Too tired to cry in a slump, to make Aly sleep soundly. Then the man who finished praying was quiet, leaving only himself who was still sitting with his back against the wall inside the mosque.
Aly wriggled as she felt someone pat her on the shoulder many times, her eyes started to wake up and all she saw in front of her was an old man looking at her with a friendly smile. Aly immediately straightened her sitting position while smiling stiffly at the figure in front of her.
"You've had more than two hours of sleep."
"Astaghfirullah's..." Aly rubbed her own face rough and then looked back at the old man again.
"Face the test that God gives with sincerity and patience, that is the key." Said the old man.
Aly lowered his head inexorably withstanding the turmoil of his heart that reverberated violently.
"My wife was in an accident, sir. We lost our baby..." Aly said in a soft voice and sounded raucous.
"Istighfar, son." The old man patted Aly's shoulder as if giving a calmness.
"Astaghfirullaahal..." Mumbled Aly.
The old man smiled behind his white beard and thick mustache.
Aly had calmed down a lot after saying Istighfar so many times. He looked back at the old man's face.
"Do you remember the story of the Prophet ?."
"Where is sir ?." Aly asked curiously.
"The story of the Prophet is called amul huzni, remember ?."
Aly nodded. "Yes, remember, sir."
"Then, what do you understand from the story ?."
"Rasulullah did the israel mi'raj ?."
The old man smiled again and then shook his head. "No, that's not what you have to remember at this point. But, something else. You want to know, son ?."
Aly nodded enthusiastically.
"At that time, why was it called amul huzni?, which means day of sorrow. For at that time, in one year, the Prophet lost the figure of his loved ones, namely the death of his beloved wife and the death of his uncle, Abi Talib.
At that time the Prophet was indeed slumped, even very bad. And what did the Prophet do after him?, the Messenger of Allah rose up to rise from his sorrow, the Prophet instilled in his heart, that all belong to Allah when the time comes, Allah will take it back, and the Messenger of Allah also convinces himself to always be sincere and patient over all that Allah wills.
The point is, as servants we're just pretty sincere and patient, son. Believe me, if you are sincere, your heart will return to calm and peace." The old man patted Aly on the shoulder.
Aly took a deep breath and then exhaled slowly. "Astaghfirullah's..." Smashed again.
"Maghrib time is soon, take ablution and join congregational prayer, then go, meet your wife. She desperately needs your presence by her side." Said the old man while getting up from his seat.
Aly nodded. "Good thanks, sir." Aly said sincerely and immediately followed the footsteps of the old man who walked to the area where ablution.
A moment later, after Aly finished performing the congregational Maghrib prayer, Aly returned to the hospital and walked towards Alsya's room.
When entering, it turned out that there was no one and left only his wife who was sleeping soundly on the bed. Aly sat down on the chair beside Alsya's bed. His eyes noticed Alsya's condition which made him unable to bear to see her. Both of Alsya's elbows were partially bandaged, as well as her slightly bandaged head on the back. He was very grateful if the accident did not make Alsya lose function in the head because the injury to the head is not too deep. Aly's hand gently stroked Alsya's hand which looked pale and it turned out that her touch made Alsya open her eyes.
"Yes..." Call Alsya with a very soft voice almost inaudible.
Alsya started sobbing making her body tremble violently. "Mas, baby... He no longer exists... I failed to look after him..." Alsya said on the sidelines of her cries.
Aly was completely powerless to hold back her tears seeing Alsya cry bitterly like that. Aly got up and immediately tightly hugged his wife's tiny body as her hands gently rubbed Alsya's back. "That's it, baby... Patience, patience, God is preparing the best for us..." Aly's words that have sounded raucous.
"Yes..."
"Hush already, yes..." Said Aly still continuing to gently rub Alsya's back to make it calmer.
After a long cry, Alsya finally began to calm down and stopped her crying even though she was still sobbing.
Aly landed her kiss on Alsya's forehead many times and then let go of her embrace. Aly's eyes stared fixedly at the face that had been flooded by the tears and then wiped his tears.
"Mas."
"Hem ?."
"I'm sorry..." Alsya's eyes were back in tears.
Aly nodded and smiled sweetly, but in her heart was very sick. "Yes, honey... Yes, if the cry continues later the beautiful face is gone." Seloroh Aly and immediately get a light blow from Alsya's hand.
Aly chuckled and hugged Alsya tightly back. He just realized, if his attitude that he often did with Halimah turned out to just come out. Calling the name Halimah, Aly suddenly remembered the chatty wife who had no idea what now.
"Assynoltom..." Said someone along with the door of the room that was opened.
"Goddessalam..." Aly and Alsya reflexively turned towards the door which slowly revealed a female figure in shar'i clothes smiling towards the two.
Aly was a little surprised by the arrival of the woman who was walking over that was none other than one of his wives. Halimah smiled at Aly and gave the code through her eyes to allow Aly to see her best friend.
Unlike Aly, Alsya even immediately widened her smile when she saw the arrival of her best friend.
"Ning ?."
"Yes, Al. I came to see you." Halimah immediately hugged the body of Alsha who was lying half-sitting.
Aly gave a little space to the two by pulling over at the end of Alsya's bed.
"How are you doing, Al ?." Halimah asked with a sad look because she already knew that her best friend had lost her baby from Alsya's parents who were sitting in the chair outside Alsya's room.
"My baby..." Alsya's voice was stuck in his throat so it was very difficult to say.
Halima who understood what her best friend felt further tightened her embrace. "Have it, don't continue." His love for not being able to see his best friend slumped like that.
Alsya nodded, sobbing in the arms of her best friend.
Halimah glanced at Aly who was staring at her face. Their gazes seemed to imply something unreadable to each other.
Halimah understood when she saw the face, especially her husband's eyes, it looked chaotic like they were crying. Well, he really understands if there is no husband who is able to see the condition of his own wife, let alone one thing that is more painful is the loss of their prospective baby.
