Exterminating it needs hard work, can not by cutting the top, because if you cut the top of the roots even more fertile spread, even the root system will form new shoots elsewhere.

The only way is to dismantle the root system and inject a special herbicide, and it can't be a year at least 3 years of repetition, only then you don't see a single bud coming.
