Anna woke up when the sound of adzan sayup-sayup rang out. He rubbed his eyes which felt heavy to open. After her eyelids perfectly opened in the third minute, Anna sat down and flicked up the blanket. He frowned when he realized there was something different in him. As he remembered, last night he sat on the balcony floor and then involuntarily fell asleep there. How can he sleep in bed now?
Anna looked down and saw Alan asleep on a folding mattress that was spread out on the side of the bed, covered to the chest.
“Mas Alan!” Anna shook Alan's arm, woke him up. The big body did not move at all. Sleep tight.
Anna smiled at how innocent Alan's face was as he fell asleep. There was no harsh look from his eyes, no cruel expression on that face, the man looked extremely sweet.
“Mas Alan, wake up! It's dawn. Pray again!” Anna sat down by Alan's side.
“Mmmph..” Alan's voice sounded extremely heavy and hoarse. His eyes were still tightly closed.
“Shalat dawn!” anna continued while shaking Alan's arm. Anna frowned realizing the arm was wrapped in a white tuxedo. This morning Alan was not wearing those clothes when he was about to go to work. Anna had never even seen the clothes wrap around Alan's body. Looks like new clothes.
Alan changed his sleeping position to tilt, turning his back to Anna.
“Come, wake.”
“Hmm... Sleepy.” Alan's voice was more like an indistinct grunt.
“In the early hours, loh.”
Alan squirmed, rubbing his eyes. Then he turned back and looked at Anna.
“I'm so tired.” Alan sat down while shaking his head to regain consciousness. His hand uncovered the blanket, revealing pants of matching color with the tuxedo he was wearing. The gray socks were still attached to his feet.
Alan looked at Anna and asked, “Why did you sleep on the balcony? Want to kill yourself?” Alan smiled a smile.
“Iiih. So you're the one who took me to my room?”
“Kalo not me then who else?”
Anna's face flushed. If the lights were not dim, of course Alan could see Anna's cheeks like tomatoes. Anna rubbed her warming cheek.
“Other times do not like to sleep on the balcony,” continued Alan with a shady gaze. “Night's wind can make you catch a cold. You are my responsibility.”
Look, Alan gave Anna a spilling amount of attention and affection. At least Alan never irritated Anna. The treatment is really amazing. How could Anna delay the process of falling in love that she herself did not realize when fall in love was anchored in her heart. To be sure, there was a new feeling of fun in Anna.
It is not wrong if every morning prayers are finished, Anna often looks at photos of Alan whose size is unusually large framed sweetly on the wall of the room.
Just as Anna was about to open her mouth to say honesty, Alan had already spoken first.
“I'm sorry I didn't pick up your phone. Kusilent's HP. I even read your message when I got home. I hope you understand, Malem was a sacred day for me, me and Cintya got married. At nine o'clock the show was over. And I immediately brought Cintya to my house, my parents did not know the address of the house because I bought it without their knowledge.”
Anna's heart suddenly weakened. Is this what you call a heart attack? Anna's mouth was completely silenced. And Alan's reply managed to make Anna's heart feel pierced. It felt like something was writhing in his heart. He was enduring the pain in his chest.
