Now Lila while waiting at the start of her treatment tried to contact her sister's mobile number but was not active. Finally, Lila immediately contacted her sister's assistant number and it was answered that her brother had just arrived and held a meeting in the meeting room so that it could not be disturbed.

Lila turned her head and looked at her husband and then she nodded, “Hum, I'm ready.” Lila answered and immediately stood up to her husband.

Melvin nodded and immediately took his wife out, “What do you think dear? Are you still thinking about what you saw last night? Hopefully the people there can be invited to work together so that this secret can last a little longer. At least until you have received several treatments.” Inner Melvin.

Now Lila was in the room she was in yesterday when her legs were checked. Lila immediately lay on the bed of the patient who was already there.

Several doctors were there, including the doctor who came to check on him yesterday. Lila could see that the doctors who were there were not just anyone. They must be experts in their field.

Lila started doing basic checks. Melvin kept holding his wife's hand. He did not let go at all. Not only Lila who was afraid for the process they would go through but she was also. He was even more afraid if this failed. He doesn't want to lose the person he loves. Only a few days later, he could feel that happy. He doesn't want to lose anymore. Hope everything goes well without any problems at all.

Lila smiled at her husband whom she knew felt worried more than what she was worried about. Lila was also scared but she knew her fear was nothing with the fear that her husband might currently feel.

“We will do the next procedure.” said the doctor.

Melvin nodded in approval to the doctor's words by continuing to hold Lila.

Lila already knew what those expert doctors were going to do to her. The antidote will only react when the body has no movement at all. So Lila's gonna be totally drugged for the next three hours.

“Hubby!” call Lila hinting for Melvin to approach her body.

Lila smiled after saying what she had to say. He had said it a long time ago but he only had the courage to say it today. She did not want to have any regrets by not saying that to her husband. Don't let this day be her chance to live then at least she will never regret for bringing her love was unexpressed to her husband. At least he'll never regret it later.

Not long after the anesthetic was inserted, Lila was closed her eyes with a smile and her hand grip was immediately weakened. Like what Lila asked, Melvin continued to hold his wife's hand.

The next one immediately put the antidote to the poison into Lila's body. The doctors observed Lila's body's reaction until the drug ran out and did not react. That's a sign that Lila's body is receiving the antidote well.

“Doctor, will he be okay?” ask Melvin.

“He received the medicine well. We wait for his body reaction in fifteen minutes.” Doctor's reply.

Fifteen minutes passed, Lila's body began to show a reaction. The doctor also observed first until a while later Lila's body convulsions were the doctor immediately handle.

Melvin immediately retreated and observed the doctor who was handling his wife. Truly, he could not bear to see Lila in such a state but what could he do other than pray for the recovery of his wife.

Melvin immediately clenched his two hands and began his prayer by closing his eyes. He begins a plea for his wife's recovery. He is a person who does not obey God because he does not believe that God exists. He just believes that what we get is all because of the fruits of our labor so far. But now he asks God for help for the first time so that Lila can be saved.

Ten minutes later, the seizure in Lila's body was over. Melvin who saw that until saying thank you repeatedly to the doctor and God's help. He returned to Lila's side and clasped Lila's hand back.

“Doctor, is his condition okay?” ask Melvin.

“Ten easy. The spasms in his body were just a reaction to the antidote to the poison. We'll wait for him to wake up to make sure of all of it. You're too worried, sir. Everything will be fine.” said the doctor calmed Melvin.

Melvin nodded and he chose to sit there waiting for his wife to realize when there was still two hours left until Lila woke up again.

Half an hour later, Luke came into the room with an infusion in his hand, “How is his state?” ask Luke.

Melvin turned his head, “He's fine. Waiting for him to regain consciousness.” Melvin answered and looked back at Lila.

“He will definitely wake up soon. She is a strong woman.” said Luke grasping the hand of his sister who is not in the hold of Melvin.

“Why did you come here. You need recovery too. You've sacrificed a lot.” Melvin.

“No problem if all for my sister.” Luke's reply was full of smiles.
