Andre and Nadia return home after delivering Alan. Both of them left Alan at school unaccompanied by him but the little boy would be angry if his wishes were not obeyed. Of course as a mother, she is proud of her brave child but still there on the sad side as well.

On the way home, the two did not speak to each other at all. They focus on their own thoughts. Andre is thinking about some of his work and Nadia whose feelings are always on her children.

Trings... Trings... Trings...

The sound of the cell phone ringing made Nadia and Andre just instantly avert his gaze. The two looked at each other then looked at Andre's phone which read. Andre immediately pulled over his car, then immediately picked up his phone.

"What's wrong?" nadia asked when she saw her husband looking panicked after he picked up a call from someone.

"Papa same mama accident. Let's go to the hospital." replied Andre with a panicked look.

Nadia also panicked because her in-laws had an accident. Though her father-in-law had no intention to leave at all but now even get bad news like this. Andre immediately drove back his car at high speed to get to the hospital.

"Contact Mbok Imah, ask the driver to pick up the children later after school. If you want to take money for snacks, ask to use the ATM in Abel's room. Tell me also if we are dealing with mama and papa who were in an accident," said Andre to his wife.

Nadia nodded her head then immediately contacted Mbok Imah, ART at her home. Both of them panicked, even after contacting the house they left their phones in the car.

Mbok Imah himself is now confused because his employer can not be contacted again after this morning contacting him. He asked the driver to pick up his four children. Shortly after the family driver went to pick him up, teachers from Abel, Anara, and Arnold suddenly arrived.

"Good day, ma'am. I'm a teacher from Abel, Anara, and Arnold" he said.

"What's up, sir? Abel, Anara, and Arnold are still in school. This was just the driver went to pick them up," said Mbok Imah with a confused look.

Of course Mbok Imah is confused by the presence of their teacher. Even if they are naughty, they should be taken home and all three are already here. But nothing, even the look on his face now looked a little worried.

"Abel had an accident and is now in the hospital" the teacher said.

Just contact Mbok Imah surprised to say nothing. Soon he contacted both of his employers repeatedly but was not appointed at all. Finally Mbok Imah immediately decided to bring them change of clothes and other equipment.

"I will tell my parents about this incident. I cannot go there and ask the driver or security guard to accompany there. There must be someone guarding his house because he is worried instead of slippage. This is also the driver I have not been able to contact," said Mbok Imah.

Finally the teacher immediately left the house of the Farda family with a little sadness. Of course the workers here have families waiting at home. Especially Mbok Imah whose husband is sick and has to go home every two hours to check his condition.

Arnold just nodded his head in understanding and then got up from his seat. But when Arnold was about to leave, suddenly the door to the IGD room opened making the little boy undo his intentions. The doctor and nurse who came out of the room smiled at the three little boys in front of him.

"Where are your parents?" ask the doctor gently.

The three shook their heads in a sign of not knowing made the doctor confused. While the nurse who understands just whispered something to the doctor's ear. The doctor nodded his head then looked at the three little boys who were looking at him so curiously.

"Later if the parents have come, say tell the doctor to go to the doctor's room, yes" said the doctor.

"Why ndak nomong cama tita caja? Tita tan uga kelualgana," said Alan suddenly.

"It's an adult business, son" the doctor said.

Alan only sighed harshly hearing the remark from the doctor. He also wanted to know what had happened to his brother. Arnold immediately grabbed his sister's shoulder so as not to get angry with the doctor.

"Arnold, Anara, Alan." exclaimed a grown man who made everyone instantly turn their eyes away.

It turns out that the one who came was Papa Nilam, the father of Arnold's best friend. He had heard from Nilam that Arnold had gone to the hospital to take Abel. Even in school there have been many news stories about the accident case that befell Abel. Nilam with his initiative immediately asked the teacher about where the hospital was headed by Arnold.

Of course after getting the information, Nilam immediately told his father to follow. But Papa Nilam immediately refused his son to come because he had to accompany his brother at home. He had contacted Andre but was not picked up so he chose to go there to make sure.

"What's wrong with Abel?" papa Nilam asked the three little boys and answered with their heads.

"I'm sorry... Are you ready for a patient?" ask the doctor who was silent.

"I'm a friend of his father's three children and the patient inside" replied Papa Nilam.

The doctor nodded his head then chose to code Papa Nilam to follow him. It seems that there must be an action taken by a doctor so that it requires adults in this case.

"Om, please do your best for Brother Abel. Whatever is done later, Abel's brother must be healed" said Arnold holding Papa Nilam's hand.

Papa Nilam just nodded his head and smiled at Arnold's request. Of course, he will never make his own decisions because it is not his right. He will discuss this with his family so that later he can decide what is best for Abel.

Arnold immediately hugged Anara and Alan who were a little worried about her brother's state. Moreover, the look on the faces of the doctors and nurses there looked a little panicked despite trying to smile in front of the three.

"We pray for Abel's health. We can definitely get through this together" Arnold whispered to his two brothers.

The two of them just nodded their heads in response. Right now, they must always get along well and look after each other in order to pass all the tests in this life.
