I'M THE NECROMANCER KING

I'M THE NECROMANCER KING
Chapter 19: He Only Seeked Death

Only one place did Mavis think of while taking Mikaela and the others away. He visited a bar owned by a man named Hammer. The bar is located on the outskirts of the capital, and is not far from the market. It looks crowded every day because it is always filled with adventurers who go out and enter the bar.

Adventurers usually come to rest after completing a mission or just talk to fellow adventurers. Given that the distance of the bar with the adventurer guild was not far away, they thought it was better to rest in the bar than to go far back to their respective homes.

They claimed it was more efficient for them if they went on a mission. After the mission was completed they could rest in the bar. And when their energy had recovered, they could go again to complete the next mission.

The picture Mavis got from Mikaela's explanation along the way. At first he asks about the bar, and Mikaela explains all the information she knows.

After all Mikaela had long coexisted with humans in this place. Even if Mavis asked about the early history of the formation of this kingdom, Mikaela was able to answer it.

"I'm just a little curious, why do you know so much about the guild? Well, even if you've lived a long time, it would be very strange if you knew about everything."

"Except, if you come to that place often," said Mavis.

"Yes sir, I visited the place several times to seek information from adventurers."

Until arriving in front of the bar, Mavis stepped in and was immediately greeted by the owner of the bar.

"Oh, you're coming again. That's nice!" Hammer throws a smile at Mavis. It was very warm and made Mavis feel like she had returned to her home.

Although Mavis had only briefly known Hammer's figure, she felt very suitable every time she chatted with the uncle.

"Do you know that man?" Mikaela asked after she pulled one of the chairs and invited Mavis to sit on it.

"Yes, I know him."

After taking a sitting position, Mavis felt something was strange and immediately looked behind her. And sure enough the servant was just silently staring behind Mavis and taking distance from her.

"What are you all doing there? Quickly sit in your seats," said Mavis with a frustrated face.

"Are you conscious or not? Look, you guys have attracted a lot of attention!" inner Mavis. He circulated his gaze towards the visitors who were now focused on talking about Mavis and the others.

It quickly seemed to obey the orders of his master, Mikaela, Samantha, Sera, Ozzi, and Akio had now taken a sitting position. However, one figure still stood in his place without making a sound.

"What's wrong? Why are you still sitting there?"

"Sorry sir, I can't" said Giraldo timidly.

Mavis frowned. Was he too rude before?

"Master, with his large body like that, it was impossible for him to sit on that chair," Mikaela said.

Mavis reflex could not help but laugh, but then she hurriedly calmed back down.

"I'm sorry" said Mavis. In his heart he still laughed at Giraldo. Indeed he had forgotten the fact about Giraldo's enormous body, the chair would not be strong if he occupied it.

"It won't be long. Would you be okay if you stood like that for a moment?"

"Yes, sir," said Giraldo while putting on a sincere smile.

Before long, Hammer came over.

"Can I help you?" hammer said with a smile, it was just for pleasantries.

"Uncle, it's like you're talking to anybody."

"Well, that's my job anyway. So, what did you mean by coming this time? Would you like another drink?"

"No, I just wanted to ask if Uncle knows around here tenpat who rents rooms for adventurers to hold meetings?" Mavis.

"There's something I want to talk to them about, and it's a secret."

"They're adventurers?" Hammer looked at Mikaela and the others in a strange way. "I never seem to see adventurers like them in this kingdom. And again ... What was there that was?"

Hammer was shocked as his gaze came to a halt in Giraldo. That was because Giraldo's posture was almost twice as large as his body.

"Yes, you can't possibly recognize them. After all they are adventurers from other kingdoms," said Mavis.

"Hey boy, you said he was an adventurer from another kingdom?"

"Which job?"

"Hey, hey, you guys go back to your place or don't blame me for kicking you guys out! Don't make a mess in my place!" Hammer blocked those barbarians.

"Hammer you... shit! Why are you taking their side? Though you yourself know that we are often humiliated by adventurers from other kingdoms!"

"Hey you! I challenge you to fight. Do you dare?" One of the adventurers who was now being forced by Hammer to go shouted with insulting intent.

"What a shame, you don't even dare to show your face? So adventurers in other kingdoms are losers among the trash?"

He laughed out loud.

The adventurers who had initially been silent to look on now started cheering and blaspheming Mavis and the others. As if it were trying to provoke.

"I suggest that you do not try to create problems that you will not be able to handle later" Mavis said while putting on a disgusted face.

"You..." The adventurer was at a loss for words. Indeed, he was just an adventurer who was not how powerful. He was just trying to bluff because he knew there were many other adventurers in the bar, who both hated adventurers from outside the kingdom. If they were to unite, it would be easy to defeat the adventurers from that other kingdom.

Mavis is lazy to take care of them actually, but it will be a big problem later if this continues.

He glanced at Mikaela and hinted at her.

Mikaela immediately understood the meaning of that master, she nodded and immediately got up from sitting down. Then she gracefully walked towards the center of the bar and lowered her black hood.

Immediately, a dazzling figure appeared in the middle of the crowd. The adventurers who had previously mocked now began to fall silent and pecked. The eyes of all the adventurers who were dominated by these men started glaring at Mikaela and began to disrespectfully correct her body. They began to be hypnotized and began to be lulled with that rare beauty. Some of them even put on a lewd face.

However, it wasn't long until Mikaela acted and made everyone wake up from her dream.

"Only a despicable fly even dares to challenge me?" Mikaela put on a disgusted face towards the adventurer. He held both his hands up.

"What did you say!" The adventurer exploded. His emotions reached the top.

"You...." He pushed Hammer aside and immediately ran towards Mikaela.

"I'll finish you off! Fucking bitch!"

The adventurer pulled the sword from his waist sheath and took a position about to slash towards Mikaela.

"You don't even deserve to talk to me." Mikaela with a cold face pulled on her index finger and with the same slashing motion, she pointed at the adventurer.

Before long, feeling something was wrong on his body the adventurer screamed in pain before half of his steps with Miakaela. He took off his sword and began to hold onto his thighs and chest.

The audience was surprised. How could? The adventurer was acting strangely like he was in pain. What kind of trick did Mikaela do to make the adventurer turn in pain?

"Fucking bitch! What have you done!" A woman who had also been cheering from the audience now ran towards the match. He put on an ugly face out of anger.

"Jack, what's wrong with you?"

"Hey! Hurry along! Let go of the spell!"

The woman soon realized something was wrong with her lover. It was as if he was injured, but it didn't look like there was any incision or blood coming out of his body at all. This was definitely an extremely vicious curse spell! That's how he thought it.

Mikaela did not reply to him and instead intended to return to her seat. It made him even more annoyed and a killing intent appeared on him.

"Damn it!"

The woman was angry and immediately pointed her wand at Mikaela, and then chanted, "Firebending magic, Fire arrows!"

Then a few arrows were created from the void and it started to move towards Mikaela from the direction behind her back. It's moving very fast. However, it suddenly disappeared like it hit an invisible barrier a meter away from where Mikaela stopped stepping.

The woman was in great shock, and lost her arrogance.

"Enough to here. If anyone looks for trouble with me again, I won't hold back" Mikaela said.
