara to pass from there.
