The Strongest Abandoned Son

The Strongest Abandoned Son
Chapter 109: Horrible Human-Eating Insects

Ye Mo looked at the dashing crowd for the yellow-clothed woman. He did not even think before attacking the girl at his fastest speed. Just a few seconds before the insects came, Ye Mo carried the yellow-clothed woman and ran over.

As if discovering that the yellow-clothed woman was saved by Ye Mo, these insects were completely enraged, and they were all swarming towards Ye Mo. Although ordinary bugs could not keep up with Ye Mo, the thousands of people who ate human flesh evolved to have an extremely fast speed. They were not a little slower than Ye Mo; maybe they were even a little faster.

However, what made Ye Mo the most surprised was that these several thousand insects could actually be halfway half-walking at the fastest speed. If they eat more human flesh, will they grow wings?

Ye Mo suddenly remembered the locust. If these insects were to grow wings and fly everywhere, then it would be a catastrophe; nothing could stop this bug. Suddenly, Ye Mo remembered the man-eating insects in the desert, was this them?

The yellow-clothed girl bag on her arm had long since disappeared. Her hair was messy, and her face cover was slanted, showing half of her immaculate face. It was just that it almost made Ye Mo lose himself. When he saw this girl with her face covered a few days ago, he was already shocked; but now that he had seen half of her face, he felt even more astonished. There are actually women like that in the world!

However, Ye Mo did not care about it now that the bugs were getting closer and closer. With his current pace, those insects would catch up to him sooner or later.

Ye Mo was also getting more worried. If several thousand insects caught up with him and he was forced into a fight, the countless other insects behind them would also catch up. Let alone the current level 2 Chi Gathering, even if he was at level 3, he would still be devoured!

If he had not brought someone along, Ye Mo would have had the means to escape; however, it would have been impossible for him to take down the yellow-clothed woman. Not only did he have good feelings towards this girl, but he also saved her.

If it was to reduce the burden, he could only drop his bag.

At this moment, the yellow-clothed woman opened her eyes. Realizing that she was in Ye Mo's arms, she struggled a little but soon found tens of millions of bugs chasing behind them.

He raised his head and saw Ye Mo's face full of sweat as well as the approaching insects. For the first time, he opened his mouth and said, “Thank you. Put me down and save yourself. ”

Even though his voice was weak, the crystal-clear sound he produced almost made Ye Mo think that he heard a heavenly chant.

“Stop saying that. This bug is disgusting. If I drop you, even if you're not afraid of death, you'll be disgusted to death. “Ye Mo knew there was no point in threatening this girl with death.

Surprisingly, the yellow-clothed woman seemed to accept Ye Mo's words and immediately stopped talking. Ye Mo felt relieved; fortunately, this girl was actually able to speak. It means he's not mute.

After a long time, the yellow-clothed woman said, “aku Luo Susu.”

“Luo Milk?” Ye Mo repeated. Why does he have the same last name as his master? But soon after, Ye Mo heard chik-chik behind him and replied, “I'm Ye Mo.”

“Ye Mo,” reset the yellow-clothed woman. Hearing the sound of an insect closing something, he said nothing. He repeated the name as if to remember the person who risked his life to save him, even though they might still die in the end.

Ye Mo could not leave the girl. Watching the cover insect, Ye Mo had no other choice but to drop his bag.

He took out two bottles of pills, the brush Chi Wanqing gave him, the Purple Heart Vine, and the Silver Heat Grass Seeds. Then, after thinking for a moment, he took out another empty bottle before throwing the bag.

Soon, the bag was forgotten by millions of insects. However, this bug did not even stop and continued to chase after Ye Mo.

Without the complicated bag, Ye Mo's speed increased a lot, and finally, it was almost the same as a bug. Ye Mo couldn't get rid of them, but they couldn't catch Ye Mo either.

Only Ye Mo knew that with the current situation, he was at a disadvantage. This bug can run for a few days, but he can't. With him carrying Luo Susu, perhaps a few hours later, he would not be able to handle it anymore.

He knew that he could not continue like this; looking at Luo Milk, he discovered that he had fainted once more. However, from her dry lips, she could tell that she had not drank water for a long time. Ye Mo felt guilty; he gave her water, yet she thirsted to such an extent.

But right now, he had no water to give her. Ye Mo really wanted to cut his wrist and give him blood, but he knew that even if he wanted to, the current situation would prevent him from doing so. He was already in a life or death situation, and if he were to be injured, he would give himself to this insect for dinner.

Ye Mo raised his hand and several fireballs flew out, exploding among the insects and killing most of them. Ye Mo rejoiced; he did not think that the insects in the desert would fear fire. The outermost layer of their skin seemed to be covered in a layer of oil. They had no resistance to the fireball.

Ye Mo's fireball was the lowest grade, so he didn't expect it to be effective.

Now that he found a way, Ye Mo was unforgiving. He kept throwing fireballs after ball. These fireballs exploded over and over again, and many insects were burned to death. The burning bug gave off a disgusting scent, making people want to vomit.

However, these bugs lacked wisdom, and they still continued to swarm over him. Ye Mo estimated that the fireball at the time killed more than half of the evolved bugs. He wanted to kill even more, but many insurmountable insects followed up, and he could only continue to escape.

Since his chi would not be able to keep up, staying still and releasing more fireballs was not a viable option. If he did not reach the peak of level 2, he would absolutely not dare to do this.

However, after Ye Mo decimated, only 2000 bugs could survive. Ye Mo ran for a while and stopped releasing a few more fireballs. As the bug in the back continued to climb, he started running again.

Using this tactic, Ye Mo ended up escaping from the monstrous insects towards dusk, but he was almost dehydrated.

He opened his dry throat and continued to run for another two hours, afraid that this insect would suddenly catch up. He was afraid of these disgusting creatures.

When the sky was completely dark, Ye Mo found a corroded wall. With nothing in hand, all he could do was sit by the wall while carrying the unconscious Luo Susu.

Ye Mo knew that the reason why he was still unconscious was because of thirst; however, hehe had no water. After resting for another hour, Ye Mo felt Luo Milk was completely dehydrated.

Although he looked strong, but he was very likely to die from dehydration. Thus, after thinking about it, Ye Mo cut off his wrist and pointed it at his mouth.

Luo Susu drank some mouthfuls and actually frowned. She did not drink anymore, and Ye Mo did not force her. After all, he still needed to find a source of water. Since Luo Susu was unconscious, she needed to conserve her stamina; otherwise, they could only wait for their deaths.

Ye Mo took out a bullet from Luo Susu's shoulder and gave her another pill. He used his chi to help him soothe his wounds and felt extremely tired. Therefore, he slept on the wall with Luo Susu in his hand.

When the next day came, the sun shone brightly again. Ye Mo felt he was lucky that Hu Yang Tree Root Shadow had not come. Otherwise, he would really be in danger.

Ye Mo had been coming to the desert for over ten days, and the weather was getting hotter. Ye Mo knew that if he could not find the source of the water, let alone save Luo Milk, even he would not be able to get out of the desert.

Soon, Luo Susu was already awake. He felt he was much better than yesterday, and he curiously looked at Ye Mo. He wanted to get up and walk on his own, but found that even though he was better, he still could not move.

Ye Mo took out a biscuit and gave it to Luo Milk. “Eat something first. Later, we will try to find a source of water or a way out. ”

Luo Susu shook her head; right now, she was unwilling to eat anything. He simply glanced at his shoulder and realized that the bullet seemed to have been ejected.

Seeing Luo Susu looking at her shoulder, Ye Mo was afraid that she would imagine things, so he quickly explained, “I already took out a bullet on your shoulder. Sorry, it's my fault. Those guys are hunting me. ”

Hearing that Ye Mo took out a bullet, Luo Susu's pale face suddenly showed some turbidity but disappeared quickly. He did not continue to speak, and instead closed his eyes once more.

Under the scorching sun, the temperature in the desert was over 50 degrees. Ye Mo did not want to talk; even he could not handle it now. He survived the other day, but he has yet to find the source of the water. He's withering away.

At night, Ye Mo found a cave. Knowing that Luo Susu couldn't last much longer, she brought him in.
