"Aah!" Lu Jing Yu could not move anymore. He was cornered between the wall and Long Wei Xuan. He was getting panicked and scared.
"I've given you a choice before but you're still stubborn and even hurt my face. Do you know what the punishment is for someone who scratches my face just a little?!" Long Wei Xuan played the tip of her sword on Lu Jing Yu's cheek. Just a little pressure, the tip of the sword would tear off Lu Jing Yu's skin. But Lu Jing Yu's gaze was fixated on the tall figure standing one meter in front of him.
Looking at someone he had expected so much, Lu Jing Yu was unable to hold back his feelings anymore. He immediately stood up and ran to hug Pei Zhang Xi while crying bitterly. Pei Zhang Xi hugged Lu Jing Yu and stroked his wife's head as he stared intently at the newly awakened Long Wei Xuan.
"Please wait next to okay. I still have a little business to handle." After saying this, Pei Zhang Xi pulled Lu Jing Yu out of his embrace and carried her to the edge. Whereas Pei Zhang Xi himself looked at Long Wei Xuan with a sharp gaze.
"I spoil my wife so much that not even an ant is allowed to bite her. But you? You dare to hurt him like that? How brave!" Without any cue and preparation, he swung the sword in his hand towards Long Wei Xuan. Sticking a sword in the left chest of the man. Killing Long Wei Xuan in one fell swoop.
Long Wei Xuan's body slumped to the ground as her eyes bulged as she lost her life.
"Yu'er I'm sorry. I came late and got you hurt." Pei Zhang Xi walked up to Lu Jing Yu and again pulled her into a domineering embrace. Covering Lu Jing Yu in his arms was as if there would be no one who would even give her evil eyes.

"It has. It's been. Don't cry anymore. Isn't it safe now?" Pei Zhang Xi said softly as he rubbed his head.
"I'm so afraid, Your Majesty. They are very much. They held their swords. They're... They're... Hiks hyks hyks." Lu Jing Yu was unable to finish her sentence and cried. His whole sentence was stuck in his throat.
"It's okay. I'm here now. No one's gonna hurt you anymore. Hm?" Pei Zhang Xi tried to comfort Lu Jing Yu, yet the woman still did not stop crying.
"Hey, isn't my Yu'er leading all our troops valiantly? Where the hell did he go? Why did he turn so whiny and become a little boy heum?"

This Crown Prince of Zhao Empire really did not love his life anymore! Daring to look for trouble with Lu Jing Yu meant that he was looking for death.
