Upon arriving at the hospital, accompanied by his bodyguards, Erlan hurriedly headed towards the ICU room where Elvin was being treated.

And sure enough when he arrived in the room he saw Sylvia who was currently in a wheelchair staring into the room with a sad expression.

Sylvia who heard that someone's step came immediately turned her gaze away and now her gaze met Erlan.

"I'm glad you came here,"

"Yes,"

Erlan only answered briefly those words.

"So that means you believe me? Elvin is our Son, your Vanguard Son,"

Erlan who heard about Sylvia said that 'Our son', she clearly felt uncomfortable, was sickening when those words sounded from the mouth of the deceitful woman in front of her.

"So many lies do you have? You don't seem to have changed much, even since 3 years ago," Erlan said coldly.

Hearing that cold tone, Sylvia became determined for a moment not expecting the reaction of the man in front of her to be so cold.

"That's not what I meant, but about you even lying and cheating Austin all this time, I really never thought that you were that slick, covering up the real facts about Elvin's real father, actually, from me and Austin, you've always started with a lie and a hoax even since the first time we met was I wrong?"

Sylvia who heard that immediately showed her head because she did not know what to say, the words that came out from the man in front of him felt extremely cold as if the man really felt disgusted just by talking to him.

Unfortunately the conversation did not last long, as the nurse immediately came there and guided Erlan to head to the donor room.

And it's true that Erlan's blood does match Elvin's, in order to prevent unnecessary things, Erlan asks the nurse to take a DNA splinter from Elvin, which is what Elvin's got, once the child is well recovered and his condition is good enough.

He knew this was not the time to worry about things like DNA testing, he was of course very worried about Elvin, his biological son.

But in his heart he believed, if Elvin was a strong child, proved about how the child can still survive to this day.

After Erlan finished donating her blood, she immediately headed towards the surgery waiting room, she was too lazy to meet Sylvia in front of the ICU room, anyway because the boy was being operated on he still could not see Elvin.

It was morning, when Airin began to wake up from his sleep.

He was of course unaware of Erlan's departure, so after washing his face his height immediately went to the kitchen as usual and started cooking for breakfast the two of them.

Why didn't Erlan give him any news first about what happened?

Why would he just leave like that?

Thinking of this made him feel, if Erlan was unwilling to open up to him.

The bodyguard saw how Airin showed a sad face then immediately tried to calm him down and said,

"Mr Erlan would definitely just not want to see Madam worried, she would definitely contact you later,"

Hearing the consolation, he could only smile, then started heading towards his room and looking for his phone.

And sure enough there was a message there, that if he woke up he could start telling Erlan, There's something important that the man wants to tell him.

Without much words, Airin immediately called Erlan, and it wasn't long until the call was connected.

"Sister Erlan why is sister in the hospital?"

There was a residence long enough before Airin heard an answer.

"I must have worried you, I'm sorry,"

"It's okay, just why does sister sound so sad did something happen in the hospital? Is Elvin okay?"

Airin recalled that the man last night seemed very worried about the state of his nephew, even though the boy was the son of his enemies, that sense of kindness and sincerity, that he was, it really made Airin quite touched.

There was once again a long pause in that conversation.

Erlan on the other end of the phone was preparing her heart to say this to Airin.

He actually did not know where to start explaining this from, so Erlan only immediately said the crux of the matter.

"Elvin turned out to be my biological son, Sylvia just told me that when she needed a blood donor for Elvin last night,"

The words were quite short, yet it clearly made Airin very shocked.

Whahuh?

Elvin was Erlan's real son?

That means Erlan has a child with Sylvia?

Airin who heard that clearly felt shaken, suddenly did not know how to respond or behave in this reality.
