Lea, The Story of the Magus of the Casiopea Continent

Lea, The Story of the Magus of the Casiopea Continent
Deal

The Phantom is the only bar and drinking house in Sahireb City. The appearance in the Bar is a classic atmosphere of nuances typical of the Upios Continent. There are old wooden chairs, antique tables with head decorations of ferocious creatures such as Leopard heads, which dried decorate the walls of The Phantom, in addition to landscape paintings.

The owner of The Phantom named Mahyar, knew that alcohol, illegal in this Chambat Country. However, because Sahireb is located far from the capital Azkabh, The Phantom freely sells alcoholic beverages to customers.

Non-alcoholic fresh drinks are another option if the customer does not like alcoholic beverages. Mahyar himself the owner who is also an old knight swordsman, serves in the bar as a bartender.

I saw Mahyar, the Knight owner of The Phantom smiling kindly as customers walked into the bar one after another . The atmosphere in the tavern is very pleasant, but colored with soft desert songs. Inside, you can feel warmth and comfort.

I stood at the door of a bar called The Phantom, looking around and looking around the room, if-if there was a man who looked like a fighter, he said, or better yet if he is a mercenary or former soldier who I am willing to hire his services to accompany me to the Atula Desert tomorrow

In my observation, after I investigated the powerful men in The Phantom, there were indeed a great many such men who seemed to match the description of the fighter.

The bald man over there for example (he was sitting alone, in dramatic style, as if announcing that he was someone dangerous). He was wearing a leather jacket with a face that had codets or sharp gun marks. From the looks of it I knew that he was a fighter.

But I'm not looking for someone who looks terrible. What I was looking for was a strong man also having experience in the Atula Desert. It was even better if he was a level one Knight assistant, who knew the lessons of battle techniques with spirit power, not just being a fighter just because of experience alone.

That's why I tracked down only the best people to help me on my way to Mount Atula. I don't think this is a playful job just valiant. There are lives at stake.

Back and forth I did a scan, at once I saw a group of men who, although their bodies were not as burly as a bouncer or a fighter, but behind the body, were, they seem to have the basics of agility as well as the agility that our people, witches, care about. It is these kind of people who are my targets, who have fast movements, to hunt Harpiest.

The group of people were seen playing chess, some were playing cards while others seemed to be chatting looking relaxed drinking beer.

I suddenly got an idea. Maybe by shouting and bidding if who is interested in my offer is a brilliant idea.

I screamed out loud..

"My name is Lea !.

I'm looking for 3 powerful men and experiences in the Atula Desert. Whoever wants to be this mercenary, then I will pay with proper compensation"

Of course among the dozens of people more than half turned their heads and watched me well even some of them even stood up and walked over. Their faces seemed enthusiastic about asking about the compensation and tasks I would give later.

"Hi Lea, please,

I'm Arash. I hear you're looking for mercenaries to take to the Atula Desert tomorrow?" ask one of them.

"True I do need people who are brave and experienced in traveling in the Atula Desert.

In this case, I need people who not only have large muscles. The person I hired to be a mercenary later, he also had to memorize by way of the rat road or the corners of easy escape, in the Atula Desert, he said,

The plan is I'll take the mission from the City Lord to take care of Harpist who likes to disturb passers in the Desert"

The faces of the men, Arash, Hadi and Sattar, turned dark. Apparently hearing Harpiest's name, they all became daunted.

Indeed Harpiest is one of the legendary creatures that are famous for having magic power. He can cause storms in the desert.

After a short silence, Arash, who seemed to be the leader of the three, asked again

"good.. Killing Harpiest in the company of a witch like you, is an honor for us.

Then please tell me, how much compensation will we receive later?

For the record, ami does not accept payments using gold coins. We only accept payment with crystal elixir !" Arash.

Because that elixir crystal was a limited material to be known only among magicians or Knights.

Apparently these three people were individuals who had become accustomed to being hired soldiers by the magicians or Knights. Of course, in this case, I feel happy. They have experience doing missions with an expert like me.

Sipping a drink in my glass - it was his low-alcohol beer, I said.

"Alright I'll pay each of you 10 middle-tier elixir crystals.

The mark will be 1 crystal, the remaining 9 elixirs, I will give you when I have finished all the missions !" I said, while once again having a beer in my glass.

I was guessing that they would object to my offer of 10 middle-tier crystals. I think it is quite low but it turns out that in the eyes of the mercenaries, these 10 crystal elixirs are of high value. I became excited in my heart.

Moments later after the deal happened, the four of us drowned in a little beer-drinking party, which I ordered.

"Welcome we have reached an agreement" said Aras raising his glass aloft.

I also did not want to lose by raising my glass high, then shouting

"Congratulations ! I'm so glad you're part of my team to clean up Harpiest.

Let's have a drink while celebrating this introduction !" we all immediately sipped a beer that instantly became empty.

"Add !" yelling at the bartender.

The night passed quickly where cold air crept in the deserted city called Sahireb. The wind rippled hard to make a beautiful night covered quiet, decorated with the sounds of night creatures.

Cloudy clouds in the sky are dark blue, look gloomy, no more birds chirping or other animal sounds. No more light shone on the city of Sahireb, all completely silent and desolate.

I walked with the 3 mercenary men down the Atula Desert in the morning. Along the way the wind rippled like a whisper and reminded all of us that there was a great deal of danger lurking in the wilderness and made me even more cautious.

Although the desert atmosphere was quiet, and the heat had not yet come down but none of us dared to speak out loud, fear of waking up unwanted creatures that can at any time hit and interfere with this journey.

Time passed, before long the sun was at its highest point, at its peak above our heads. With the sweat pouring out we remain excited down the road while being commanded by the trail kisser, Arash.

Suddenly...

We were surprised to hear the sound of the crowd with familiar sounds, that is the sound of several horse legs that from a distance alone have been seen in the form of high dust sign of the speed that the horse was traveling very quickly following us.

Arash hissed, warning us.

"Bandits! They were a group of robbers who used to act in the middle of the atula desert robbing even killing without the slightest pity" his face was pale. The four of us, while the brand of robbers? Probably more than 20 members

Arash and his two friends were shivering, they were tugging at my hands forcing me to hide. Not so with the desire of my heart. I remained sitting upright on the horse, seen deliberately waiting for the arrival of the robbers.. I want to see their actions, are they really not merciless? I was curious and wanted to feel mercilessly what it felt like.

Seriate.
