THE PAST OF LEE

Upon returning from the Burke store, Manila has now returned to its apartment.

While roasting on his bed, Manila looks as comfortable as his own smile like a young man in kasmaran.

But all of that ended when Manila saw the wall clock on the wall of her room.

"Why can I forget." Manila immediately got out of bed and rushed to run towards her bathroom.

With 15 minutes, Manila has now completed its ritual bath. And quickly she immediately used her casual jean.

"Lieutenant Bryan must have waited a long time." Manila ran out of the apartment with her sling bag.

From the apartment lobby, Manila continued to run towards the stop not far from the apartment.

"That's it," Manila saw a taxi and immediately stopped the taxi with her hand.

"Sir, please take me to this cafe." pinta Manila when already sitting in the taxi.

The taxi driver nodded and immediately re-applied his car to the cafe that Manila had been aiming for earlier.

And now the taxi in Manila has stopped right at the cafe which is headed to Manila.

"It's over, miss" the driver told Manila.

Manila nodded and immediately took out the taxi fare and gave it to the driver .

"Thank you" Manila said as she pulled out of the taxi.

Right, the name of this cafe matches what Lieutenant mentioned this morning to me.

Manila is now accelerating its pace and getting into the cafe.

Inside the cafe, Manila gave his eyes looking for where Lieutenant Bryan was. And thankfully, his gaze came to a halt when a beautiful woman in a maroon red dress waved at Manila, telling him to approach her immediately.

"Yes, that's Lieutenant Bryan. But who was that beautiful woman in a maroon dress." Manila muttered as she stepped over to Bryan's desk.

In front of Lieutenant Bryan's desk, Manila directly bowed her head apologizing for the delay. Manila was terrified that the delay would make Lieutenant Bryan and the beautiful woman sitting with him angry.

"Sit down in Manila, don't worry like that" Bryan and Manila were a little surprised.

"Aren't you angry with me sir?" manila asked after sitting side by side with the beautiful woman beside Bryan.

Lieutenant Bryan shook his head and immediately laughed loosely looking towards Manila.

"You are, how can I be angry with you. If your delay is due to justice." replied Bryan.

"meaning?" ask Manila again.

"So Lee told me that you had managed to take down some thugs who were messing around and troubling the people" Bryan told Manila.

"It turns out that what my husband told me so often is true" said the beautiful woman sitting next to Bryan.

"O yeah, sorry I forgot Manila. Meet, this is my wife Grace." Bryan introduced the beautiful woman to Manila.

"Well, great lieutenant. It turns out you have a very beautiful wife." praise Manila.

"You could be Manila. Oh yeah, how about we order the food now" said Bryan and the two beauties nodded.

The three of them enjoyed their dinner very well. All of that was seen in Manila who was very greedy in enjoying the food and made Grace always laugh.

"The food was delicious" said Manila, who had just finished his meal.

"It's worth it that you're ravenous Manila ha.ha," Grace laughed again.

"Manila." call Bryan with a tone and intonance that now looks serious.

Grace and Manila are now looking at Bryan.

"On behalf of Lee. I want to apologize to you." Bryan said sincerely.

"Just calm down, Lieutenant. Both of us have made up and I've forgotten that too." Manila replied and Grace nodded her head in salute to Manila.

"Manila, I want to tell you a little bit about Lee's background" Bryan said, and Manila began to focus.

Lieutenant Bryan Storm tells that Daniel Lee is familiarly called Lee. It is indeed a closed person, and all that can not be separated because of his past is very sad.

"Where do you know Lieutenant?" asked Manila curiously.

Bryan sighed and exhaled slowly.

"Because I was the one who handled the case of the massacre that befell his family." explained Bryan and Manila were shocked while covering his mouth.

Lieutenant Bryan did not expect that Lee would be one of the survivors. Because when Bryan found Lee had suffered severe gunshot wounds all over his body.

Heard the story Bryan told. Manila now looks sad and sheds her tears.

Now I know why Lee arrived to be rude to me.

"And maybe that's all I know about Lee and I can tell you about Manila" Bryan said.

Grace clasped Manila's hand to feel the sad atmosphere that Lee was experiencing at that time.

The meeting between Lt. Bryan, Grace and Manila has ended. And now they decided to go home soon.

All the way to his home. Manila is sad.

I want to hug you, Lee.

On his bed. Manila now looks exhausted while hugging her bolster pillow. The longer the tired eyes of Manila are now starting to close.

To esokan day. Manila returned to its usual status. Each morning, Manila rushed out of the apartment to its bus stop.

Time has shown at 10 noon, from the morning apple until noon Manila has not found Lee.

"Where is he?" manila muttered with a glance towards Lee's table that looked empty.

"Hey, who are you looking for?" ask Michael who just came and brought you the Manila Coffe cup.

Manila was shocked and shook her head.

"No, I'm not looking for who" Manila replied a little nervously.

"This, for you." Michael gave one of the Coffe cups he brought to Manila.

"Thank you Michael." replied Manila.

Michael glanced at Lieutenant Bryan's room and looked back at Manila.

"You why Michael?" ask Manila.

"Did the Lieutenant not tell us the next case yet?" ask Michael.

"Never," Manila shook her head.

"Then today I can relax ha.ha.ha." Michael laughed with satisfaction.

But Michael's pleasure lasted only a moment. Lieutenant Bryan arrives and is behind Michael.

"Michael, stop your laughter. And hurry up you also Manila to get into my room." said Bryan as he returned to his room.

Inside Lieutenant Bryan's room. Michael and Manila were already seen preparing for their new assignment.

"Michael, please take care of the case." Bryan gave Michael the file.

"And you're Manila, you should also be able to solve your new case." Bryan also gave Manila his second case file.

"Now you go." said Lieutenant Bryan.

Michael and Manila came out of Lieutenant Bryan's room with their hands carrying different case files of course.
