Chapter 44 - LUCIFERRRR

Kath who was on Rix's ride was a little agitated. His premonition said as if something was wrong but he was still trying to think positively.

"Are you sure this is the way?" Ask Kath. Although he could not recognize the path, but his gut feeling seemed to say this was the wrong path.

"Just calm down, this is the fastest way." Rix smiled in anguish.

A dark horse ran towards Kath and that's where Lucifer is. Kath smiles happily when she sees Lucifer in front of her.

"Lucifer," Call Kath, when you see a man sitting in a cage.

Rix clucked in annoyance when he saw Lucifer, Kath got off the horse.

"Why are you here?" Lucifer asked to see Kath coming down from the horse. There was jealousy surrounding him. How Kath got in Rix's arms.

"I wanted to find you, but I was lost. I'm glad I met my mother." Answer Kath plainly.

"Mate?" Lucifer raised next to his eyebrows not liking Lucifer's words.

Kath nodded slowly, "I've found Lucifer, then I'll be with Lucifer. Thanks for your help, Rix." Kath smiled.

Rix replied with a smile, "Yes, you're the same" she replied. But his smile and speech were fake.

Lucifer got off his horse and pulled Kath's hand firmly to his side. Kath raised her eyebrows confused.

"Are you jealous?" Rix asks who saw Lucifer's behavior.

Lucifer did not answer, he tried to hold back his emotions. If his emotions exploded Rix could have died in his hands today.

"Let's not be interested in Kath. I'm only interested in Morella." Continue with relaxed.

"Stop your bullshit."

"You don't believe it?" Rix smiled in anguish.

Lucifer rounded his eyes, he was very lazy to argue with Rix for now.

"I'm Rix Eveitox, the King of the Kingdom of Mythological Creatures, rejecting Kath as my mate." Rix's voice was very confident.

"No, what are you doing. Do you know if you reject Kath as your mother. You're gonna die." Liora came out of hiding.

Rix laughed, "I can't believe it. It could be, Kath killed all the creatures that were infecting her. Now he's just a weak creature that doesn't have any power. He won't be able to kill me." Rix said with confidence.

"I was weak, but by my side there was Lucifer who always protected me." Reply Kath. Lucifer sounded a little happy when Kath said he would protect him. But without Kath saying it, she'll protect Kath, too.

"I don't need you anymore. I already know how to make Morella come back to life." Rix looks really bad right now.

A woman working with Rix came out of hiding and smiled very cunningly. Eve killed him very hard.

Kath pointed to the woman, "You look a lot like me."

That woman is Azura, Kath's twin. He wanted to kill Kath to this day. He constantly trains his strength to be with Kath and now is the right time to fight Kath. When Kath is weak. Even too weak. Actually, he alone was enough to fight Kath for now. But there are so many creatures who want to protect Kath. It is a clever creature. He doesn't want to take any chances.

"It seems you've actually forgotten the memory." Azura.

Lucifer looked at Azura with a look of dislike, anger and resentment. "What do you want?" Ask Lucifer firmly.

"Kill Kath." Answer without further ado.

"Later, you'll know." Rix and Liora smiled seeing Azura was already very impatient.

Azura took out her claw, the air of killing her was getting higher. He smiled looking at Kath. Lucifer swiftly protected Kath and the claw clawed at Lucifer's back.

"Same as before. You're protecting Kath again. But this time I'm gonna kill Kath."

"Did you forget Kath had immortal blood? And I'll always protect Kath no matter what."

Kath looks at Lucifer protecting her. Blood flowed from Lucifer's back. All that happened again his head hurt so much. The smell of the blood was so thick that Kath felt excruciating pain. Plus his heart hurt so much, it hurt too much. He couldn't endure that pain. Kath looks weaker.

Lucifer looked at Kath worriedly. "Calm Kath, I'm fine." Lucifer tried to calm Kath.

"True to my guess, you're afraid of blood. What if I kill Lucifer too?" Azura said while laughing.

Kath held her head with both hands. ""H-stop" Kath said as she endured the deep pain.

"Continue? It's not that easy. I'll stop when you die in my hands." Azura said clasping her hands firmly. I can't wait to see Kath's death.

Lucifer pulled Kath near a tree and made her rest there. He will fight Azura. Lucifer took out his black wings and horns.

"I will be your opponent" said Rix, flapping his wings and flying towards Lucifer.

"I don't have time for you." Reply Lucifer.

"Based on the arrogant devil" Rix scratches Lucifer. Lucifer kicked Rix firmly and made him bounce far away.

"I'll finish what happened 1000 years ago" Rix said arrogantly and let out all his strength. He wanted to attack Lucifer with a single strike.

Lucifer repelled all of Rix's attacks and unleashed all of his power to attack Rix.

They gave each other strength to prove victory between them. Lucifer unleashed even greater power. Making Rix bounce away and unconscious.

"Based on arrogance." Lucifer said when he saw Rix was unconscious.

Azura took out her sword and pierced Lucifer's heart from behind as her gaze was diverted.

Lucifer felt his heart being pierced making him bleed out of his body and mouth. It droops limp. He was a Devil, if someone pierced his heart he would die absolutely nothing could save him.

"LUCIFERRRRR," cried Kath and immediately ran towards Lucifer. Her tears trickled down seeing Lucifer helpless.

Lucifer is no longer able to fly his wings. Kath quickly catches Lucifer who is about to fall to the ground. Lucifer's face looked very pale.

Lucifer holds Kath's face, "I'm fine." Speak with a very weak voice.

"N-no, you're not okay at all." Kath said in a panic. Her tears kept coming down as if they would not stop.

Lucifer was still smiling, "Pardon me, I can't take care of you and him." Said Lucifer who grew increasingly limp and continued to bleed from his mouth.

"No, no. You have to keep looking after me. You can't leave me." Kath holds Lucifer's face.

Lucifer held Kath's hand which held her face. "Pardon me." Lucifer said with a smile and closed his eyes.

"Don'tkk, nakkk. Lucifer stop messing around. Wake up. No. gabe. Lucifer." Said Kath who had not felt the breath and heartbeat of Lucifer. Angry, sad and unable to accept reality into one.
