The night is getting late, the cold peak air is getting piercing. Wira pulled Dara's body to get docked in her chest to share the warmth of each other's bodies. He wrapped a thick blanket covering his body and his wife, then again slipped his hands between Dara's arms and stroked her distended stomach. Drowning her face in the fragrance of Dara's hair was looking for a soul-soothing scent there.
Already an hour ago Dara fell into deep sleep, while Wira was still unable to close her eyes. No activities tempest before going to bed on the night of their vacation, Wira just hugged and rubbed Dara's stomach until his wife was asleep to let the souvenir cradle seduce the soulmate.
The rustling sound of leaves in the wind occasionally greeted his sense of hearing, the more his eyes grew increasingly dull. The thick of the night brings the mind of Wira back wallowing in his memory last day, his conversation with Raisa continues to buzz hauntingly filled all over him.

"What's wrong with Dara?" The hero immediately asked impatiently as Raisa had not even landed her butt properly on the pharmacy seat.
Raisa took a deep breath then stared fixedly at Wira. "I found symptoms that refer to preeclampsia."
Preeclampsia is a potentially dangerous pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure even though the mother has never had a history of hypertension before.
"Preeclampsia?" The question of the Hero floated up a moment later he resumed it with a real look of anxiety. "You mean, there are symptoms of complications in my wife's pregnancy?"
"This is just an estimate, because I have to do further tests on your wife. I hope this is only a temporary symptom, the symptoms are usually only seen in the second trimester and I must make sure through further tests after the age of the womb is above twenty weeks. It's just that we still have to be vigilant from now on, so that the symptoms do not get worse," explained Raisa with a slow and careful intonation when conveying this important information to Wira.
"Is it very serious? what exactly is the cause?" The hero grew more curious, even he changed his sitting position to be tilted in the long chair. Wira is indeed a doctor, but he only knows a little because obstetrics is not his field.
"Regarding preeclampsia until now the exact cause has not been ascertained. It can occur due to genetic factors, it could be because the body means that the developing fetus is a foreign object that must be obeyed, it could be placental abnormalities, and it could be, or because she got pregnant at a young age before twenty or too old over 40." Raisa seemed to be breathing in short breaths before continuing her words again.
The woman closed her eyes with a rough breath. Leaning his body forward, cupping both of his palms in the face with his elbows resting on his knees. For a moment he remained down in silence and then raised his head again.
"I didn't even think of this before. I should have been able to control my desire not to fertilize it just yet." There was a strong regretful tone from his words.
"I was going to tell your wife straight away about her condition, but considering she was in her happy times I didn't want to ruin it. These are symptoms after all. We just have to try to keep these symptoms from getting worse. Maybe you can convey it to her slowly yourself" comforted Raisa.
"Is it dangerous?"
"If your wife is positive for preeclampsia, then the mother and baby are both in danger. If the preeclampsia is severe, the worst possibility may be that you have to choose one of them, let the baby continue to grow until it is quite ready to be born while at that time it is feared that organ complications in the mother are getting worse, or forced the baby to be born prematurely in quotation marks must give up the baby in order to save the life of the mother. If left to tarry then it could even lose both."
"Many doto'a. We should also work to prevent the symptoms from getting worse. Maintain your diet by reducing sugar and salt intake. Following pregnancy exercise so that the condition of the body and metabolism remain healthy, maintain weight and avoid activities that make tired. Your babymoon to Lombok should also be canceled, do not take risks."
The hero felt as if a pile of weight had been directly spilled on his shoulders, heavy and painful with great anxiety surrounding him.
"I'll pass it on slowly, I'm counting on you Sa." The voice of the raucous Hero held tightness in the chest.
Raisa patted Wira's shoulder trying to cheer up. "You must be strong. We will work together, and you must always believe that miracles exist."
