Alan took a deep breath trying to calm himself down. Back to his memory when Aldi carried Anna's body. He then shook his head trying to obliterate the shadow. He also remembered at the beginning of the marriage, Anna said that Anna married none other than to make Rafa, the man she loved was hurt. Alan also remembers Rafa saying that Anna still has feelings for Rafa. Is that true?
“You are one campus with Aldi. You were so close, that when you passed out, he was the angel who saved you. Even you're close to your ex, Rafa. All that time, I didn't know what you were doing to those two men. I don't know who's on your mind right now, RAfa or Aldi?”
“You don't believe me?” Disappointed Anna.
Alan walked up the stairs and entered the room. He rushed to shower. Anna prepares clothes for Alan. He sat down by the bed waiting for Alan to come out. When the bathroom door opened and Alan poked out, Anna straightened up and handed him a change of clothes.
Alan was wearing clothes aided by Anna. Patiently, Anna buttoned every button of Alan's shirt neatly. He also put a tie on Alan's chest. After which, his hand touched Alan's chin and raised a face that looked down at Anna's every hand movement. Now they are meeting.
“I love you,” whispered Anna. “Do not suspect me.”
Alan took a rough breath. It was still obvious that he was annoyed in his eyes even though he tried to hide it as neatly as possible. Now, only Anna was able to read Alan's expression.
Anna gasped at the words. So far as Alan thinks about his relationship with Rafa?
“Because I admit, since the beginning you married me, you do not want me to touch,” continued Alan. “You still hope he gets you, don't you? If now things have changed, maybe it's because of religious demands. Because maybe you realize, rejecting your husband is a sin. Asking for a divorce for no good reason, is also a sin. I have to learn to recognize you. And this is Anna I know.”
Anna swallowed the saliva with great difficulty, her neck choked. Alan's thinking was completely incompatible with the facts.
“Mas Alan, I love you. I just love you. Rafa is just the past. Whenever I'm with Rafa sometimes, it's because he's stalking me. At least I don't have the same taste as him.
