82. Aaron Injured

Mayra was surprised to see Aaron's shirt already soaked with blood, she looked at Aaron with anxious eyes.

"Your wounds must be treated immediately.."

Mayra said as she stood up to help Aaron. But Aaron did not respond he instead tore the shirt he wore then rolled and used to press the chest that was hit by a shot to stop the bleeding.

Mayra only looked at what Aaron was doing in horror.

From the end of the bridge, Jane and Hanah just came and ran towards them.

Once near Jane quickly slips the mantle she carries onto Mayra's soaked body. Hanah covers Aaron. His face looked so anxious looking at Aaron's bloodstained state.

"Mrs.sorry I can't take good care of the mistress.."

Said Jane, looking down.

Mayra said as she looked at Jane who looked bruised on her face and hands.

Aaron was just silent still pressing the wound on his chest, but now his skin began to look pale because it was bleeding a lot.

" Your master needs immediate help. You'd better come to the Villa.I'll treat you there..!"

Said Hanah while looking at Aaron who seemed to close his eyes because the pain began to attack him. Mayra who saw that tried to step closer.

As the day progresses, after cleaning up and performing her duties, Mayra invites Jane back to the villa for dinner.

Jane slept in the villa room above

"Father..has Aaron eaten..?"

he was shocked half to death as he almost hit Aaron who was standing behind him from earlier. His body staggered backwards due to a loss of balance and almost fell on the bed if Aaron did not

But Aaron still looks indifferent. Mayra caught her mouth and finally stood in front of Aaron.

"I hope your wounds heal quickly, eat..! Excuse me, good night..!"

Mayra said then as she moved.

"Bring the food back..!!"

Suddenly, Aaron made Mayra stop. He quickly turned his back and stared intently at Aaron who was still with the same attitude, flat and cold.

"You should eat..! Don't make me feel guilty for owing my life to you.!"

Mayra said in a voice that was a little loud but also vibrated because it held a feeling that somehow there was a sense of annoyance but also disappointed with the attitude of Aaron.

Aaron stared intently at Mayra's face almost through his heart making Mayra turn her face away instantly.

"I'm not hungry..! I have to go now..!!"

Said Aaron while then standing up and unceremoniously stepping away without looking back at Mayra who looked fixated on the spot because of the attitude of the increasingly overdue Aaron.

Mayra dropped herself on the sofa and, silent at Aaron's departure, squeezed her fingers.
