Kara was stunned to hear Azka's words. She did approve of their marriage, but not so soon, too, ‘ right? Although she has never been married and does not know much about marriage, but Kara believes marriage also needs preparation. It can't be done in such a hurry.
“Om, don't joke dong. Masa’ we marry now, anyway?” kara asked not to accept. He still does not understand that his father is in critical condition.
“Caramel, we don't have much time,” Azka replied firmly.
Kara hugged her father again. The fear of losing comes back to haunt him. Is this a good time to fulfill her father's last request? If the marriage can make her father go away peacefully, then Kara will.
“Dad, if I get married, dad will be cured, ‘right? Dad wants to heal for Kara, ‘kan?” kara asked as she cupped her father's increasingly pale face withstanding the pain in the chest.
Until, the doctor and two nurses came to check on Bagas. Kara was forced to step aside to make room for the medic.
Azka ventured to hug Kara so that his future wife could calm down. In Azka's arms, Kara spilled her tears of sadness on Azka's chest.
Doctors said Kara's father's illness was getting worse, the drugs and tools could not bear the pain. Then, Tio came with some people who were going to marry Kara and Azka.
With the doctor's permission, Kara and Azka finally get married in the hospital in a precarious state. A faint smile was engraved on Bagas' face after his daughter was legitimately Azka's wife. His feelings became relieved in the midst of the pain that increasingly tormented him. Bagas was still trying to hold on even though he had trouble speaking because his breath was tight.
“Azka, ship Kara.”
Saying those three words felt very difficult for Bagas, but he had to make sure that his daughter would be fine after his death later.
“Iya, Om. I mean, Dad. I will take good care of Caramel. Don't worry and be healthy!” azka. He said that with great confidence because now Kara was his responsibility.
Bagas' situation did not improve even though Kara was married to Azka. Therefore, Azka asked Kara to stay at the hospital, while Tio went home to take turns with Azka the next day.
The bridal night is usually romantic and beautiful, but Azka and Kara pass by in the hospital.
Bagas who woke up, could see for himself as Azka moved Kara to the sofa. He smiled with relief and gratitude in his heart.
After moving Kara to the sofa, Azka sleeps on the sofa with a sitting position while holding Kara's legs.

Kara wakes up when she hears a voice that disturbs her. He opened his eyes and saw Azka falling asleep in a sitting position. Slowly Kara wakes up and leaves Azka. Then, he walked over to his father who let out a strange sound.
“Dad why? Dad wake up Yah!” Kara shook the body of her father who was already on the verge of death. He was panicking and getting more and more upset.
“Om, wake up Om. Dad why? About Azka!” kara shouted increasingly scared.
Azka hurriedly got up to approach her wife and in-laws. He pressed a small button on the patient's bed. Azka was also confused as to what to do. Soon some medical staff arrived.
After that, Bagas grew limp and no longer let out sounds or movements. The doctor also examined all signs of life but nil. Bagas is gone forever. The man had now calmed down to leave his daughter and meet his beloved wife.
“Dad don't go! Kara wants to be with Dad, don't stay with Kara, Dad!”
