Genius Children: Between Hate and Miss

Genius Children: Between Hate and Miss
Flash Back's

Six Years Ago ....

[Darling, I'm allowed to go to Mama's house for a second, huh? Coincidentally today at home Mama is having a show with her social gang friends. I don't feel good about not helping out there.]

Tania sent a short green message to her husband who was still in Bandung at the time. Xander is busy monitoring the development of the hospital with Jonathan.

The event that is shuffled once a month is deliberately held with the aim of tightening the cord between the entire socialite gang. All of Miranda's friends, gathered in one place, spent time together to have a warm conversation while giving up longing.

Usually they hold the event in a fancy restaurant that only people visit thick wallets, but somehow this time Miranda wants to be held at her house. He said let it be a different atmosphere.

After waiting for a while, a reply message entered Tania's mobile phone. [Yes, honey. Be careful on the road. You ask Mr. Soleh to take you to Mama's house. Don't force yourself to bring your own car, okay?]

Tania smiled knot reading the message sent by her beloved husband. Xander's attitude from long ago to the present, never changed in the slightest. Always attentive and very affectionate. Maybe because of that attitude makes a beautiful woman with narrow eyes and white skin like milk willing to accept the man as a companion for life.

Tania's handcuffs dance beautifully on the phone screen. [Okay, Honey. You don't have to worry about me. Hurry home when all your business is done. Love you, darling.]

After asking Xander for permission, Tania immediately picked up the sling bag that was in the closet. Then enter his wallet, mobile phone and make up tools.

"Soleh sir, please anterin me to Mama's house," Tania told the driver.

The middle-aged man who was trusted to drive Tania away everywhere nodded and said, "Well, Mom." Then, he immediately drove Tania to the place in question.

Arriving at Xander's parents' yard, Tania doesn't go down right away. The woman managed to breathe several times to control the heartbeat that continues to pump faster since leaving her palace with her beloved husband.

Soleh who knew the relationship between Tania and Miranda never got along, glanced at the woman behind him through the rearview mirror in front. "Mom Tania, are we going back home? I'm afraid something will happen to Mom if she forces herself to go see Miranda."

Tania took a deep breath while closing her eyes. Then he replied, "No need, sir. Besides we've been all the way here, when he wants to go home again."

Anxiety was still clearly visible on Soleh's face. However, he could not force Tania if the woman wanted to keep visiting the mother-in-law.

"Sir, it seems that I will be here a long time. You can go home first. I'll call again if you want to go home" Tania said after she got out of the car. Soleh simply nodded obediently as his answer.

The atmosphere of Tania's in-law's residence that afternoon was quite crowded. The sound of laughter came from the lips of Miranda's friends. Everyone seemed to be dissolving in the atmosphere. The music of old instruments from the indie band team made the atmosphere more beautiful.

"Good day, everybody." Tania's soft voice paused for a moment the activities of everyone in the living room. They looked almost simultaneously at the source of the sound.

One of Miranda's friends stared intently at the figure of the only son-in-law in the Vincent family. "Who do you think, uh don't know Jeng Miranda's favorite daughter-in-law" she sneered without turning her attention to Tania.

I don't know what Miranda put into their ears to make almost all socialite gang friends hate Tania. Xander's wife has always been kind, friendly and polite to everyone. However, still in the eyes of all Tania people is like a grain of dust that means nothing.

"really. It was thought that Jeng Miranda invited top artists, not even invited her favorite daughter-in-law." Mama Lidya ended her sentence with a sarcastic smile, but was able to make Tania's heart ripped apart like being hit by a knife. Pain to the heart.

Hearing the jokes of Lidya's birth mother, all of Miranda's companions laughed out loud. The stomach feels amused as if there is an invisible hand tickling them.

Amanda's attitude is inversely proportional to her brother. Whenever there was a meeting of Pramono's extended family, when Tania was overwhelmed with grief by the cynical views directed at him, the middle-aged woman always defended her nephew's wife.

"Eh ... Sister Tania. I don't think I'll come here." Cleo, Abraham's sister, warmly welcomes Tania. He walked up to his cousin's sister, then carried the woman's body in a deck. "A long time ago, just saw you again."

Tania forced herself to smile even though deep down there was an uncomfortable feeling of being in a foreign environment. "Yes, Ma'am yesterday was busy with work affairs until he could not meet you. Sorry, yeah."

Cleo smiled broadly revealing her white and neat teeth. "Yes, sit down first, ma'am. Let me make you a drink." The beautiful girl in her late stature swings her legs towards the kitchen, leaving Tania and Abraham looking so awkward.

There was a moment of silence after Cleo's departure. Neither Tania nor Abraham had any intention of opening their voices. This is their first meeting after Abraham's love statement is rejected by Tania and the woman prefers to accept the proposal of her beloved Xander-lover.

"Ehm ... How are you, Tania?" Abraham finally opened the conversation. It was a little awkward because I hadn't seen that woman in a long time.

"Alhamdulillah, fine," Tania said briefly.

Abraham scratched his head that did not itch. "Thank God. I'm ... glad to hear it."

The grand ceremony at the Miranda residence was very lively. Although Tania's presence had made the atmosphere uncomfortable, but the event went smoothly without any obstacles at all.

A waiter gives cake to Tania. "Sir Tania, get eaten first. Mom must be tired, right, because since wara wiri to and fro helped us. Think of this cake as a sign of my gratitude for having been helped by Ms Tania."

A smile on Tania's face. "When you don't bother, ma'am. I'm doing it all." The woman grabbed one of the cake plates proffered by the maid in navy uniform. "Thank you, yeah. I happen to be hungry."

The waiter nodded. Then his eyes fell on Abraham. "And if this cake is for Mas Abraham. Madame Amanda left it to me."

Abraham's eyes narrowed, staring intently at the servant. Grinding his eyebrows as if he was thinking of something.

"House. Thank you" said Abraham as he received the cake.

After all the work was done, the servant resigned from the presence of Tania and Abraham.

"The show is about to begin" said the waiter, smiling at the corner of his lips. Very sure that soon there will be an interesting spectacle that will thrill everyone.
