Chapter 9 Do You Believe A Coincidence?

“ Khen.”

“ What?” sahut Khenzie, his eyes look upset.

I pointed at Elina by raising my eyebrows, tempting Khenzie to glance at Elina.

“ Yes I know.” Sahut Khenzie, flat, Khenzie glanced at Elina for a split second.

“ Cie.”

“ What the hell?! Udah diem, your girlfriend again riding the flag tuh.” Khenzie pointed to Brooklyn with a gesture of his head.

I saw Brooklyn being focused on tying a flagstrap to a pole strap to raise it.

As all the disciples saluted the raised flag, my eyes were suddenly sidetracked with Elina's ring finger that was already coiling the same ring as the one I had met by Khenzie.

“My ring is not a tool to shoot Elina right, yes?” I muttered, inwardly while looking at the ring on Elina's ring finger.

The ring that Elina wore and the one that I had was so similar, that it had crossed my mind as soon as I saw the ring curled up on Elina's ring finger.

“ Khen.” Call me, slowly.

“ What else?!” Khenzie looks uncomfortable because I keep talking while I'm in line.

“ Lu love my ring with Elina huh? Pdkt pdkt Khen. but not my ring also dong who became a victim.” said me, half whispered.

I'm afraid Elina heard what I said to Khenzie.

Hearing what Khenzie said, looking at Elina's ring finger, Khenzie's eyes opened wide.

“ No! Lo ring is in my bag.” Khenzie, then looked back.

I breathed a sigh of relief, hearing that my ring was in Khenzie's bag.

Khenzie suddenly approached me and whispered, his right palm still stuck at the tip of the temple (honor) to the flag that was being raised.

“ That's an expensive ring yes, sorry we both know that he is not that rich until he can buy an expensive ring like that, you do not suspect?” Khenzie made her own assumption, narrowing her eyes while glancing at Elina, as if she was suspecting.

I scrunched my nose, hit Khenzie on the shoulder, which made him feel pain.

“ Can't do that, maybe he's working. Can't get people, huh! We never know what he's fighting for in what he wants.” Whisper me, ask Khenzie not to make bad assumptions about Elina.

“ What does he want, huh? Okay.” Khenzie's eyebrows are uplifted, he agrees with me.

After the ceremony we returned to our respective classes, when I was about to enter the classroom suddenly someone pulled my hand, making my back stick to the side wall of the classroom entrance.

“Moreover the heck?” I asked, as soon as I saw Brooklyn's face, my eyes glared at it.

I shook off Brooklyn's hand that was holding my wrist.

“ Starting tomorrow we leave school with ya, I pick up.” Take Brooklyn.

I sighed, rolled my eyeballs, trying to control my emotions.

“ Honey, I can leave by myself. I'd rather take the busway than the car.” I was obviously in Brooklyn, with a smile.

Brooklyn snorted, he smiled, for a moment he turned his face away.

“ Why? You want to be alone with Khenzie over there?” brooklyn asked, re-starting the commotion in the morning.

“ You why the hell? Udah yes, I was struggling early in the morning, I went to class first.”, I said, passed leaving Brooklyn that had ruined my mood in the morning.

In class, I saw Elina sitting next to Khenzie, Khenzie was looking focused on her phone while Elina was trying to get Khenzie to chat with her, I walked up to them and grabbed Khenzie's phone and put Khenzie's phone in my shirt pocket, forcing Khenzie to watch us.

“ Diajakkin chat tuh, kaku highly.” I'm sitting at Khenzie's table, in front of Khenzie.

“Apaan anyway, Balikin no!” Khenzie looked annoyed, Khenzie made her palm in front of my face.

“ Uh fear.” I said, teasing Khenzie who was upset.

From the table I could see Elina's feet touching Khenzie's feet.

“ El, foot lo.” I said, gesturing to Elina, I just moved my mouth without making a sound.

Instead of keeping her legs away Elina actually let her right leg be at Khenzie's feet.

“ El, don't do that Mr. Rahmat dateng.” pinta ku, slow so as not to be heard by other students.

Elina smiled then embraced Khenzie's shoulder from the side.

“ You like right babe?” elina whispered, in Khenzie's ear with her sighing voice, making me shudder.

Khenzie did not say a word, he stood up suddenly and made Elina almost fall, Khenzie moved away from us, he chose to sit next to Diego who was sitting on the back bench in the corner of the classroom.

I got off the table and sat down in the chair Khenzie was sitting in.

“ El, you don't like it Khenzie... he doesn't like being called, he's not Diego who likes people like that.” I said, intending to advise Elina.

“Kayak how do you mean lo?” Elina frowned.

“Yeah, that's the kind you did. He doesn't like people who are too aggressive.” I was obviously with Elina.

Elina glanced at Khenzie who was chatting with Diego.

“ Lo know if I've loved him since our first day MOS and you also know it's a lot of ways that I do to dapetin Khenzie heart, I even..”.

Elina did not continue her words, making my heart suddenly rustle.

“ Even what? “ my question, curious, I grabbed Elina's arm.

My eyes were suddenly fixed on Elina's shoes, which looked so adorable, I just realized that Elina had just changed her shoes.

“ By the way, these new lo shoes. Pretty there is a turtle embroidery.” I continued, switching the conversation, I looked down at Elina's shoes.

Elina smiled as she raised her legs, making her legs buttress above her knees.

“ Yes, I just bought yesterday.”

I nodded, understand. It's fair Elina yesterday to the Mall, apparently in addition to going to the cosmetic store, she also bought shoes.
