The next day, the streets of the morning fill feels soft, the weather is so cool. Traffic was so conducive, that a dark blue luxury car suddenly overtaken the busway at high speed which caused the busway driver to suddenly brake forcefully. The squeaking sound made a chest pain, the passengers jerked unable to hold the balance, lucky Mr. driver managed to control the busway.
My body was held captive by Khenzie, Khenzie helped me get back up straight. I saw the car, the car that drove on the busway, my eyes were wide when I saw that the car was Brooklyn's.
"Brookly." I muttered, after realizing that the car belonged to Brooklyn.
At the school, five students are called to the school operator to register for SNMPTN. One of those five people was me and Khenzie.
"What do you want to major in, Khen?" khenzie and I walked down the stairs to the school operator's room 200 metres from our class.
"Business Management."
Khenzie did like things that smelled business for a long time, as evidenced by the ice cream business he was developing.
"Lo?" Khenzie asked me.
"Law, you know for yourself how much I love the law." I caused Khenzie's question with sparkling eyes.
"Lo knows that the law is identical with justice even though in reality it is quite the opposite, a place looks holy and clean but it turns out in it is just a dirty place."
I smiled, looking straight ahead.
"And you also know, I'm not a clean person but to be clean. I just need a little clean among the dirt."
I stopped walking, Khenzie followed me. I looked at Khenzie's eyes seriously.
"There is no one who can really be fair, Khen... There are only people who are trying to uphold justice..Lo believe if I can enforce that justice?" I asked Khenzie, who was standing in front of me, my eyes looking for answers from the look in her eyes.
Khenzie's eyes were talking, he was looking at me carefully.
"Believe! I may not always walk the same path. But, no matter how hard you will struggle.I'm sure you are always looking for a way to succeed. You're a great man, you have to believe that." Khenzie's got my shoulder.
"Gue has been too crazy about the law of inheritance that always puts important people forward."
Khenzie smiled at me, giving me positive energy.
"Wanna!"
The voice rang out from below, I looked at the base of the stairs to ascertain who called out to me.
"Brookly." I muttered, looking at Brooklyn who walked over to me and Khenzie.
Khenzie turned her back, she saw Brooklyn.
"I'd like to say a little something." Brooklyn took my hand, I pulled my hand.
"Please, just here."
Brooklyn saw Khenzie at a glance.
"I want to talk to you both." Without my approval Brooklyn pulled my hand down the stairs.
"Release no! I can walk by myself." I exclaimed in annoyance, my wrist ached in its pull.
“You said what?”
“Do not list SNMPTN.”
I looked the other way, as soon as I heard Brooklyn's words made me look at him with a serious look.
“You know... I learned desperately during school to join the SNMPTN line, and now my opportunity is open... continue you easily ask me not to come? Very simple yes your mouth!” From my tone, I'm sure Brooklyn realized that I was upset with him.
Brooklyn took my hand, she held mine.
“I don't want you to be seen in the law, I don't want to! “
“I want you to major in doctor, so we can always be together.” Continue Brooklyn.
I smiled, the right corner of my lips lifted.
“That's your dream, don't pull me into something I'm not interested in at all.” I walked one step back, taking my hand off the Brooklyn handle.
“You have a dream to become a doctor and I also have a dream to become a lawyer, no one is good or not My next.
“But, I want us..”.
“You're just my girlfriend, so don't ever interfere with my dreams and ideals and yes I sternly stared at Brooklyn with a serious look.
I looked up, breathing slowly.
“I think we need to rethink about our relationship.” I said it while leaving Brooklyn.
In class, when all children are busy with their own activities. Elina suddenly asked me about Brooklyn.
“Syan, I was not intentionally looking at you Brooklyn next to the building.I'm sorry, but I feel like you guys are again seen chatting serious things. You guys fight?” ask Elina.
I breathe heavily.
“She asked me not to list SNMPTN, I'm really upset El.”
“How to do, you don't list?” Elina looks curious
“Register! He has no right to organize my life more deeply, let alone about my dreams.” firmly I, annoyed.
Elina nodded, understanding.
“Ehmm... lo same Khenzie one major?” Elina asked cautiously, her voice deliberately softening.
I saw Elina sitting next to me.
“No, he majored in business management but...”.
“But what?” Elina interrupted my explanation.
“We choose three same universities with different majors.”
“Enak very lo can be together Khenzie continues.” Elina's words sounded like a form of protest.
I smiled looking at Elina's pouting face.
“El, I could have the same Khenzie accepted at a different university.is this new doang.” list I tried to comfort Elina
Elina just nodded.
“Iya,iya.” Said Elina, who sounded resigned.
“Syan!” exclaimed a student, who was standing in the door frame of our class.
I looked at the source of the sound.
“Why?” ask me, with widened eyelids.
“Dialn Brooklyn.” The student said he seemed to be a friend of Brooklyn even though I wasn't so sure because I'd never seen them together.
I reluctantly moved, following the student from behind.
“Where?” I asked because we had just passed Brooklyn class, I originally thought Brooklyn was calling me to her class but after passing her class my mind changed, my guess was wrong.
The student was silent, not answering my question.
“Gue won't work if you don't answer my question.” I threatened him, I stopped following him.
The student looked back, where I was there. He stopped his steps.
“Warung at the end of the school.” He answered my question briefly, as if giving me a riddle.
I frowned, my eyebrows as if they were about to fuse together.
“Ngapain Brooklyn there?” my tone changed, I was surprised to learn Brooklyn was there.
The stall at the end of the school is famous as the basecamp place for naughty students in SMAN Sebangsa Jakarta.
“She fainted.” Answer the student.
Both of my eyes were wide open, I was shocked to hear it.
“Why not tell from earlier?!”
