POV Melya
"actually what is your relationship with Angga's sister?" my many.
"Friends. I have known him since childhood. I've known you a long time. Maybe you forgot?" laila answered my question.
"Sorry! I can't remember. My memory's been a little distracted since the accident" I said.
"It's okay if you don't remember. We can be friends again like we used to be" he said with a smile.
"Well, I just want to say that his nature is sometimes annoying" he continued. "But he also cares and cares for those around him. He is always there when we need him. So, don't fight with him too long" he said again
"The person always learns more than anyone else and tries harder than anyone else, all he does to fulfill his responsibilities. His attitude towards you last night was solely to protect you" he continued.
"I know," I said.
"Lately there are many problems that occur in schools and also in this city. And that's enough to make him depressed. So it's not strange that he got out of control because of emotion" Laila said.
We arrived at the teacher's room. After putting the books down we continued our conversation.
"I don't think you know Angga better than I do" I said.
"Of course!" said proud. "Because quickly make up with him again. Because I don't like to see him moody," he said again as he patted my back.
After school I intend to meet him, but it turns out Angga has gone home first.
It rained again with a rush, I stood staring at the rain while thinking something.
"Brains!" call Eli to rebuke me. "What are you doing?"
"Waiting for rain." I answered while looking at the rain.
"Don't you bring an umbrella?" eli asked again, I was silent for a moment before answering.
"I feel sorry for Brother Jun and I regret not being able to help him earlier, I was thinking, about the girl named Evania that Brother Jun told me about. The girl who showed her the way to the hospital, if I'm right she's the same girl I met at the school gate a few days ago" I replied. "It's possible that if we follow the girl we'll find the location of the ghost hospital."
"Then how do I find the ghost of the rain girl?" ask Eli.
"She's a rain girl. Often shows up at the school gate when it rains. So I'll wait until he shows up."
"Rain girl? Ghosts that kids talk about? You want to kneel him?"
"Yes, that's the only way to find the location of that hospital. The ghost must know."
One by one the other students passed by us, the school was getting quieter.
"You didn't come home first? Where's Riri?" I asked Eli.
"Riri got a quick home today because he was not well. I don't have any friends to go home with. The principal said we can't go home alone."
"are you not afraid?"
"It looks like the ghost didn't show up today. Let's just go home!"
The rain had somewhat subsided leaving a small speck. But the water was standing all the way. It makes a noise when you step. It helps me know that someone is following us from behind.
During the trip I pretended to be chatting with Eli, but I secretly called Angga. The stalker was getting closer as we passed the bridge.I could feel his footsteps getting closer and faster. The danger!
I pushed Eli forward and turned back to prepare for the man. I made my umbrella a shield and repelled his attack, but my body was pushed by his power.
"Run! get help quickly!" my yelling. Eli understood and ran straight away, because if we were both here, we would die without anyone knowing.
I made it in time. The knife was stuck in the shade. I steadied my footing so as not to fall pushed, then pushed back.
Who is this guy? He covered himself in a black raincoat. I could even feel a strong killing intent suppressing. But what's our fault?"
Laila had long been telling about the recent serial murders. I'm sure he did it!
The assailant ripped my umbrella to get the knife out. I immediately closed the umbrella until it formed a long, pointed stick. I used the tip of the umbrella to strike the perpetrator's face right in the eyes and neck.
His reflexes would protect the face with his arms so that he could not attack me for being busy fending off my attacks. As he attacked, I opened this umbrella back quickly to stall him. I managed to keep my distance between me and the assailant.
But this can't last long. In just a short time my umbrella was filled with holes and torn here and there. It's a fight between kids and adults that doesn't really benefit me physically and vigorously.
Even though I managed to survive this far, I started to feel exhausted. Not to mention the rain made my body shiver with the cold. I also find it hard to see because my eyes are soaked in rain.
If I turn around now, this guy could easily chase me and stab me in the back. Evidently, the multiple injuries on the victim's back proved that he had enough speed to chase us.
At least I had to subvert it first before escaping, so I could get away from it before he chased me back. But how do I drop this big body.
We are both on the bridge. It looks like this location is the point of attack by the perpetrator to kill his victims. In addition to its quiet location, this also makes it easier to throw the body of the victim into the river. Moreover, almost all the students in my school passed this bridge.
While holding an umbrella towards him like a sword, I kept my distance from him. It also made it easier for me to fend off the knife attack. Without taking my eyes off her I reached into the contents of my bag, looking for something I could use against her.
The electric shock device is impossible for me to use right now. It's my fault I got it too. A pen? Nah! Nah! Too short. pepper splints are useless when it rains! Haah! I need to calm down so I can think. I need to get out of this dangerous situation.
The assailant still hasn't given up and keeps an eye on me.
I looked back at the person and showed a happy face, a relieved smile clearly.
"Sister is finally coming!" relieved say. The attacker looked behind him and found no one.
At the same time I swung my bag containing many large books towards the perpetrator, and hit his head from the right side so that his body was stretched to the left. I quickly twisted my umbrella and used the curved handle of the umbrella to pull the perpetrator's left ankle, until he lost balance.
As a final touch I kicked his body down the back. Seeing it I immediately ran away. I can't believe I have acting talent, too. My plan worked even though I had doubts at first.
I ran as fast as I could to get away from him. He woke up unexpectedly and chased me. I accelerated my run. But the wet road makes the feet slip and fall down.
Lothawat! if I fall here I'll die!
Woefully he was already standing near me with the tip of his knife ready to plunge into my body.
