In the center of the altar was a statue of a Dragon with a crescent moon on the Dragon's head. In the middle of the crescent moon was a ball of darkness energy inside.
The sky above the altar looked much darker than anywhere else and there was lightning that occasionally struck the ball of darkness.
Xiao Yi smiled when he saw the existence of the ball.
"That's your piece of power, isn't it?" yan Liyan asked who knew that the energy ball artifact said by his system earlier, was Xiao Yi's dark energy.
"Yes, that's a piece of my power. Are you gonna take it?" xiao Yi asked who knew very well the nature of Yan Liyan lately.
Yan Liyan smiled wryly then shook her head.
"No, take that power! I'll wait for you."
"Thank you." Xiao Yi said with a smile.
Xiao Yi then walked towards the altar, stood in the middle of it and held the ball of dark energy.
"The fragment of power I have comes back inside me and fills in some of my empty power!"

Lightning struck the more itens and the darkness energy spread out from within the energy ball.
Xiao Yi then absorbed the dark energy very easily, as it was indeed Xiao Yi's strength at first.
Xiao Yi's body was then enveloped by the darkness energy, not long after that the darkness energy disappeared because all the darkness energy present in the dark ball had already been absorbed completely by Xiao Yi.
Such a dense dark energy suddenly spread from within Xiao Yi's body while Xiao Yi was currently hovering in the lotus position.
The dark energy formed a crescent moon and then went back into his body.

"Thank you big brother Liyan" he said powerfully because Yan Liyan had allowed him to absorb it, whereas Yan Liyan could also absorb that energy to increase her own strength, if she wanted to.
