Lance has no idea what happened at home, or why they were suddenly forced to live in Tokyo.

Isn't that as good as sending them to die?

Lana sat on the other side of the room without saying anything.  His face is still a little swollen.

He had never been hit like that before, and the person who hit him was actually someone who had worked all his life for the Salo family!  He actually dared to do such a thing to the hands of the people who fed him.

This was never allowed in the Salo family!

"Sir Salo, we have to find a safe place" the bodyguard said firmly.  "This place is definitely not safe."

Although Jaken had willingly let go of Lana, she could change her mind at any time.

After all, she let Lana go just because of Ethan.  But now Lana has gone back on her word and not only offends Masamune Syndicate, but also offends Ethan!

Lance's really going crazy.

The situation was even worse than before now!

"Where can we go?"  Lance pulled her hair.  "The Masamune syndicate has people all over Tokyo, so they can catch us anytime they want."

"We originally had a safe place to visit, but now?"

He glanced at Lana angrily and wanted to say more, but stopped himself.

"Ethan must have had other ulterior motives. Do you think he'll be kind enough to help you save me?"  Lana shook her head.  "Don't be too childish!"

"You are childish!"  Lance was getting even more angry now.

If Lana did not disavow his words, they would be inside the temple now and they would be very safe.

With Ethan around, he is sure neither Jaken nor Prince will go there and make trouble.

"Don't you understand? There was chaos in the house, so someone tried to use the two of us to get something he wanted" Lance said.  "And now, the only person who can save us is Ethan."

"It's true he didn't help us in vain, but he's already said that what he wants is integrated circuit technology and I agree to that. That's why he agreed to save you."

"This is all a transaction!"  he roared as he pressed his fingers against the table loudly.

The situation at hand is very clear.  If they remain in Tokyo, their lives will be in danger as no one knows what the Masamune Syndicate will do next.

And no one knows what a traitor in that family would do.

Lana's expression was just as bad.

He didn't expect things to be like this.

But what made him even more angry was the response from the clan.  They made his heart feel very cold.

But he had gone back on his words and now he had offended Ethan as well.

"If we find Ethan now, will he help us?"  he asked calmly.

Lance shook his head.

"I'm too embarrassed to ask her."

It was he who asked Ethan to come to Tokyo to save his sister, but now they renege on their promise.  He can't bear to ask Ethan for help anymore.

"I'll go then!"  lana said frustrated.

He was the one who retracted his words, so he was willing to embarrass himself.

He got up and was about to get out when someone kicked the door open from the outside.

"Be careful!"  The bodyguards immediately stood in front of the Salo brothers.  "Who are you?!"

"Take them away!"  The intruders were dressed like Warriors and wasted no time talking as they advanced to take his brothers away.

"Mr Salo, run!"  The bodyguard gave the order and they all rushed out to push the Soldier aside while Lance grabbed Lana's hand and ran out of the room.

"Go now!"

The two of them quickly ran down the stairs and did not even dare to take the elevator.

As soon as they reached the ground floor, Lance saw a group of men waiting for them in the elevator and he was almost out of breath.

If they take the elevator, they won't be able to leave!

"Quick! Run!"  Lance grabs Lana and runs out of the hotel.  Some men noticed them and started chasing them.

"Stop stopping!"  They both dropped off the taxi and entered anxiously.  "Quick! Driving!"
