Don't Cry Mother

Don't Cry Mother
JMB 36. Finding His Ridho Together

Yasa and Tara arrive at Raffan's house along with Kaluna who also just arrived. Yasa squinted his eyes as Kaluna carried a paper bag containing a gift. His mind drifted everywhere. But as soon as possible he threw her out.

" It's for mom, happy birthday mom. I wish you always happy ever after."

" Thank you baby. Mother will always be happy as long as Tara is happy."

Kaluna crouched down in front of Tara to hug and kiss the cheeks of her two sons. He then took Tara to enter the house.

A greeting Kaluna said and answered by people throughout the house. Kaluna was a little surprised to see inside the house already welcomed by her parents Yasa parents. Not only was Kaluna surprised, Yasa was the same. As for Tara, the boy had already run to hug opa, oma, his grandfather and grandmother. Tara is happy to meet these parents.

" Happy birthday dear, forgive mom and dad all this time. May your life be more blessed. You are beautiful with your hijab, son" said Vanka, hugging the princess tightly. So did Raffan he rubbed Kaluna's head and kissed her daughter's head.

" Good age son."

This time Kaluna's congratulations came from Hasna. He then grabbed Hasna's hand and kissed the middle-aged woman's back. Hasna hugged Kaluna tightly. Kaluna could feel the flow of affection from Hasna. Radi also said a prayer for Kaluna who was observed by the woman.

" Woooh all focus on mom, seems to be forgetting about me."

Everyone laughed with the little boy. Yasa then lifted up her son's body and carried him to the sling saying, "Tara is with you then."

The Thanksgiving continues to the dinner table. Vanka has prepared some food ready to be enjoyed. And a special meal for Tara of course. Although it has been stated there are no more cancer cells in the boy's body, he still has to maintain his diet. Tara is certainly not allowed to eat fast food and some other things that have been delivered Nataya.

" I'm sorry everyone, I took Tara first to the room. It seems like he's getting tired and sleepy."

Tara is still a child who feels tired after a trip from the plantation to the city and then to some places. Want as smart as his brain remains the boy should be able to rest his body if it feels tired. Moreover, he has a history of illness that could threaten his life.

Apparently Kaluna's departure led Tara to the room followed by Yasa. The man did not want to lose his chance to propose to Kaluna again.

Tara's room door is open. The boy walked in a little faster and laid his body on the bed. Kaluna was awakened again. Tara also protested against her mother.

" Bund, Tara is so sleepy."

" Mother knows, but Tara has to change clothes first. A lot of germs stuck in Tara's body. Remember Om Nataya's word that Tara also had to keep clean?"

Tara finally got up, she was about to take off her clothes right then and there but Yasa was immediately carried into the bathroom. Yasa is the one who will replace Tara's clothes with a nightgown that Kaluna has taken. Yasa also washed Tara's hands and feet and the boy's face.

" Well, ready to sleep?"

" It's very ready, hoaaaam."

After reciting the prayer shortly Tara immediately sound. He seems really tired and sleepy. Kaluna patted her son's back. A tear came out of his eye. Not sad but happy when you can see the son back cheerful and excited. He can still feel how scared he is when Tara is in the ICU room with many of those tools.

" Thank you, Allaah, you still gave me the opportunity to take care of her even longer" Kaluna said in her heart. He is so grateful. In the rubbing of the head of Tara then he blew a prayer so that Tara became a sholih and happy child of the world and the hereafter. He kissed the son a little longer.

Yasa was fixated on seeing every thing Kaluna did. Man does a lot of wrong things, but God never closes the door.

The two walked a little from Tara's bed. Yasa took a deep breath as a ponder to say what had been in his mind and heart. I don't know why this time he was so stubborn. There was a feeling he could not explain.

" Kal, this may be the umpteenth time I've said it. Kaluna Trisha Danendra, today I again ask you to be my wife. Let's fix our past mistakes and establish a relationship by looking for Allaah's ridho. I know you don't love me yet, so let's get together to find His love in order to grow the love between us. I want you to be my sole protector and let's go to heaven together."

Yasa took out a small box from his pocket and opened it right in front of Kaluna. The woman's heart trembled at the words of her former lecturer who was the father of her son. Without feeling the tears Kaluna seeped out. He closed his eyes for a moment then nodded incantantly and confidently.

" Bismillaah, let's find Allaah's ridho together. I received a car with bismillaah."

Like getting a durian crumbling, Yasa was really happy. He wanted to scream but he couldn't do it. Yasa then took the ring and was about to put it on Kaluna's ring finger.

" Mad, let me wear it myself."

Yasa nodded, he knew what Kaluna meant. He was very happy this time, and could not be described.

" When are you ready to get married?"

" It's up to me."

" All right next saturday. I'll have it all ready this week."

" Huh?"

Kaluna. How could it be next week. But maybe faster would be better. Kaluna then said a condition, he did not want a party. It is quite religious and state legitimate and a small thanksgiving that invites close friends and relatives. (If counted, friends and relatives have many Kal.)

Yasa agreed, he rushed out of Tara's room to immediately tell it to both his parents and Kaluna's parents of course.

" Father, mother, papa and mama, next Saturday we're getting married."

" What?"

The four old men were really surprised by Yasa's words. Those who were chatting casually suddenly loaded up as Yasa said that.

" Don't hang on, will Kaluna?" Tanya Hasna spontaneous.

" Yes if you have not yet mua time Yasa talk gini anyway. We get married simply, that's what Kaluna wants. The important thing is the lawfulness of religion and the state."

Gratitude from the lips of Raffan and Vanka. Both of them were really happy that Kaluna finally wanted to open her heart to Yasa.

" We hope you can continue to be happy, son."

Raffan certainly agreed with Yasa's idea. The sooner the better so as not to arise slander let alone Raffan know several times Yasa came and stayed at the villa on the plantation. He was afraid that people would think fast about Yasa and Kaluna.
