A serial killer returns to one of the remote cities, parts of the United States. The government is currently evacuating the victims.
Reportedly they were all killed in the same way, visible scars and bites on each victim, some say this incident was done by the werewolves.
Residents who are still alive and choose to stay there, are encouraged to be more vigilant and do not leave the house when the full moon occurs.
According to the information the main suspect is the human serig_

A man turned off the TV broadcast, as the reporter was about to talk about a werewolf.
While sipping his coffee, the man contacted some great detectives who were able to solve this problem, but no one wanted to reason with fear if the killer was indeed a werewolf.
Holding his painful head, the man thought. Is it possible that he should call the newly-ranked detective? yeah because during the call all the detectives, only he wanted to.
Finally the man decided to contact the detective to meet, this is for the sake of his own city, his hometown and the city he leads. He would never let it be a dead city.
His name was Arthur, and he was 26 years old. Arthur already has to be mayor, in a small town that maybe if not act fast will be a dead town.
Arthur tries to contact the detective, but no answer makes him somewhat frustrated. Then decided to go out and see the state of the city.

Tio nodded in understanding then went to his bed, he was very sleepy from earlier, but seeing Masha who was sleeping Tio felt bad to sleep on the bed next to him.
Trying to close Tio's eyes instantly fell asleep, leaving Masha alone in the silence of the night.
