“When I came to my senses, being ignorant was better than caring but not appreciated. I want to go home.” Anna ran out as she could not hold back tears. He did not want to cry in front of Alan. He does not want to show his love for Alan. Let him bury his love without anyone knowing, maybe it will be better.

Anna did not care about Alan's cry calling out her name. He kept running until he got outside the gate. No taxis, motorbikes, minibuses or flying horses passed. While he saw Alan was getting closer. He doesn't want to talk to Alan anymore. He wanted to disappear from before Ala. At least Alan's face was no longer visible in his eyes.

Across the street, Arini is buying something in the store. Maybe it's better for Anna to ride on Arini's bike to escape from Alan's presence. Anna slid across the street as Alan's hand reached out to grab her arm.

Brak!

A passing car snatched Anna's body.

“Yes Lord!” Alan grabbed Anna's body lying on the asphalt. Put the head of the woman whose eyes were closed into her lap. His palm rubbed the blood patches that were sticking out of Anna's temple skin. Alan's teary eyes stared at Anna's tightly closed eyelids. The woman's body in her lap was very weak.

“Anna darling, open your eyes. Don't stay with me. Plis, open your eyes.” Alan shook Anna's shoulder and hugged her very tightly. Letting the blood splotches dirty his suit. “I love you, Anna. Why else would I survive without you.”

Anna opened her eyes. Alan crying? Anna thought as she felt a warm droplet hit the back of her hand.

Alan took off a hug as he realized the body in his arms was moving. Alan's face instantly changed seeing Anna's eyes open.

“You love me?” Anna smiled.

Alan was silent. He looks pale.

“I heard it earlier, you love me, right?”

Alan was silent.

Anna rubbed Alan's cheek, dispelling the water that had soaked the cheek. Both sat.

Alan hurriedly helped Anna up and pulled over when he realized there was someone else besides them. He looked at the young man who was staring at Anna innocently. None other than Aldi. His car is parked not far from there.

“Yes God, you're hurt.” Aldi was anxious to see the wound on Anna's forehead, the wound was caused by a car stampede.

“I don't pa-pa. It's just an external wound. I was just shocked, and chose to close my eyes for a moment to restore my suddenly dark vision.”

“Do I need to take to the hospital?” ask Aldi.

“No need,” says Alan flat. “I can take care of.”

“Ooh... I think I need to take responsibility for grazing Anna.”

“Not you wrong. Anna crossed the road. Go awayl. Let me take care of Anna's wounds.”

“Good.” Aldi glanced at Anna and then passed away.

After Aldi, Anna and Alan exchanged looks. No one started the conversation, as if their eyes already represented what they felt.

Anna hugged Alan. Buried his face in the chest of the man's field. A few seconds both of Alan's hands swung in the air without returning a hug. But then the sturdy hand returned Anna's embrace.

“Say, you love me, right? I want to hear it one more time.” Anna tightened her embrace.

Alan was silent.
