Terms of Heart

Serena just woke up from her sleep. Daniel and his companionship were present in his dream.

The look in his eyes turned sad, when he saw the figure that was now embracing him. Serena put down Zeroun's hand slowly. Look towards the ceiling of the room. Serena again imagined Daniel's face. Every morning, he was in Daniel's arms. With one kiss of love, and a joke of affection.

Daniel.

His blood flowed quickly, as the name re-appeared in his mind.

His heart really misses the figure of the owner of the name. Serena got out of her sleep and stepped quickly into the bathroom.

Serena soaked in the bathtub, to calm her mind. Not getting quiet, Serena recalled Daniel again. Serena looked towards the shower and imagined Daniel's bathing body.

“Are you okay? I'm sorry.” Serena cries in the bathroom. His heart really hurt.

Although he was already happy with Zeroun, but Daniel's shadow continued to torture him. Making the calm in him, just gone. Serena really misses Daniel and wants to see him.

Zeroun had just woken up from his sleep.

Her eyes were aghast in shock, as she saw that Serena was not next to her. Zeroun ran over, and knocked quickly on the bathroom door.

“Erena, babe. Are you inside!” zeroun shouted with worry.

Hearing Zeroun's scream from outside, Serena wiped all her tears. Serena took a deep breath, and finished her bath quickly.

“Yes, I'm inside,” cried Serena from inside.

Zeroun again breathed a sigh of relief, upon hearing Serena's reply from within. Zeroun did not want to, Serena left again from his side. Zeroun stood in front of the bathroom door, to wait for Serena to come out of there.

Serena came out in full clothes, stared intently at Zeroun's face and approached him. Serena held onto Zeroun's face slowly. His heart was filled with comfort, every time he was beside Zeroun.

“I'm sorry, I've forgotten you,” Serena said softly.

“No darling. You don't have to apologize. Now that you're back, I'm happy to see it. We will have our marriage delayed,”, Zeroun said with a happy smile.

“Wedding?” serena asked in shock.

“Ya, wedding. We're engaged, baby, you're gone two weeks before our wedding.”

Zeroun looked at Serena's face which now looked doubtful, his heart ached when Serena did not give an answer.

“Serena, when I look at you and you don't recognize me. At that time my heart ached, I really wanted to seize you forcibly,” Zeroun continued.

“I'm married to Daniel,” replied Serena quietly.

“You can get divorced with her, I'll take care of everything, baby.” Holding both of Serena's cheeks, and reassuring her expectantly.

“No, don't do that.” Serena clasped both of Zeroun's hands, and kept him away.

“What do you mean, Erena?” ask Zeroun in a high tone.

“I don't know, what I'm currently feeling. But I want to see him.” There were tears on Serena's face.

Zeroun firmly clenched his hands. His heart ached again, as he accepted the rejection from the woman he loved so much. Zeroun stepped back from before Serena, heading towards the window. Zeroun looked outwards with a blank look.

Serena ran towards Zeroun's body, which was now away from her. Serena hugged Zeroun's body from behind, and vented all her emotions there.

“I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I can't get his face off my mind. His face is always in my memory.”

Serena cried, her heart also felt sore. While in the two men she loved so much, Serena did not have the power to choose.

“Have you forgotten our love, Erena? So easy you forget me.”

“I love you so much too, but ..” Serena held back her words, “I fell in love with her too, forgive me. I've been trying to remove it.”

Zeroun closed his eyes. His heart that had healed, now had to hurt again. Zeroun turned his body towards Serena.

“Let me still love you, baby.” Swiping a circle of tears dripping down Serena cheek, “I will make you fall in love with me again.”

“You're not mad at me?” serena asked quietly, “You can kill me if you want, I can't feel this. I remember clearly, that papa caused all this. But he's gone, I miss him a lot too.”

Zeroun shook his head slowly, carved out one bitter smile, “I will still love you, and try to win your heart. You're not a woman to be forced.”

“Can I go see you, Daniel?” ask Serena carefully.

“Go, if that's your choice. I will fight for your love, baby. I'm sure, you'll come back to me, someday.”

Zeroun stepped into a cupboard, and picked up a black jacket.

The jacket she was wearing, when Serena had an accident. The accident causes him to forget about Zeroun, and open a new sheet with Daniel.

“Because I know, we only have a little time before we part. I want your heart to stay with me, before saying goodbye.”

Zeroun wears Serena's black jacket. His heart was filled with sadness again, when the woman he loved now wanted to leave him. Zeroun stood in front of Serena, hugging her lovingly.

Zeroun raises Serena's head, to give Serena one farewell kiss. Serena closed her eyes for a moment, the shadow of Daniel's face suddenly appeared, making Serena conscious, and keeping her body away from Zeroun's embrace.

“I just want to kiss you, for the last time,” Zeroun's pinta.

“No, don't do that. I will be as heavy as possible to leave you,” replied Serena with gentleness.

“Alright, if you no longer want it.” His heart was broken, again he got a rejection from Serena.

“I'm sorry, I have to leave immediately!” Serena stepped back, and galloped out of the room.

Serena, who is notoriously strong and cunning, is now back to shed tears of love. All the missions he's ever been on, killing without mercy. Never one bit, shake his heart. But today he turned weak, for love had filled his soul and body.

Serena ran quickly to a parking lot, got in the car. Drove fast, heading towards the airport. Serena wanted to return to the main house immediately, meet Daniel, and embrace him longingly.

“I'm sorry baby, I hope you're okay,” said Serena quietly, and again increase the speed of the car.

Serena has just arrived in Sapporo. No longer accept difficulties, now he is much smarter. Serena stepped up quickly, getting off the private jet. A man in black already welcomed his arrival at this moment.

“Welcome miss, this is the car you requested.” Giving one car key, in front of Serena.

“Thank you!” serena answered briefly and ran fast towards a car that had been provided for her.

The car was speeding, when it was almost arrived at the main house. The gate of the main house had opened, welcoming Serena's current arrival. Serena stopped her car in the yard of the house, and ran quickly to get in.

A few bodyguards greeted Serena with great respect. Serena paused her steps for a moment, and raised her head to look at the mansion that was now in her hole.

“This is my home, where I live,” said Serena quietly, and resumed her footsteps.

Tama and Biao had already welcomed Serena's arrival in front of the main door. Serena ran towards the main door. Serena stood tegab in front of Tama and Biao, and smiled sweetly as usual.

“Welcome miss, Mr. Daniel is waiting for you in the room,” said Tama quickly.

No longer wanting to answer Tama's words, Serena continued to gallop towards the room. Serena tracked the stairs so expertly that she was standing at the door of her room and Daniel.

Serena held the door handle, and pushed it slowly. Serena stepped her feet carefully, to enter the room. In the room, Serena saw Daniel sitting quietly against the window. Daniel was no longer aware of Serena's arrival, his eyes constantly focused out the window.

Serena stood up with a feeling of pleasure, Staring at the bare-chested Daniel and wearing only black pajama pants. A thick bandage tied up on his chest. One bandage that covered the wound, the scars of Serena's shot back then.

Serena stepped slowly closer towards Daniel, “Daniel ..” Serena said.

Slowly, Daniel shifted his eyes. His eyes look teary. Daniel could not believe what he was seeing. The woman he so longed for and loved, was now in front of him.

“Serena, you're back baby,” Daniel said in a hoarse voice.

Daniel got up from his seat and ran towards Serena. Daniel hugged Serena tightly. To vent the longing that now torments him.

“You've remembered everything, baby.”

Grasping tightly Serena's hair, “You're back to me?” connect Daniel with a voice that is as hoarse as possible.

“I have remembered my past,” Serena replied in a soft voice. Tears filled with guilt.

“Finally you come home to my arms, baby,” whispered Daniel full of love.

“What hurts?” Serena holds the bandage now in Daniel's body.

“No dear.”

Daniel raised the chin of Serena who was still crying in front of him. Gently peeking the serena head with longing. Daniel went down to Serena's lips and kissed her lovingly.

“Don't cry,” said Daniel quietly, wiping away the tears now dripping, “Are you okay?” daniel asked worriedly.

“I'm fine.” Serena looked back at the bandage, “It must have been very painful.”

“Not as sick as you left me.” Back hugging Serena, “But all are cured. Now you're in my arms. You're my wife Serena, and only mine.”

Daniel kissed Serena's lips again, hot and passionate. The feeling of having it is deep, and not wanting to lose Serena again.

Daniel has won the love of Serena. Although Serena has returned to remembering her past, Daniel is the choice of Serena's heart at this time. Serena keeps her love for Daniel. Leaving behind all the past that has ever happened in his life, even though he has remembered it again.
