Season 3 - Return of Alvin
After getting off the plane, Alvin breathed air because Alvin arrived at the airport at 06.30 wib, the new sun was about to rise, Alvin smiled he inhaled the air of Jakarta which he had left ten years ago.
Alvin misses his hometown so much, where there are so many memories here, but Alvin used to be just a little boy who wanted to aspire to be a surgeon like his father, his father, but he is taking Strata 2 which one year will be completed, he took the path of specialist medical faculty, while Alvin still holds a general doctorate.
" The beautiful city is beloved." said Alvin while pushing his suitcase bag.
Alvin patted his bidat, he forgot that Rangga also came home, earlier after getting off the plane Rangga permission to go to the toilet but Alvin instead left it just like that, Alvin was lulled in his yearning for his hometown.

Alvin again caught up with Rangga, but Rangga was already behind with his leisurely walk.
" I forgot." said Alvin, laughing.
Rangga just shook his head, he did not even eagerly return to Indonesia, let alone with his current status.
Car dr. Fandy was already in the front lobby to pick up his favorite son, dr. Fandy and also Reyna who have given Rangga a sister named Rania. Rania is still five years old, even Rania does not recognize Rangga.

" lady.. Pa.. adek .." said Rangga who ran and hugged his family.

dr. Fandy and Reyna welcome Alvin, Alvin also kisses the palm of dr. Fandy and also Reyna to give his greetings and sense of courtesy towards the older ones.
" Congratulations Vin for his doctorate!" said dr. Fandy hugged Alvin.
" safe Vin..for a long time we didn't get together, how did Mommy and Daddy pick you up?" said Reyna who asked Alvin, he also hugged Alvin like his own son.

" What is Elea sick?" reyna and dr. Fandy was so surprised because Adnan's family doctor life is so healthy but different from the disease that may come from anywhere.

Clara McKenzie, one of Rangga's college friends, Rangga had been trying to forget Elea even he was willing to establish a relationship with dr. Clara, she can't love dr. Clara, her heart and feelings are only for Elea.

" Rangga, you want to come?" said dr. Fandy invites Rangga to visit Elea.
