Andra gushed her eyes as the ringing of the phone rang out loud, she clucked softly as she felt a little distracted. His hand released his tight hug on the body of the wife who was now still soundly asleep. Andra smiled faintly when she saw Keysha fall asleep so fast that she did not wake up with a cell phone that sounded so loud. The ringing of his cell phone is increasingly deafening his ears. Immediately Andra grabbed her phone lying on the nightstand. Lazily, Andra put the phone close to her ear.

"Hallo, Doc! This is IGD calling!" A woman's voice rang out as Andra picked up her phone.

"Yes, what's up, Sus?" Andra's consciousness was full instantly when she heard the voice of the IGD sisters who were very panicked. There must be an urgent condition that requires the hospital to call him in the early hours of the day like this.

"There's an emergency operation, Doc. There are patients who have a lot of bleeding. We've dealt with it, but it looks like the patient should be treated by a specialist immediately. It just so happens that there is no obygyn specialist on guard tonight" the nurse explained about the condition of the patient on IGD.

"alright. I'm going there now!" Andra closed her call unilaterally. Soon he grabbed his formal clothes and his great white coat. Andra won't wake his wife. The man was afraid of interrupting Keysha's break.

But Keysha woke up when he felt a movement beside him. He opened his eyelids. Keysha sharpened her sense of sight when she saw her husband in a hurry to change clothes.

"Darling, what's wrong?" Keysha immediately rose from his sleeping position. He then sat on the king-size bed with a blanket that still wrapped his body.

"There's an emergency patient at the IGD, baby. I have to get to the hospital" Andra replied in a hurry.

Keysha immediately stood up, walking towards the four-door closet in the room. Keysha opens the closet to change clothes. Andra scrunched her forehead confused when she saw his wife was busy preparing herself.

"I'm going to the hospital, baby. I want to help you with the operation. At home I was alone. I'd better go to the hospital!"

After they change clothes, Andra and Keysha drive their car to the Sagara family's hospital. Andra drove her car at an above average speed. Andra immediately examined the patient, while Keysha took the ultrasound device. In the hospital they don't look like a couple, they look like two specialists working with professionals.

Andra nodded, he checked back on the patient with details. He then did a follow-up ultrasound to check the condition of the baby and pregnant women.

"This mother is experiencing a placenta solution, we have to do the operation right now! Doctor Keysha call the anesthesiologist and the pediatrician immediately! We can't delay any more!" Andra's orders. Keysha nodded and contacted the Anesthesiologist and the pediatrician who was on guard that night.

Placenta is a very serious condition. Where the placenta begins to detach from the uterine wall before or during pregnancy. This condition is very dangerous if not treated immediately, because the fetus can lose oxygen which results in fetal life threatened. Two nurses immediately pushed the pregnant woman's cage into the operating room. Next, one nurse returned and asked for the patient's husband's signature for a letter of approval to perform the operation.

After getting the letter of approval for the operation, Keysha and Andra walked towards the operating room. First in history, Andra and Keysha performed the operation together, although Keysha was only in charge of sewing the mother's abdomen after the surgery was completed. Injections in the lower back have been performed by an anesthesiologist. After the patient felt nothing, Andra finally began his surgery.

Andra and Keysha breathed a sigh of relief when the baby was born healthy. Shortly after Andra's assistant enters the operating room, she informs him that a woman is about to give birth.

"Go, Doc! Let me handle this patient" Keysha immediately took over Andra's work and sewed the patient's stomach.

Andra nodded. He then left the room walking toward the IGD room. Arriving at the delivery room, Andra opened the IGD curtain. He was a little surprised when he saw that Shella was lying on a cage. Soon he checks Shella's birth canal. Apparently it has opened nine. Andra is preparing for labor.

"Thank God. Hopefully with the baby's presence, Shella will change for the better" Keysha smiled, then he invited Andra to leave IGD.

They walked slowly along the hospital corridor, suddenly Keysha felt dizzy and nauseous. He scratched his temple. He then held Andra's arm.

"Darling, why?" Andra looked worriedly at his wife's strange appearance.

"My head is dizzy!" Keysha.

Andra immediately led Keysha to the parking lot. Andra makes sure there are no more emergency patients to deal with. He promptly took Keysha, and placed his wife at the wheel. Andra then drove her car to the European-style housing.

"Darling, how do you feel?" Andra asked, comparing his wife's body to that of his master when they got home.

"My head is so dizzy!" Keysha complained, he was twitching his increasingly throbbing temple.

"Honey, before I go to the hospital, I'd love to eat meatballs!" Keysha sulked, he hugged Andra from behind possessively.

"Where do you want meatballs?" Andra asked, he turned his body. He held his wife's body aggressively. Every now and then Andra kisses Keysha's soft lips. Andra is so grateful to have Keysha in her life.

"In the shop at Ujung Berung. Let's get over there!" Keysha relentlessly sulked, then led Andra's arm towards the carport.
