Arnold, who was going to take a bath, now sits back with his two brothers. They chose to wait for Papa Nilam as well as the doctor who had examined Abel. Not long after they waited, it turned out that Abel who was now lying weakly on top of the hospital gurney was removed from the IGD room.

Arnold, Anara, and Alan stood up and walked to Abel's gurney. They were given a code on one of the nurses to follow him. It turned out that Abel was transferred into a regular hospital room after undergoing surgery earlier. According to Papa Nilam's orders, Abel was transferred to the VIP room.

"Your sister needs intensive care in the hospital. Let me tell your parents to decide everything later" Papa Nilam said enigmatic.

Papa Nilam was quite shocked to hear the explanation from the doctor. He does not know about the cause of the Abel accident, especially the condition of Arnold and Anara who still can not be talked to more.

"It looks like there's been a blow to his head. I suspect that this girl was bullied at school" replied the doctor.

Papa Nilam is certainly not finished with all that. Because the school had been since the beginning of the place Abel took his education and so far there has never been a bully like this. His son who went to school there until now is safe.

"Is there no other answer than that, um? Arnold is big. The adults should not have covered up Abel's brother from me. Especially in conditions like today that maybe our parents are busy taking care of grandmothers and grandfathers who were in an accident," said Arnold a little upset with the answer given by Papa Nilam.

"Om, come out for a second to buy you a snack. All of you want to find the whereabouts of your parents" said Papa Nilam who then went out of the room without waiting for an answer from Arnold.

Anara and Alan who had been sitting next to Abel had now chosen to get closer to Arnold who was sitting lethargic on the sofa. Alan immediately hugged his brother who looked very much in the middle of a lot of thought.

Arnold who heard Alan's words must have been moved. He knew that his brother was now confused about what was really going on. Especially seeing his brother who was lying weak with his head wrapped in white bandages.

"Yes, I didn't think much. Alan better sleep here, must be tired of school and then here," said Alan while patting his thigh.

Alan nodded his head then he laid his body on the sofa with Arnold's thigh as his cushion. While Anara who saw it also came closer to Arnold then hugged him from the side.

"For the time being, there are only the three of us who are strengthening each other at this kind of condition. Forgive the brother who should have been able to be your protector or guard but instead could not do anything," Anara said with a guilty look.

Surely Anara felt guilty to Arnold who could instead think clearly and be mature in this condition. Though he who is older should be able to be a protector and guard for his two younger siblings who are now dizzy.

"We look after each other. Not just one, but all of them. Remember the word mother, we must always be together and get along so that all problems can be solved well" said Arnold confidently.

Anara just nodded her head in response. They must now be required to become adults at a time when the condition of their parents is not here. Without them knowing, there was Papa Nilam who was going to enter Abel's hospital room but his intention was stopped because he heard the words of the two young children.
