After a day of calming herself down, by dusk Ela decided to meet Maxxie, explaining everything to her fiance.
Ela looked at her face in front of the room mirror. He rubbed the pale-looking face, sweeping the concealer to cover the panda's eyes as most cried and lacked rest.
Ela is well aware of the consequences she will get after Max learns of her dark past. There are too many secrets he keeps to himself. Ela was ready to accept Maxxie's decision. Including the worst thing he'll get. Max would call off their engagement and cut ties with her.
Elara follows the advice of Oliver and Olivia, she must be open and honest although it will ultimately be very painful.

Ela parked her car in Maxxie's spacious carport, right next to her fiance's mansion.
At the sight of Elara's presence, Rosa, a well-known servant, greeted Ela respectfully.
"Aunt Rosa, is Max here?"
Rosa's face changed instantly.
"From yesterday the young master did not return to the mansion, non", replied Rosa looking sad.
"Usually Mr. Maxxie stays at the office if he doesn't come home" Rosa said.
Olivia was silent for a moment.
"Then I went to Max's office just aunty" Elara said next.
"Good non" answered Rosa nodding her head.
The sky was still orange when Ela drove her car at the speed of splitting Houston.
Before heading to Max's company, Ela stopped by a restaurant to buy food and drinks. Now Ela really felt her stomach hungry.
Thirty minutes passed. Ela's car arrives at a skyscraper located in the city's office area. Ela's car stopped at Maxxie's carport. Right next to Max's car. Ela smiled knowing Max was there. Without waiting long Ela stepped in while carrying a paper bag containing dinner for her and Maxxie.
Elara can go directly to the special elevator because it already has access to Maxxie's room. The company's security already knows Elara as the lover of the company's owner.
Elara took her foot into Maxxie's office. He had seen Bill assistant Maxxie who seemed still struggling with his work. "Billy", call Ela.
Bill turned his head to look at Ela. "Miss Ela?". Sail Bill immediately stood up.
"Hm..is your boss in the room?"
"Yes, there's a lady. But Mr. Maxxie's condition is not fine, since last night only struggling with his work. Even I noticed all day Mr. Maxxie hasn't eaten anything" Bill replied explaining to Ela. "Let me drive to see tuan–"
"no need. I can see her myself, Bill. You just continue your work, you seem so busy. I have also brought food for your boss" said Elara smiling kindly as she held up a paper bag showing the young man.
Bill smiles to see his boss' lover is so attentive even though he knows the real relationship between Ela and Max is being troubled. But Bill did not dare to wonder anything because he knew his position.
"Well miss", replied Bill with a warm smile.

Arriving at the door of Maxxie's study, Elara took a deep breath. His body was a little trembling. To be honest, he was very nervous, afraid that Max would immediately reject him or not want to see him again. But Ela strengthened herself, especially this morning Olivia and Oliver gave her support. Elara is a little calm now.

Three times Elara knocked on Maxxie's office door, but there was no word from the inside. Ela ventured to open the dark brown door and saw Maxxie struggling with her work.
Ela looked at the empty bottle of wine near the pile of files on the table.
His appearance looks chaotic. The blue dongker work shirt is still wrapped around his body. The shirt's sleeves have been raised up to his elbows. While the tie knot has been loosened. The thick black hair that usually always looked neat, was now a mess.
"What's up Billy. Why are you still in the office, didn't I tell you to come home from earlier. You have dared to argue with me apparently! Are you tired of being my assistant–"
"Darling.."
