Grandfather Xiao Jinai circulated his gaze noticing one by one the members of the Zhao Imperial family in front of him until he focused on a sepuh who was so shady looking at him.

“My best friend, Lang’er, explain everything to my two grandchildren with nothing to hide from him! … Or I won't be able to help if my grandson destroys everyone in the underworld,” Grandpa Xiao Jinai told his best friend.

“Ha-ha-ha, you don't have to be so hesitant to ask for it, I will definitely tell you everything,” said as Zhao Lang chuckled in response.

Both of them laughed familiarly. However, behind the familiarity of the two, there was the discomfort felt by a beautiful, graceful woman standing beside the emperor. Apparently, sweat droplets came out of the pores of his skin. Emperor Zhao Dang glimpsed at him in surprise, then took out a piece of cloth from the fold of clothing.

“My wife, what happened to you? You are so sweaty today,” said the Emperor immediately wiped the sweat on the queen's face gently.

Queen Luo Yun blinked her eyes and looked gently at her husband. He tried to be calm in front of the husband who so gently treated him.

“Perhaps because there are many people in this place who make me so hot,” kilah the queen reasoned.

Emperor Zhao Dang smiled gently believing his wife's words.

Previously, when Pang Xit brought the two young men into the room occupied by the imperial family. Queen Luo Yun unintentionally saw something poking out from behind the cloth of the young man. He was astonished to see the abnormal size hidden from behind the cloth. The high curiosity of something hidden that makes the queen continues to steal glances to pay attention to it.

However, it was not only the queen who stole a glance at him. “Lord Ucup, what happened to Emperor Zhao Dang's wife and two daughters?” asked Prince Xiao Li Dan in astonishment.

“I don't know,” replied Ucup.

“You don't start a fire!” said Prince Xiao Li Dan reminding him.

“You don't have to worry about me, Brother Xiao. They are the ones who have to worry about themselves,” Ucup timpal. 

After everything left, Zhao Lang told his story of bringing the imperial family along with the nobles and also the reason for not bringing his people because of colliding with the permission of the two empires who were his allies.

Long before the coming of the devil, the Xiao Empire army led by Emperor Xiao Junda along with the Fei Empire army led by Emperor Fei Xing fought a great battle against the seven kingdoms (North Star Alliance) that came from the north of the Sun Continent in the a free zone located outside the boundary region of the two empires.

Wrong strategy became the culprit of the defeat experienced by the two empires that ultimately made the two emperors and their armies die in battle. The news had a domino effect on stability throughout the regions of the two empires that felt panic about the continuation of the war that targeted various regions of the empire.

Like a huge storm ready to sweep through, the Northern Star Alliance (seventh kingdom) continued by dividing the two camps in an attempt to break through the strongholds of the Xiao Empire and the Fei Empire on the border of the two empires.

The Zhao Empire also took part by deploying thousands of troops along with troops from various kingdoms under its empire to help defend the fort of the two empires with the mission of intercepting invasions from the seven kingdoms on the border so as not to penetrate entering the second empire. 

However, before the troops from the Zhao Empire arrived at the border, the seven kingdoms that stepped towards the border region of the two empires, disappeared without cause.

At the end of the war, Grandfather Xiao Jinai took over the position of emperor that time before handing over completely to Prince Xiao Mai, while the Fei Empire was directly taken over by Prince Fei Huang who inherited his late father, who had succeeded him, Fei Xing's.

After the condition of both empires stabilized, Prince Xiao Mai was inaugurated as an emperor. 

Afterwards, Xiao Jinai immediately went to visit Emperor Zhao Lang to thank him by giving the portal token towards the newly completed underground world secret pathway.

His position was left to his son, Prince Zhao Dang as the new emperor in order to continue to foster relations with the two empires that had just changed leadership. 

Xiao Jinai and Zhao Lang decided to go to the underground world in order to review the results of the completed construction. However, the unexpected thing that both of them had happened, dozens of black-robed people had been waiting for him in the forest area.

Sensing a strange energy that the two had never known, Xiao Jinai and Zhao Lang concluded that the one who confronted him was a demon nation.

The two then fought so fiercely against dozens of black-robed people to defend themselves with their respective abilities.

Both of them fought with all their might against the siege of the demon nation with various moves that both of them had deployed. However, the longer the fierce fight lasted, both of them realized the difference in strength level with the demon nation that was so lame. Both are in a state of urgency as depleted energy is deployed from both.

In a desperate state of being heavily defeated by the besiegers who ambushed the two, Xiao Jinai saw the possibility that he and his best friend Zhao Lang would die in vain in that place.

“Lang’er, go! pinta Xiao Jinai was preparing to make his final attempt.

“Do not, please!” zhao Lang's reply continued to shake his head, rejecting him.

“I don't want everything to be in vain. Help me!” xiao Jinai begged him.

Xiao Jinai sacrificed himself to save Zhao Lang by blowing himself up giving Zhao Lang time to escape the siege of the demon nation. Not wanting the sacrifice of his best friend to go to waste, Zhao Lang was forced to go using the techniques he had and escape the siege of the demon nation.

In his escape, he returned to the Zhao Empire.

After some time, Xiao Jinai who had high abilities did not really die, his soul was still intact and then went to enter the underground world. Zhao Lang, whose condition was severely injured, had recovered over time for many years.

In a condition that has recovered, he can only tell about what he experienced with his best friend, Xiao Jinai to his relatives.

Afterwards, he then invited all the members of the imperial family along with a few chosen nobles to follow him into the portal of the underground world gradually to avoid the siege of the demon nation he was very wary of.

Successfully bringing them all into the underground world, Zhao Lang then sent some palace officials on a mission to negotiate with the two empires to ask for permission to bring all his subjects into the portal of the underground world, and then sent some courtiers to negotiate the two empires, but none of his officials returned to the palace.

Worried about the fate of his people, Zhao Lang asked his son Zhao Dang to come out of the portal to find out the conditions in the empire and find out the whereabouts of the officials he was managing.

Upon Zhao Dang's return from his duties, he brought shocking news. The entire territory of the Zhao Empire had been destroyed by the demon race. Everyone who heard it was so sad about what happened.

In telling his story, Sepuh Zhao Lang unceasingly shed tears, he felt guilty for abandoning his people. Nonetheless, all of that happened beyond his means and it happened so quickly.

Ucup dissolves in the story told by Sepuh Zhao Lang. He understood the condition of Sepuh Zhao Lang who did not dare to bring his people because he was not the one who built the underground world. He then turned his head towards Grandpa Xiao Jinai's soul.

Gaining a gaze from Ucup, Grandpa Xiao Jinai told him the reason for directly entering the underground world, “I don't want to risk returning to the Xiao Empire. The demons will hunt my soul until the empire, it will make the empire more quickly destroyed. You don't look at me like that.” 

Ucup grinned then chimed in, “Yes, and what followed was that none of the survivors from the Xiao Empire nor from the Fei.” Empire 

“Then, what did Grandpa Xiao know about the god seal that was in this underground world?” connect Ucup asking.

“A-I didn't know it at all, really!,” said Grandpa Xiao Jinai looked nervous, “trust me, I didn't know about it.” 

Ucup looked at him coldly, finding out if Grandpa Xiao Jinai was telling the truth or covering up the truth from him. After observing him, Ucup believed Grandpa Xiao Jinai's words.

Zhao Lang himself was astonished to see the look on his best friend's face so frightened he answered a question from the young man he called grandchildren.

“Who exactly is this young man?” zhao Lang's inner voice asked questioningly.
