[POV Alex] Ch 34 - One Open Secret

My eyes wide. For a moment my body was just glued. I really don't believe in my vision. I just stood there like a fool who had been at a loss for words. While those eyes looked back at me. There was a faint smile on that face!!

"W-grandfather?" One word is so hard to get out of the throat. I'm still dumbfounded. Can't believe my vision yet.

"Al.." the figure answered again. Emotions came straight to me.

"Sister!!" I moved closer to him. Without realizing it, my face was filled with tears. I wanted to hold the figure, to convince myself that it was real, but before my hand could reach it there were other bodies holding me back.

"Please come out first, we'll do a check." Suddenly a group of medical experts came and immediately surrounded Aaron. They checked the vital parts of Aaron's body. Two medical experts pushed me out.

"I want to see my brother!!"

"Yes sir, be patient. We'll check the patient first to confirm his condition." Finished saying so, they re-entered the room, while I stood up with a shock of overwhelming emotion. I am still in shock at what I see. Aaron has opened his eyes!! Aaron even smiled and called my name!! Aaron has regained consciousness!!

"Amaha!!" without being able to control it anymore, that burst of emotion turned into a cry.

"Al!! Ma-mama de-heard your brother was already aware, is it really like that?!" Suddenly the whole family came and approached me. I wiped away the tears and stared at those hopeful faces. Tears flooded Diana and Mama's faces. They seemed to be waiting for my answer. I smiled and nodded my head to justify his words.

"Akhhhhh, huuuu...." Mama and Diana hit me and cried in my arms, while I saw my father shed tears. We hugged in the atmosphere for a while. Then the ICU door opened. Some medical personnel got out of there. We immediately stormed it.

"How's my brother Doc doing?"

"What's my son's condition?" questions come in a row. Making the specialist doctor who became the team leader overwhelmed.

"Calm down, everything's calm. The patient's condition is fine. We checked her vitals and everything was working normally. It could be said to be a miracle."

"Patients who are in a coma for more than a month are at great risk of never waking up again. But Mr. Aaron's condition is very unique. He was aware of the condition of the body as a whole stable. Both the nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems are stable. It's really a miracle. Congratulations." The doctors greet the family one by one. Mom's body looks shaky. I immediately grabbed her body before falling down.

"Yes Ma. Don't cry anymore." I hugged my mom's body. "When can we meet him?" ask the chief doctor.

"You can meet him right now. To get into this space is restricted, so families have to alternate. For now the patient wants to meet you."

"I'm Doc?"

"Yes. He wants to meet you. For the rest of the family please wait first." Mama seemed to mind. He also wants to enter. But after being given understanding, mama wants to give up and be patient waiting for her turn.

I went back into the ICU with my heart pounding. Usually every time I entered the room, I would stare at the helpless weak body. But not anymore. The owner of the body has awakened. Those eyes are watching my every move.

"Al.." a weak but beautiful voice sounded in my ear. A voice I've been wanting to hear for months. My eyes are back in the fog. Unknowingly the clear flow had already soaked my cheeks.

"K-kak.." My voice choked.

"Come here..." Aaron waved his hand. Told me to come closer. Without being able to be held back, I immediately went to her side and hugged her.

"Sister!!" Aaron returned my embrace. I cried again, while Aaron patted my back. Tranquilized me. For a few minutes we were in that position. Aaron stretched my body first, then he wiped my tears.

"What... all.... candidate... father... like... this...?" asked Aaron in a stammering tone. I distanced my body and looked at Aaron who was smiling weakly.

"Don't you really hear what I'm saying?" Aaron nodded his head. "Don't you hear all my words?"

"Hum..."

"Why not wake up soon? Why did we have to wait this long?!"

"I..wanted to. but.no... Tell me. about him..."

"about her?"

"Your wife... Your woman... What.... my sister... really... already... married...?"

"Son, why did the first word that came up exactly that?"

"Sister, why ask about my happiness? What you have to take care of is your little family's happiness..." Aaron shook his head, a circle of tears fell back in the corner of his eye.

"Say... You... happy...?" Aaron took my hand. Staring at me with earnest eyes. I hope to hear the answer he wants. I held Aaron's hand firmly.

"Yes, my sister, I am very happy. I'm happy Brother is conscious. Big families will be happy too. Get well soon, brother..."

"Which... I ask... what.... are you.. happy.... with.... your life...?"

"Sir, time is up. The patient needs rest, so that the recovery of his body can be faster." A nurse suddenly entered the room, gently driving me away. I don't want to have to listen to him, because I want Aaron to get well soon.

"Rest Brother. Many families are waiting for your recovery." I took off Aaron's hand, but the man held him back.

After confirming Aaron's condition was stable, the doctor decided to move him to the treatment room. The next few hours were filled with joy. The family took turns to visit Aaron. Diana did not do it. He only saw the man from a distance. Mom and Dad forced her, but Diana refused. The reason is that her baby does not want to see her father.

Hah, women are really weird. As Aaron lay helpless, the woman desperately wanted the man to wake up. Now, when the man had really woken up, the woman did not even want him. Really weird. All these strange women, only Khansaku is normal.

Speaking of Khansa, I really miss that woman. Now Aaron is conscious. The feeling of a big family is also a happy moment. It's time I publicized Khansa's whereabouts to all of them.

"Awhile... Mamma... Papa... will have... two... grandchildren... at once..." Aaron opened the conversation. I looked at the man in surprise. I shook my head, a sign to tell him not to continue. Instead of stopping, Aaron smiled. His eyes glanced cunningly. Mama looked at him confused.

"What do you mean, son? Mama papa will only get grandchildren from you. Diana was not pregnant with twins. What does it mean we'll have two grandchildren at once? Are you delirious, son?"

"Ah yes, maybe because you just realized, you must have mistaken. You'll only have one baby, son, not two..."

"No Ma..." Aaron shook his head.

"Mama... also. will.. have.. grandchildren... of him..." Aaron made a gesture with his head, which he meant that his words were on me. Mama and Papa immediately looked at me in astonishment, then looked back at Aaron.
