Chapter 74

Daisy didn't tell her family she was going to have surgery. Daisy is ashamed if others find out she is sick. "Darling, we shouldn't tell your parents first. They also deserve to know" Anwar said, advising his wife.

Daisy shook her head. "It's best not to, ma'am. I don't want to make them worry about me" Daisy refused.

Anwar felt so tired that he fell asleep on the sofa. Soon Daisy wakes up shocked to see her husband in the room where she was being treated. When Desi wanted to take water his hands did not arrive because his stomach still hurts if used to move so the glass fell.

The noise made Anwar wake up. "What are you doing?"

"I just want to get some drinking water, Mas."

"I'm sorry Mas. I didn't mean to tell you to be a liar, but I just didn't want the rest of my family to worry about me. I know they love me very much. If they find out I'm operating, they must be very sad."

"Tomorrow I want to go home, I don't want Papa and Mama to be suspicious."
